Description

控制终端接入的方法及***、 移动管理单元 技术领域
本发明涉及终端接入控制技术, 尤其涉及一种控制终端接入的方法及 ***、 移动管理单元。 背景技术
图 1为蜂窝无线通讯***的结构示意图, 如图 1所示, 蜂窝无线通讯 ***主要由核心网 (CN , Core Network ), 接入网 (RAN, Radio Access Network )和终端组成。 核心网负责非接入层事务例如终端位置更新等, 核 心网同时也是用户面的锚点。 接入网包括基站, 或者基站以及基站控制器, 接入网负责接入层事务例如无线资源的管理等, 基站之间可以根据实际情 况存在物理或者逻辑上的连接, 如图 1中的基站 1和基站 2、基站 1和基站 3之间的连接, 并且, 每个基站可以和一个以上的核心网节点连接。 终端即 用户设备(UE, User Equipment ), 是指可以与蜂窝无线通讯网络通讯的各 种设备, 比如移动电话或者笔记本电脑等。
机器类型通信(MTC, Machine Type Communication )业务即机器对机 器之间进行通信的相关业务。 在 MTC业务中不需要人的参与, 所有的通信 均由机器自主完成。 MTC业务通过传感器等感知设备获得数据, 然后通过 传感器中设置的通信模块将数据上报给移动通信网络, 并通过移动通信网 络接入到公共数据网, 具体可应用于物流监控、 安全监测、 远程医疗检测、 远程抄表等领域。这些数据由移动运营商或专门的 MTC运营商的特定服务 器进行管理, 可供 MTC用户或 MTC管理者查看。 在该过程中, 获取业务 所需要的数据的设备即为 MTC设备。
MTC业务引入了一些与传统移动通信不同的特性,例如时间控制特性, 该特性被激活时, MTC设备仅允许在指定时间内发送信令或数据。 该特性 需要在 MTC用户签约某 MTC设备时, 运营商在该 MTC设备的签约信息 中设置并激活时间控制 (Time Controlled )特性, 并存储在归属用户服务器 ( HSS , Home Subscriber Server )中。 HSS是电信网络中负责保存用户或终 端设备的身份信息、认证信息以及授权信息等的实体。根据不同情况, HSS 可用于保存用户的身份信息及用户和终端设备的绑定信息, 或仅保存用户 的身份信息(可由网关保存用户和终端设备的绑定信息), 或直接保存终端 设备的身份信息。 HSS还可实现用户的签约数据库, 以及执行用户的身份 验证和授权等功能。 业务平台可从 HSS查询用户或终端信息。
在 MTC设备附着到网络时,移动管理单元( MME, Mobility Management
Entity )从用户归属服务器 HSS中获得该 MTC设备的签约信息, 并保存在 本地。 MME是核心网中用于管理用户终端控制消息的实体,负责接入控制, 包括鉴权控制,标识(全球唯一临时标识( GUTI, Globally Unique Temporary Identity ), 跟踪区标识列表( TAI list, Tracing Area Identity list ) )指配, 用 户标识和设备标识验证, 消息面加密, 与基站(eNB )之间的一致性保护, 2G ( 2nd Generation ) /3G ( 3rd Generation )与演进的分组***( EPS , Evolved Packet System )之间安全参数以及服务质量(QoS, Quality of Service )参 数的转换, 接入许可控制, 决定是否可以获得请求的资源并预留这些资源, 合法监听, 移动性管理(实现对 UE当前位置的跟踪和记录), 会话管理, 对 EPS承载的相关操作, 以及网元选择等。
对于 MTC的时间控制特性, 要求网络能控制对 MTC设备接入请求或 数据收发的控制, 即在指定时间以外的消息或数据, 网络应该拒绝, 而只 接收或处理指定时间以内的消息或数据。
当前, 对 MTC设备的时间控制特性尚处于讨论阶段, 如何利用该时间 控制特性实现对 MTC设备接入进行控制, 目前尚没有统一的技术实现方 案。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种控制终端接入的方法及系 统、 移动管理单元, 能对终端的接入时机进行有效控制, 避免了众多终端 无序接入网络时可能导致的网络拥塞, 并且, 通过对终端接入网络的时机 进行控制, 避免了优先级较低的通信终端在网络承载负担较重时接入网络。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种控制终端接入的方法, 将为终端设置的时间控制特性信息作为所 述终端的签约数据; 所述方法还包括:
网络侧接收到所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 获取所述终 端的时间控制特性信息, 并根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述终端 进行接入配置, 并将配置信息通知所述终端。
优选地, 所述为终端设置的时间控制特性信息包括:
允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段; 或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期。
优选地, 所述网络侧为移动管理单元。
优选地, 所述获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息, 为:
所述移动管理单元向归属用户服务器 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据, 获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息。
优选地, 所述根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述终端进行接入 配置, 并将配置信息通知所述终端, 为:

终端, 用于向网络侧发送附着请求或跟踪区更新请求;
网络侧, 用于接收所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 获取所 述终端的时间控制特性信息, 并根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述 终端进行接入配置, 并将配置信息通知所述终端。
优选地, 所述为终端设置的时间控制特性信息包括:
允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段; 或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期。
优选地, 所述网络侧为移动管理单元;
所述移动管理单元接收所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 首 先在本地查找所述终端的时间控制特性信息, 不能查找到时向 HSS请求所 述终端的签约数据, 获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息。
优选地, 所述移动管理单元进一步用于, 在允许所述终端接入时段内 为所述终端确定通信时间窗, 并将所确定的通信时间窗发送给所述终端。
优选地, 所述通信时间窗包括:
指示通信开始时间和通信结束时间;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信结束时间和重复周期;
或者, 通信开始时间和通信时长;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信时长和重复周期。
优选地, 所述终端进一步用于, 根据所述配置信息, 在所述接入时间 到来时与网络进行通信。
一种移动管理单元, 包括接收单元、 获取单元、 配置单元和通知单元, 其中:
接收单元, 用于接收终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求;
获取单元, 用于获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息;
配置单元, 用于根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述终端进行接 入配置;
通知单元, 用于将配置信息通知所述终端。
优选地, 所述获取单元首先在所述移动管理单元本地查找所述终端的 时间控制特性信息, 不能查找到时向 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据, 获取 所述终端的时间控制特性信息。
本发明中, 为各终端设置时间控制特性信息, 并将该时间控制特性信 息作为终端的签约数据存储于网络侧。 当终端附着到网络或发起位置更新 请求时, 网络侧首先获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息, 并根据该终端的 时间控制特性信息对其进行接入配置, 将相应的配置信息通知该终端, 终 端根据所接收到配置信息发起网络接入, 从而实现数据上报等通信业务。 本发明可对终端接入网络的时机进行控制,从而可使终端特别是 MTC终端 的数据上报业务时机选择在网络负荷较低的时段如凌晨等, 避免了终端在 集中时段同时接入网络而导致的网络拥塞。 并且, 本发明的技术方案, 可 根据终端的业务等级为终端设定接入网络的时机, 将一些业务等级较低的 终端的接入时机选择在网络负荷较低的时段, 保证了网络的服务质量。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例一
步骤 201 ,终端入网时,终端用户将该终端签约为具有时间可控特性(即 时间控制特性)的 MTC终端, 并与运营商协商时间控制特性信息: 允许接 入时间段, 禁止接入时间段等。 上述时间控制特性信息中的两个时间段可 以重复出现, 也可以是单次有效。 各时间段具体表示方式如下: 方式一:
允许接入时间段: 开始时间, 结束时间, 可选地还包含时间段重复周 期;
禁止接入时间段: 开始时间, 结束时间, 可选地还包含时间段重复周 期;
示例如下:
允许接入时间段:
开始时间: 2011年 3月 7日 11:00;
结束时间: 2011年 3月 7日 12:00。
如果不包含时间段重复周期, 则表示缺省按照周期为一天 24小时重复 该时间段(则下一次允许时间段是 2011年 3月 8日 11:00至 12:00 ), 或者 表示为不重复(即仅在 2011年 3月 7 日 11:00至 12:00允许所述终端接入 网络); 如果还包含时间段重复周期, 例如重复周期为一个月, 则下一次允 许时间段是 2011年 4月 7日 11:00至 12:00。
禁止接入时间段:
表示方式如上述允许接入时间段, 但是时间上要求不能和允许接入时 间段有重叠。 例如可以是除上述允许接入时间段之外的时间段, 或与上述 允许接入时间段不重叠的其他时间段, 如设置为网络负荷较重的时间段。
方式二:
允许接入时间段: 开始时间, 时长, 可选地还包含时间段重复周期; 禁止接入时间段: 开始时间, 时长, 可选地还包含时间段重复周期; 示例如下:
允许接入时间段:
开始时间: 2011年 3月 7日 11:00;
允许接入时长: 1小时。 如果不包含时间段重复周期, 则表示缺省按照周期为一天 24小时重复 该时间段(则下一次允许时间段是 2011年 3月 8日 11:00至 12:00 ), 或者 表示为不重复; 如果包含时间段重复周期, 例如重复周期为一个月, 则下 一次允许时间段是 2011年 4月 7日 11:00至 12:00。
上述的步骤 201 是实现本发明的基础步骤, 即需要对终端的时间控制 特性信息进行初始配置。
步骤 202, 终端开机后, 发送附着请求到 MME, 其中包括终端标识和 安全证书;
步骤 203 , MME在通过对终端标识和安全证书的鉴权后 , 首先在本地 查找是否存储有时间控制特性信息, 若有则执行步骤 205; 没有时, 所述终 端的向 HSS请求该终端的签约数据;
步骤 204, HSS在收到 MME的请求后,发送终端的签约数据给 MME; 步骤 205 ,根据获取的终端的时间控制特性信息,对终端进行接入配置。 获取的终端的时间控制特性信息可以在 MME本地查找出; 也可以是 MME 获取到 HSS发送的签约数据后, 获取其中的终端的时间控制特性信息, 对 终端进行接入配置。 这里, 接入配置主要是为终端确定接入网络的通信时 间窗信息。
具体的, MME配置通信时间窗的方式如下:
首先计算允许接入时间段的时长,在本实施例中为 1个小时即 60分钟; 将时长划分为等长 10等份(具体实现, 可根据具体需要划分), 每份 时长为 6分钟, 这 6分钟时长即为终端通信时间窗的时长;
使用取随机数函数在 0至 9之间随机取一整数, 釆用下面的算法计算 通信时间窗的开始时间: 通信时间窗开始时间 =允许时间段开始时间 +随机 数 X时间窗时长。
通过随机化确定终端的通信时间窗开始时间, 可以避免终端进行通信 时因过于集中而造成的网络拥塞。
MME配置的通信时间窗参数可以有以下几种形式:
A、 通信时间窗: 开始时间, 结束时间, 或可选的包含时间段重复周期 (根据签约数据中的允许时间段来配置, 如果允许时间段配置有重复周期, 则通信时间窗也配置相同重复周期);
B、 通信时间窗: 开始时间, 时长, 或可选的包含时间段重复周期(重 复周期配置方式同 A )。
需要说明的是,如果 MME确定所接收的终端的附着请求是在允许所述 终端接入时段内时, 则以当前时刻为起点在允许所述终端接入时段内为所 述终端确定通信时间窗, 并通知该终端。
步骤 206 , MME发送附着接受消息给终端, 在附着接受消息中包含上 述为所述终端设置的通信时间窗相关参数。
步骤 207, 终端才艮据网络侧配置的通信时间窗信息, 在到达通信时间窗 开始时间时, 发送信令或数据到网络。
步骤 208, MME本地也需要保存该终端的通信时间窗信息, 并将该通 信时间窗信息发送给网关。
将上述通信时间窗信息发送网关的主要目的在于, 当终端发生异常时, 有可能会在通信时间窗以外发送信令或数据, 甚至是在签约的禁止接入时 间段内发送信令或数据, 这样, 可以针对这种异常通信状况进行差异化收 费如收取较高的通信费用, 以进一步对异常通信进行限制。
步骤 209, 网关对通信时间窗内的数据收发釆用正常的计费,对非通信 时间窗内的数据收发另行计费。
当在通信时间窗内接收到终端的数据或消息时, 正常接受该终端的数 据或消息, 网关对通信时间窗内的数据收发釆用正常的计费。 当在通信时 间窗外接收到终端的数据或消息时, 同样正常接收该终端的数据, 但是网 关对通信时间窗以外的数据收发使用较高计费。
步骤 210, 在禁止接入时间段内接收到终端的相关请求, 向终端返回接 受或拒绝消息。
需要说明的是, 终端通常被网络分配在一个跟踪区, 当终端移动出跟 踪区时, 需要通过发送跟踪去更新请求给网络, 网络在本地修改终端的跟 踪区位置信息。 同时, 当 UE不运动并且处于空闲状态时, 也需要在一个指 定的周期发送周期性的跟踪区更新请求给网络, 让网络知道终端还在线, 网络回复跟踪区更新接受给终端后, 终端开始进入下一个周期。
在禁止接入时间段内, MME接收到终端的跟踪区更新请求消息时, 接 受该终端的跟踪区更新请求, 并发送跟踪区更新接受消息给终端。
在禁止接入时间段内, MME接收到终端的附着请求消息时, 拒绝该终 端的附着请求, 发送附着拒绝消息给终端。
在禁止接入时间段内, MME接收到终端的业务请求消息时, 拒绝该终 端的业务请求, 发送业务拒绝消息给终端。
在禁止接入时间段内, MME接收到终端的分组数据网络连接请求消息 时, 拒绝该终端的分组数据网络连接请求, 发送分组数据网络连接拒绝消 息给终端。
上述的跟踪区更新接受消息, 或附着拒绝消息, 或业务拒绝消息, 或 分组数据网络连接拒绝消息中, 可以携带以下接入时间信息中的一个或多 个, 用于指示终端下一次接入的时间:
A: 通信时间窗;
B: 允许接入时间段;
C: 禁止接入时间段;
D: 延迟时间, 该延迟时间的值可以设置为等于或大于当前时间距离禁 止接入时间段结束的时间间隔。例如, 禁止接入时间段是 13: 00至 14: 00, 当前时间是 13:30, 那么发送给终端的延迟时间为 30分钟。 指示终端在 30 分钟后再发起控制消息。
步骤 211 ,终端根据所接收相关接收或拒绝消息中包含的接入时间信息 发送下一次的控制消息。 终端在接收到跟踪区更新接受消息, 或附着拒绝 消息, 或业务拒绝消息, 或分组数据网络连接拒绝消息后, 根据消息中包 含的接入时间信息发送下一次的控制消息。
需要说明的是, 上述示例中的 MME也可以是 SGSN。 上述的附着请求 也可以是跟踪区更新请求等。
实施例二
步骤 301 , 终端入网时, 终端用户将该终端签约为具有时间可控特性的
MTC终端, 并与运营商协商终端的时间控制特性信息: 允许接入时间段, 禁止接入时间段, 通信时长等。 其中允许接入时间段和禁止接入时间段这 两个时间段可以是重复出现, 也可以是单次有效。 通信时长用来指示终端 在允许接入时间段内的最大通信时长。 各时间段具体表示方式如下:
方式一:
允许接入时间段: 开始时间, 结束时间, 可选地还包含时间段重复周 期;
禁止接入时间段: 开始时间, 结束时间, 可选地还包含时间段重复周 期;
通信时长: 绝对数值, 其值不大于允许接入时间段(即结束时间减开 始时间)
示例如下:
允许接入时间段:
开始时间: 2011年 3月 7日 11:00;
结束时间: 2011年 3月 7日 12:00; 通信时长: 30分钟。
如果不包含时间段重复周期, 则表示缺省按照周期为一天 24小时重复 该时间段(则下一次允许时间段是 2011年 3月 8日 11:00至 12:00 ), 或者 表示为不重复; 如果包含时间段重复周期, 例如重复周期为一个月, 则下 一次允许时间段是 2011年 4月 7日 11:00至 12:00。
禁止接入时间段:
表示方式如上述允许接入时间段, 但是时间上要求不能和允许接入时 间段有重叠。
方式二:
允许接入时间段: 开始时间, 时长, 或可选的包含时间段重复周期; 禁止接入时间段: 开始时间, 时长, 或可选的包含时间段重复周期; 通信时长: 绝对数值, 其值不大于允许接入时间段(即结束时间减开 始时间)

如果上述时间控制特性信息中不包含时间段重复周期, 则表示缺省按 照周期为一天 24小时重复该时间段(则下一次允许时间段是 2011年 3月 8 日 11:00至 12:00 ), 或者可以表示为不重复; 如果包含时间段重复周期, 例 如重复周期为一个月, 则下一次允许时间段是 2011年 4月 7 日 11 :00至 12:00。
步骤 302, 终端开机后, 发送附着请求到 MME, 其中包括终端标识和 安全证书; 步骤 303 , MME在通过对终端标识和安全证书的鉴权后, 首先在本地 查找是否存储有时间控制特性信息, 若有则执行步骤 305; 没有时, 所述终 端的向 HSS请求该终端的签约数据;
步骤 304, HSS在收到 MME的请求后,发送终端的签约数据给 MME; 步骤 305 ,根据获取的终端的时间控制特性信息,对终端进行接入配置。 获取的终端的时间控制特性信息可以在 MME本地查找出; 也可以是 MME 获取到 HSS发送的签约数据后, 获取其中的终端的时间控制特性信息, 对 终端进行接入配置。 这里, 接入配置主要是为终端确定接入网络的通信时 间窗信息。
MME配置通信时间窗的方式如下:
首先计算允许时间段的时长, 在本实施例中为 60分钟;
根据允许时间段的时长,将通信时间窗起始时间随机划分为 10个时刻, 许时间段时长 -通信时长)))之间的整数值, 即通信时间窗的最早起始时刻 为允许时间段的开始时间, 最晚起始时间为 (允许时间段的开始时间 + (允 许时间段时长-通信时长) ), 终端通信时间窗的时长设置为签约数据中的通 信时长;
随机划分通信时间窗的起始时刻具体方法为: 使用取随机数函数在(0 至 (允许时间段时长-通信时长))之间随机取一整数, 通信时间窗的起始时 刻 =允许时间段的开始时间 +上述算法计算的随机数。
通过随机化终端的通信时间窗开始时间, 可以避免终端开始数据收发 过于集中而造成的网络拥塞。
MME配置的通信时间窗参数可以有以下几种形式:
A、 通信时间窗: 开始时间, 结束时间, 可选地还包含时间段重复周期 (根据签约数据中的允许时间段来配置, 如果允许时间段配置有重复周期, 则通信时间窗也配置相同重复周期);
B、 通信时间窗: 开始时间, 时长, 可选地还包含时间段重复周期(重 复周期配置方式同 A )。
需要说明的是,如果 MME确定所接收的终端的附着请求是在允许所述 终端接入时段内时, 则以当前时刻为起点在允许所述终端接入时段内为所 述终端确定通信时间窗, 并通知该终端。
步骤 306, MME发送附着接受消息给终端, 在附着接受消息中包含通 信时间窗参数。
步骤 307,终端才艮据配置的通信时间窗,在到达通信时间窗开始时间时, 发送信令或数据到网络。
步骤 308, MME本地也需要保存该终端的通信时间窗信息, 并将该通 信时间窗信息发送给网关。
步骤 309, 当终端发生异常时, 有可能会在通信时间窗以外发送信令或 数据 , 甚至是在签约的禁止接入时间段内发送信令或数据。
当在通信时间窗内接收到终端的数据或消息时, 正常接受该终端的数 据或消息。
步骤 310, 在禁止接入时间段内接收到终端的相关请求, 向终端返回接 受或拒绝消息。
在通信时间窗外 (即通信时间窗之外的所有时段, 包括禁止接入时间 段), MME接收到终端的跟踪区更新请求消息时, 接受该终端的跟踪区更 新请求, 并发送跟踪区更新接受消息给终端。
在通信时间窗外, MME接收到终端的附着请求消息时, 拒绝该终端的 附着请求, 发送附着拒绝消息给终端。
在通信时间窗外, MME接收到终端的业务请求消息时, 拒绝该终端的 业务请求, 发送业务拒绝消息给终端。 在通信时间窗外 , MME接收到终端的分组数据网络连接请求消息时 , 拒绝该终端的分组数据网络连接请求, 发送分组数据网络连接拒绝消息给 终端。
在跟踪区更新接受消息, 或附着拒绝消息, 或业务拒绝消息, 或分组 数据网络连接拒绝消息中, 可以携带以下接入时间信息, 用于指示终端下 一次接入的时间: 通信时间窗。
步骤 311 ,终端根据所接收相关接收或拒绝消息中包含的接入时间信息 发送下一次的控制消息。 终端在接收到跟踪区更新接受消息, 或附着拒绝 消息, 或业务拒绝消息, 或分组数据网络连接拒绝消息后, 根据消息中包 含的接入时间信息发送下一次的控制消息。
需要说明的是, 上述示例中的 MME也可以是 SGSN。 上述的附着请求 也可以是跟踪区更新请求等。
本发明还记载了一种控制终端接入的***, 包括网络侧和终端; 所述 ***还包括: 设置单元, 用于为终端设置时间控制特性信息; 并将作为所 述终端的签约数据; 本发明中, 设置单元位于网络侧或为属于运营商的处 理单元, 其负责为通信***的签约终端设置时间控制特性信息。 其中, 终端, 用于向网络侧发送附着请求或跟踪区更新请求;
网络侧, 用于接收所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 获取所 述终端的时间控制特性信息, 并根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述 终端进行接入配置, 并将配置信息通知所述终端。
所述为终端设置的时间控制特性信息包括:
允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段; 或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期。
上述网络侧为移动管理单元;
所述移动管理单元接收所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 首 先在本地查找所述终端的时间控制特性信息, 不能查找到时向 HSS请求所 述终端的签约数据, 获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息。
上述移动管理单元进一步用于, 移动管理单元在允许所述终端接入时 段内为所述终端确定通信时间窗, 并将所确定的通信时间窗发送给所述终 端。 上述通信时间窗包括:
指示通信开始时间和通信结束时间;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信结束时间和重复周期;
或者, 通信开始时间和通信时长;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信时长和重复周期。
上述移动管理单元进一步用于, 在确定所接收的所述终端的附着请求 或跟踪区更新请求在允许所述终端接入时段内时, 以当前时刻为起点在允 许所述终端接入时段内为所述终端确定通信时间窗, 并发送给所述终端。
上述终端进一步用于, 根据所述配置信息, 在所述接入时间到来时与 网络进行通信。
上述移动管理单元为 MME或 GPRS 服务支持节点。
需要说明的是, 本发明的控制终端接入的***主要应用于移动通信系 统中, 特别是适于 MTC终端通信的移动通信***中, 本发明的控制终端接 入的***并未对移动通信***中的相关网元的结构进行改动, 仅对相关网 元的功能进行了更新, 具体可参照现有协议及上述实施例一及实施例二的 相关描述而理解。 图 4为本发明移动管理单元的组成结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 本发明 的移动管理单元, 包括接收单元 40、 获取单元 41、 配置单元 42和通知单 元 43 , 其中:
接收单元 40, 用于接收终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求;
获取单元 41 , 用于在接收到附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 获取所述 终端的时间控制特性信息;
配置单元 42, 用于根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述终端进行 接入配置;
通知单元 43 , 用于将配置信息通知所述终端。
上述获取单元 41首先在所述移动管理单元本地查找所述终端的时间控 制特性信息, 不能查找到时向 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据, 获取所述终 端的时间控制特性信息。
配置单元 42进一步用于, 在允许所述终端接入时段内为所述终端确定 通信时间窗, 并通过通知单元 43将所确定的通信时间窗发送给所述终端。 上述通信时间窗包括:
指示通信开始时间和通信结束时间;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信结束时间和重复周期;
或者, 通信开始时间和通信时长;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信时长和重复周期。
配置单元 42进一步用于, 确定所接收的所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区 更新请求在允许所述终端接入时段内时, 以当前时刻为起点在允许所述终 端接入时段内为所述终端确定通信时间窗, 并通过通知单元 43将所确定的 通信时间窗发送给所述终端。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 本发明移动管理单元的上述各处理单元的 功能可通过相应的硬件电路实现, 也可通过运行于处理器中的相应的软件 而实现。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种控制终端接入的方法, 其特征在于, 将为终端设置的时间控制 特性信息作为所述终端的签约数据; 所述方法还包括:
网络侧接收到所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 获取所述终 端的时间控制特性信息, 并根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述终端 进行接入配置, 并将配置信息通知所述终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述为终端设置的时间 控制特性信息包括:
允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段; 或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧为移动管理 单元。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述终端的时 间控制特性信息, 为:
所述移动管理单元向归属用户服务器 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据, 获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述终端的时 间控制特性信息对所述终端进行接入配置, 并将配置信息通知所述终端, 为:
所述移动管理单元在允许所述终端接入时段内为所述终端确定通信时 间窗, 并将所确定的通信时间窗发送给所述终端。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通信时间窗包括: 指示通信开始时间和通信结束时间;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信结束时间和重复周期;
或者, 通信开始时间和通信时长;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信时长和重复周期。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述终端根据所述配置信息, 在所述接入时间到来时与网络进行通信。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还 包括:
所述移动管理单元在禁止接入时间段内接收到所述终端的跟踪区更新 请求时, 接受所述终端的跟踪区更新请求, 并向所述终端发送跟踪区更新 接受消息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述跟踪区更新接受消 息携带有以下信息的至少一个:
指示所述终端的通信时间窗、 允许所述终端接入网络时段、 禁止所述 终端接入网络时段、 延迟时间。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 还包括:
所述移动管理单元在禁止接入时间段内接收到所述终端的附着请求 时, 拒绝所述终端的附着请求, 并向所述终端发送附着拒绝消息;
其中, 所述附着拒绝消息中携带有以下信息的至少一个:
指示所述终端的通信时间窗、 允许所述终端接入网络时段、 禁止所述 终端接入网络时段、 延迟时间。
11、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 还包括:
所述移动管理单元在禁止接入时间段内接收到所述终端的业务请求 时, 拒绝所述终端的业务请求, 并向所述终端发送业务拒绝消息;
其中, 所述业务拒绝消息中携带有以下信息的至少一个:
指示所述终端的通信时间窗、 允许所述终端接入网络时段、 禁止所述 终端接入网络时段、 延迟时间。
12、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 还包括:
所述移动管理单元在禁止接入时间段内接收到所述终端的分组数据网 络连接请求时, 拒绝所述终端的分组数据网络连接请求, 并向所述终端发 送分组数据网络连接拒绝消息;
其中, 所述分组数据网络连接拒绝消息中携带有以下信息的至少一个: 指示所述终端的通信时间窗、 允许所述终端接入网络时段、 禁止所述 终端接入网络时段、 延迟时间。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动管理单元为 移动管理实体 MME或 GPRS 服务支持节点 SGSN。
14、 一种控制终端接入的***, 包括网络侧和终端; 其特征在于, 所 述***还包括: 设置单元, 用于为终端设置时间控制特性信息; 将作为所 述终端的签约数据; 其中,
终端, 用于向网络侧发送附着请求或跟踪区更新请求;
网络侧, 用于接收所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 获取所 述终端的时间控制特性信息, 并根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述 终端进行接入配置, 并将配置信息通知所述终端。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述为终端设置的时 间控制特性信息包括: 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段; 或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 禁止所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期;
或者, 允许所述终端接入网络的时段, 允许所述终端通信时长, 禁止 所述终端接入网络时段, 重复周期。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述网络侧为移动管 理单元;
所述移动管理单元接收所述终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求后, 首 先在本地查找所述终端的时间控制特性信息, 不能查找到时向 HSS请求所 述终端的签约数据, 获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述移动管理单元进 一步用于, 在允许所述终端接入时段内为所述终端确定通信时间窗, 并将 所确定的通信时间窗发送给所述终端。
18、根据权利要求 17所述的***,其特征在于, 所述通信时间窗包括: 指示通信开始时间和通信结束时间;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信结束时间和重复周期;
或者, 通信开始时间和通信时长;
或者, 通信开始时间、 通信时长和重复周期。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述终端进一 步用于, 根据所述配置信息, 在所述接入时间到来时与网络进行通信。
20、 一种移动管理单元, 其特征在于, 所述移动管理单元包括接收单 元、 获取单元、 配置单元和通知单元, 其中:
接收单元, 用于接收终端的附着请求或跟踪区更新请求; 获取单元, 用于获取所述终端的时间控制特性信息;
配置单元, 用于根据所述终端的时间控制特性信息对所述终端进行接 入配置;
通知单元, 用于将配置信息通知所述终端。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的移动管理单元, 其特征在于, 所述获取单 元首先在所述移动管理单元本地查找所述终端的时间控制特性信息, 不能 查找到时向 HSS请求所述终端的签约数据, 获取所述终端的时间控制特性 信息。
