Abstract

본 발명은 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 모노머로 함유하고 있는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는, 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 함유하는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트를 대사공학을 이용한 재조합 균주로부터 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 생분해성 신규 폴리머인 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 모노머로 함유하고 있는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트를 제조할 수 있는 재조합 미생물 및 상기 재조합 미생물을 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 모노머로 함유하고 있는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트의 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
