Claims (5)
- 被加工材に載置されて走行する台車に搭載される溶接トーチ又は切断トーチからなるトーチの被加工材に対する位置を調整するトーチ調整装置であって、
トーチを着脱可能に保持するトーチホルダーと、
前記トーチホルダーの被加工材に対する角度を調整するトーチ角度調整部と、
前記トーチホルダーを被加工材と平行な面内で台車の走行方向に対し直交する方向に移動させて出入位置を調整するトーチ出入調整部と、を有し、
前記トーチホルダーは、一対の起立片と該一対の起立片を連結する連結片とからなる溝型に形成され、前記連結片にはトーチを着脱可能に取り付ける取付部材が設けられると共に一方の前記起立片を介してトーチ角度調整部に取り付けられる
ことを特徴とするトーチ調整装置。 - 前記トーチ出入調整部は、被加工材と平行な面内で台車の走行方向に対し直交する方向に配置された軸部材と、前記軸部材に駆動されて往復移動可能に構成され所定位置に回動軸を設けたブラケットと、を有して構成され、
前記トーチ角度調整部は、前記ブラケットに設けられた回動軸に回動可能に取り付けられ該回動軸から離隔した位置にナット部材を設けた回動部材と、前記ブラケットに回動可能に且つ被加工材に対し略垂直方向に配置され前記回動部材に設けたナット部材に螺合するねじ部材と、を有して構成され、
前記トーチホルダーは、一方の起立片を介して前記回動部材に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したトーチ調整装置。
- 前記軸部材の端部にはハンドルが固定されており、
前記ハンドルの操作によって、前記ブラケット、前記ナット部材、前記ねじ部材を介して前記回動部材を回動し、前記トーチ角度の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載したトーチ調整装置。
- 前記ナット部材は、前記回動部材の回動に伴って、前記回動部材の長穴に沿って移動することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載したトーチ調整装置。
- 前記トーチ出入調整部は、被加工材と平行な面内で台車の走行方向に対し直交する方向に配置された軸部材と、前記軸部材に駆動されて往復移動可能に構成され所定位置に回動軸を設けたブラケットと、を有して構成され、
前記トーチ角度調整部は、前記ブラケットに設けられた回動軸に回動可能に取り付けられ該回動軸から離隔した位置にピニオンを設けた回動部材と、前記ブラケットに回動可能に且つ被加工材に対し略垂直方向に配置され前記回動部材に設けた前記ピニオンに螺合するラックと、を有して構成され、
前記トーチホルダーは、一方の起立片を介して前記回動部材に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したトーチ調整装置。
