Abstract

본 발명은 공작기계 구조물의 열변위 저감구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 공작기계 구조물의 열변위 저감구조는, 공작기계에 구비되고 일측에 가이드 레일(102)이 형성된 고정구조물(100); 가이드 레일(102)에 설치되어 운동하는 가동 구조물(120); 및 고정구조물(100)에서 냉각오일을 순환하도록 하여 고정구조물(100)을 냉각시키고 고정구조물(100)의 온도분포를 균일화하도록 하는 냉각 유닛(300);을 포함하고, 냉각 유닛(300)은, 가이드 레일(102)과 인접하게 고정 구조물(100)의 내부에 배치되고, 가이드 레일(102)에서 발생하는 발열과 냉각오일이 열교환하도록 하는 제1 냉각 유닛; 고정 구조물(100)의 전체적인 구성을 기준으로 제1 냉각 유닛보다 아래쪽으로 이격 배치되어 열교환 하는 제2 냉각 유닛; 및 냉각 유닛(300)의 한쪽에 배치되어 냉각오일을 제1, 제2냉각 유닛을 따라 강제 순환시키도록 하는 펌프 유닛(400);을 포함한다.
