정보 제공 시스템(10)은 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)와 정보 관리 서버(12)를 포함하며, 이들에 의하여 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스가 수행될 때 발신 단말(20) 및 착신 단말(20) 중 적어도 어느 하나로 광고나 이벤트 등과 같은 정보를 제공하게 된다. 여기에서, 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30)과의 연결을 위해 정보 콘텐츠 연동 서버(미도시)를 구비할 수 있다.
그 경우, 정보 콘텐츠 연동 서버는 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)와 연동하여 SIP 호와 H.324M 호 연결을 위한 시그널 처리 흐름과 미디어 변환을 제어하는 AS(application server) 모듈, SIP 호와 H.324M 호 간의 미디어 변환 처리 기능을 담당하는 MTS(media transcoding server) 모듈, 회선교환 망에서의 SS7(signaling system no. 7) 신호를 처리하는 SPU(signaling processing unit) 모듈, 회선교환 망에서의 H.324M 호 셋업(setup)을 처리하는 VPU(video processing unit) 모듈, 정보 제공 시스템(10) 내의 정산 서버(미도시)와 연동하여 과금 및 정산 데이터를 전송하는 정산 서버 연동 모듈 등을 구비할 수 있다. 이러한 정보 콘텐츠 연동 서버는 3G MSC(mobile switching center)을 통해 발신 또는 착신 단말과 연결되는 미디어 게이트웨이 서버를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 광고 연동 서버를 구비할 수 있다. 이러한 광고 연동 서버는 정보 관리 서버(12)에 포함될 수 있으며, 외부의 광고주, 광고주의 각종 광고를 광고주를 대신해서 정보 콘텐츠를 방송국 등에게 판매하는 미디어 대행사 또는 미디어렙 회사 등의 서버나 이러한 서버에 상응하는 기능을 수행하는 기타 광고 플랫폼에 연결될 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 광고 연동 서버는 광고주가 직접 제작한 광고를 중계하여 발신 및/또는 착신 단말로 전달하도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 선물 전송 서버를 구비할 수 있다. 이러한 선물 전송 서버는 모바일 상품권, 기프트쇼, 기프트콘, 전자화폐, 경품 등과 같은 선물을 제공하는 외부의 선물 전송 시스템과 연결되어 소정 조건의 충족에 따라 해당 선물을 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)로 전송하도록 동작할 수 있다.
호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행을 위한 미디어 세션(media session)을 형성하고 관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 IP에 기반하여 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30)에서 음성 통화, 채팅, 메시지, 영상 통화, 영상 채팅 등과 같은 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행할 수 있도록 호 시그널 및 세션을 형성, 제어, 관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 이러한 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하도록 호 및 미디어 세션을 형성하는 구체적인 방법은 아래에서 상세히 설명될 것이다.
전술한 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 각각 서로 다른 기능을 수행하는 복수의 모듈들로 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 SIP 호 시그널 을 처리하여 SIP 세션과 미디어 세션을 연결하고 SIP 프록시(proxy) 기능을 수행하는 SS(signaling server) 모듈, 단말 인증과 단말의 접속 어드레스를 관리하는 RS(registration server) 모듈, 고객의 버디(buddy) 리스트를 관리하고 단말 및 RS 모듈과 연동하여 버디의 상태 정보를 관리하며 실시간으로 통보하는 PS(presence server) 모듈, 클라이언트 단말기가 해당 응용프로그램을 실행하지 않아 통화 연결이 불가능한 경우 푸쉬 알림(push notification) 메시지를 단말로 전송하여 고객에게 통화 연결 요청이 있음을 알려 클라이언트 단말기에서 응용 프로그램이 실행될 수 있도록 하는 PNS(push notification server) 모듈, 그룹 문자 채팅과 같이 그룹 호 연결이 필요한 경우 컨퍼런스(conference) 자원을 생성하여 그룹 호가 가능하도록 지원하는 CCS(conference control server) 모듈, 단말간 사설 네트워크로 인한 통신 문제를 해결하여 단말들 간의 미디어 스트림이 송수신될 수 있도록 기능하는 SBC(session boarder controller) 모듈, 단말의 RTP(real-time transport protocol) 스트림 전송을 제어하고 그룹 호의 경우에는 RTP 스트림 데이터를 다른 관련 참여자에게 모두 전송 처리하는 RTP 제어 모듈, 고객이 입력한 문자 메시지(text message), 단말의 마이크를 통해 녹음한 음성 메시지, 메모, 소정 파일 등과 같이 상대방에게 전달하고자 하는 모든 다양한 유형의 메시지의 전달을 제어하는 메시지 제어 모듈, 3G 착신 단말과의 호 연결을 위한 호 시그널과 미디어 게이트웨이 역할을 담당하는 미디어 게이트웨이 서버 연동 모듈 등을 구비할 수 있다.
정보 관리 서버(12)는 클라이언트 단말기(20,30) 중 적어도 어느 하나로 전송할 정보, 예컨대 광고나 쿠폰, 이벤트 등과 같은 정보를 관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 정보 관리 서버(12)는 광고, 이벤트 등과 같은 정보 콘텐츠를 생성하고 관리하는 정보 콘텐츠 연동 서버(미도시)와 연동하여 이로부터 정보 콘텐츠를 수신할 수 있다. 정보 콘텐츠 연동 서버는 외부의 광고주, 광고대행사, 미디어랩 제공자 등과 시스템 연동을 통해 광고 콘텐츠나 해당 광고 정보를 받고, 이를 클라이언트 단말기(20, 30) 이용 고객의 구분에 따라 광고 등을 포함한 다양한 정보를 적절하게 제공할 수 있다. 여기에서, 이용 고객의 구분은 단말기의 위치, 이용 고객의 성별, 연령대별 등으로 타게팅(targeting)을 하여 정보 노출량을 조절하는 것을 포함한다.
또한, 정보 관리 서버(12)는, 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 위한 미디어 세션이 형성되기 전 또는 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행 도중 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)로 제공할 정보에 대한 정보 관련 데이터를 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 중 적어도 어느 하나로 전송한다. 정보 관련 데이터를 수신한 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)는 정보 관련 데이터에 기초하여 단말기의 디스플레이부의 정보 표시 영역에 정보를 제공하게 된다.
한편, 정보 관리 서버(12)는, 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)가 접속하여 정보 관련 데이터를 전송해줄 것을 요청한 경우, 정보 관련 데이터를 해당 클라이언트 단말기로 전송하도록 구성할 수도 있다.
도 2는 도 1에 도시한 정보 제공 시스템(10)을 통해 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스가 이루어지는 절차를 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 우선, 발신 단말(20)이 착신 단말로의 호 연결 요청을 위해 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)로 INVITE 메시지를 전송한다(S201).
다음으로, 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 호 라우팅 중임을 알리기 위해 100 Trying 메시지를 발신 단말로 전송한다(S202). 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 착신 단말(30)의 위치 정보를 조회하고 INVITE 메시지를 착신 단말(30)로 전송한다. 만약, 착신 단말의 위치 정보가 유효하지 않으면 예컨대 푸쉬 알림(push notification)을 이용하여 호를 연결할 수 있다(S203).
다음으로, 착신 단말이 INVITE 메시지를 받으면 링(Ring)을 울리고 180 Ringing 메시지를 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)로 전송한다(S204).
다음으로, 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 180 Ringing 메시지를 발신 단말로 전달한다(S205).
다음으로, 착신 단말(30) 사용자가 통화 연결 요청을 수락하여 응답하면 200 OK 메시지가 착신 단말(30)로부터 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)로 전송된다(S206).
다음으로, 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 발신 단말(20)로 200 OK 메시지를 전송한다(S207).
다음으로, 발신 단말은 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)로 ACK 메시지를 전송하고 해당 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행을 위한 미디어 세션(media session)을 연다(S208).
다음으로, 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 ACK 메시지를 착신 단말(9)로 전송한다. 이때 발신 단말과 착신 단말 간의 미디어 세션이 모두 열리는 상태가 되어 커뮤니케이션 서비스가 가능한 상태가 된다(S210, S211).
한편, 호 해제 절차는 발신 단말과 착신 단말과 관계없이 동일한 절차를 따른다. 우선, 발신 단말(20)이 호를 종료하기 위해 BYE 메시지를 호 제어 및 관리 서버로 전송한다(S212).
다음으로, 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 착신 단말(30)로 BYE 메시지를 전송하여 호 해제 요청을 한다(S213).
다음으로, 착신 단말(30)은 호 연결 자원과 미디어 세션 자원을 모두 해제하고 200 OK 메시지를 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)로 전송한다(S214).
다음으로, 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)는 호 연결 자원과 미디어 세션 자원을 모두 해제하고 200 OK 메시지를 발신 단말로 전송한다. 발신 단말은 200 OK 메시지를 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)로부터 수신하면 호 연결 자원과 미디어 세션 자원을 모두 해제한다(S215).
이와 같은 과정을 통해, IP 기반의 음성 통화 서비스, 채팅 서비스, 영상 통화 서비스, 영상 채팅 서비스, 메시지 전송 서비스 등과 같은 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)를 통해 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 사이에서 수행할 수 있게 되며, 이때 본 발명의 정보 제공 시스템은 이러한 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하는 도중 광고, 이벤트 등과 같은 다양한 정보를 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)로 전송하게 된다.
한편, 본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 시스템의 호 제어 및 관리 서버는 도면에 도시하지 않았지만 그룹 문자 채팅 등과 같은 그룹 커뮤니케이션 서비스 제공시에 컨퍼런스 자원을 생성하여 초기 여러 참가자들을 소정의 컨퍼런스 룸에 참가시키는 것이나 기생성된 컨퍼런스 룸에 추가 참가자를 조인시키는 것이나 IP 기반의 그룹 커뮤니케이션 호를 해제시키는 것과 같은 일련의 서비스 절차를 제어 및 관리하도록 구성될 수 있다.
도 3은 도 1에 도시한 정보 제공 시스템(10)을 통해 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행시에 정보를 제공하는 방법의 일실시예를 나타낸 흐름도로서, 발신 단말(20)측으로만 정보를 제공하는 경우를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 우선, 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30)은 도 2에 도시한 바와 같은 절차를 통해 SIP 호 셋업 과정과 미디어 세션을 여는 과정을 통해 IP에 기반한 음성 통화 서비스, 채팅 서비스, 영상 통화 서비스, 영상 채팅 서비스, 메시지 전송 서비스 등과 같은 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하게 된다(S300, S310). 이러한 도중, 정보 관리 서버(12)는 발신 단말(20)로 제공할 정보에 대한 정보 관련 데이터를 발신 단말(20)측으로 전송하고(S320), 정보 관련 데이터를 수신한 발신 단말(20)은 수신한 정보 관련 데이터에 기초하여 발신 단말(20)의 디스플레이부의 정보 표시 영역에 표시할 정보를 구성한 후(S330), 정보 표시 영역에 구성된 정보를 표시한다(S340).
여기에서, 정보 관리 서버(12)는, 도면에 도시하지는 않았으나, 발신 단말(20)이 정보 관리 서버(12)로 접속하여 정보 관련 데이터를 전송해줄 것을 요청한 경우, 정보 관련 데이터를 발신 단말(20)로 전송하도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 도 3에서는 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하는 도중에 정보 관리 서버(12)가 정보 관련 데이터를 발신 단말(20)로 전송하는 것으로 나타내었으나, 해당 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하기 전, 야간이나 특정 시간대 등에 발신 단말(20)로 정보 관련 데이터를 사전에 푸쉬하여 전송하거나 발신 단말(20)이 정보 관리 서버(12)에 접속하여 정보 관련 데이터를 미리 다운로드 받아서 저장해둘 수 있다.
또한, 전술한 발신 단말(20)로 제공되는 정보는 광고일 수 있으며, 상기 정보 관련 데이터는 발신 단말(20)의 디스플레이부의 정보 표시영역에 표시되어야 하는 광고 데이터일 수 있다. 광고 데이터는 예컨대, 텍스트 데이터, 이미지 데이터, 동영상 데이터 등의 형태로 제공될 수 있다. 이러한 광고 데이터를 포함하는 메시지는 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)와 연동하는 정보 관리 서버(12)에 의해 SIP의 SIP 메시지 메소드(MESSAGE method) 또는 MSRP(message session relay protocol) 하에서 해당 단말에 전달될 수 있다.
한편, 본 실시예의 정보 제공 시스템은 동영상 광고의 효과적인 제공을 위하여, 클라이언트 단말기가 3G 망 접속과 같이 적지 않은 통신 비용이 요구되는 망 접속 상태에 있는 경우에, 데이터 사용량을 최소화할 수 있도록 해당 동영상 광고의 제공을 중지하였다가 클라이언트 단말기가 와이파이(WiFi) 접속과 같이 저가 또는 무료의 망 접속 상태에 있을 때 해당 동영상 광고를 푸쉬하도록 구성될 수 있다. 그러한 경우, 고객은 추가적인 비용 지출 없이 동영상 광고를 이용할 수 있으므로, 동영상 광고의 이용률을 증대시킬 수 있다.
도 4는 본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 시스템에서 발신 단말(20)로 광고가 제공된 경우의 화면을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 발신 단말(20)의 디스플레이부의 상부 영역이 정보 표시 영역(예컨대, 광고 영역)으로 나누어져 있고, 하부 영역이 커뮤니케이션 서비스로서 영상 통화를 수행하기 위한 화면 영역(예컨대, 영상통화 영역)으로 구분되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 즉, 본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 시스템은 도 4와 같이 화면을 구성하여 상부의 정보 표시 영역에는 광고를 표시하도록 하고 하부의 영상통화 영역에는 발신자와 수신자의 영상을 표시하여 영상 통화 등의 커뮤니케이션 서비스가 수행되도록 할 수 있다.
여기에서, 정보 제공 시스템은 광고 이용에 따른 포인트 확인을 위한 버튼, 해당 광고 내용의 상품을 상대방에게 선물하기 위한 기프트선물 버튼, 상부 및 하부 영역들 간의 화면 전환을 위한 화면전환 버튼, 신제품에 대한 고객 의견 접수창을 연결하는 신제품입력 버튼 등의 사용자 인터페이스(UI, user interface)를 광고 영역에 제공할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 시스템에서 발신 단말(20)로 광고가 제공된 경우의 화면의 다른 예들을 나타낸 도면이다. 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 클라이언트 단말기의 디스플레이부에 표시되는 세 개의 화면에 있어서 좌측의 화면은 도 4에 도시한 것과 같은 형태이고, 중앙의 화면은 정보 표시 영역(예컨대, 광고 영역)이 디스플레이부의 화면 하부 영역에 표시되는 경우이고, 우측의 화면은 정보 표시 영역이 실질적으로 디스플레이부의 화면 대부분의 영역에 표시되는 경우이다. 우측 화면의 경우 영상 통화를 위한 화면 즉 영상통화 영역이 화면 좌측 하단에 작은 사이즈로 구현되어 있음을 알 수 있다.
도 6은 본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 시스템에서 발신 단말(20)로 광고가 제공된 경우의 화면의 또 다른 예들을 나타낸 도면이다. 도 6의 화면은 커뮤니케이션 서비스로서 영상 채팅, 일반 문자 채팅, 또는 메시지 전송 서비스를 수행하는 경우에 대한 것으로서, 클라이언트 단말기의 디스플레이부에 표시되는 세 개의 화면에 있어서 좌측의 화면은 채팅시 정보 표시 영역(예컨대, 광고 영역)이 디스플레이부의 거의 전체에 배경 화면으로 제공되는 경우이다. 중앙의 화면과 우측의 화면은 채팅을 위해 사용자가 키 패드 등의 입력 인터페이스에 문자나 숫자 등을 입력할 때 입력 인터페이스 영역을 제외한 화면 영역이 배경 화면 형태의 광고를 위한 정보 표시 영역으로 제공되는 경우로서, 화면의 입력 인터페이스 영역은 키 패드로 채워지면서 채팅 메시지는 상부 영역의 정보 표시 영역에 중첩하여 표시되고(중앙의 화면 참조), 사용자가 키 패드를 이용하여 문자나 숫자 등을 입력한 후 또는 채팅 대기시에, 키 패드가 사라지고 채팅 메시지가 상부 영역에서 하부 영역으로 이동하여 상부의 정보 표시 영역과 독립적으로 표시(우측의 화면 참조)되도록 구성되는 경우를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 시스템에서 발신 단말(20)로 광고가 제공된 경우의 화면의 또 다른 예들을 나타낸 도면이다. 도 7의 화면은 입력 인터페이스인 키 패드가 화면에 나타났다가 사라지는 위치에 정보 표시 영역(예컨대, 광고 영역)이 존재하는 경우를 나타낸 것이다. 즉, 도 7의 왼쪽 화면은 문자 입력 후 화면 모습을 나타내고, 오른쪽 화면은 문자 입력시의 화면 모습을 나타낸다. 도 7의 경우에는 정보 표시 영역이 키 패드인 입력 인터페이스에 의해 노출 및 숨김을 반복하게 되므로 광고 제공 효과를 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이와 같이, 클라이언트 단말기의 정보 표시 영역은, 해당 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스의 배경 화면 중 적어도 일부를 이용하여 구성될 수 있으며, 입력 인터페이스 화면을 이용하여 적절하게 정보 표시 영역이 활성화 또는 비활성화 되도록 구성될 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행시에 클라이언트 단말기로 정보를 제공하는 시스템(10)의 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 8을 참조하는 본 실시예의 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 키워드 관리 서버(13)를 더 포함한다는 점을 제외하고 도 1을 참조하는 정보 제공 시스템(10)과 실질적으로 동일하다.
도 8을 참조하면, 키워드 관리 서버(13)는 클라이언트 단말기로 전송할 키워드와 키워드 관련 정보를 관리하는 기능을 수행하며, 이를 위해 클라이언트 단말기의 광고노출 영상처리 모듈, 키워드 광고노출 모듈, 화면 제어 모듈 등과 연동한다.
또한, 키워드 관리 서버(13)는 발신 단말(20)과 착신 단말(30) 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 위한 미디어 세션이 형성되기 전 또는 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행 도중 클라이언트 단말기로 키워드 리스트와 상기 키워드 리스트에 포함된 키워드 각각에 대응되는 키워드 정보 데이터를 전송한다.
여기에서, 키워드 리스트는 특정 단어나 문구가 수집되어 있는 목록 데이터를 나타내며, 이 목록 데이터에 포함된 각각의 단어나 문구는 키워드 정보 데이터에 포함된 적어도 하나의 이미지나 동영상 파일에 대한 링크 정보를 구비한다. 키워드 정보 데이터는 키워드 리스트에 포함된 적어도 하나의 단어나 문구에 대응하는 텍스트 데이터, 이미지 데이터, 동영상 데이터, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함한다.
키워드 리스트 및 키워드 정보 데이터를 수신한 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)는 키워드 리스트에 기초하여 클라이언트 단말기의 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행 도중 키워드 리스트에 포함된 키워드를 검출하고, 검출된 키워드에 상응하는 화면을 키워드 정보 데이터에 기초하여 구성하고 해당 정보가 단말기의 디스플레이부의 정보 표시 영역에 표시되도록 동작하게 된다. 이러한 구성에 의하여 이루어지는 구체적인 동작은 도 9 이하를 참조하여 설명한다.
도 9는 도 8에 나타낸 정보 제공 시스템(10)에서 이루어지는 정보 제공 방법의 일실시예를 나타낸 흐름도로서, 발신 단말(20)이 키워드 관리 서버(13)로부터 키워드 리스트와 키워드 정보 데이터를 수신하고 키워드가 검출된 경우 해당 키워드에 상응하는 정보를 발신 단말(20)에서 표시하는 경우를 나타낸 것이다.
도 9를 참조하면, 우선 발신 단말(20)은 키워드 관리 서버(13)로부터 키워드 리스트와 키워드 정보 데이터를 수신한다(S900). 여기서, 키워드 리스트라 함은, 단말측에서 검출해야 할 대상이 되는 데이터로서, 예컨대, "사랑", "맥주", "소주", "선물" 등과 같이 텍스트 데이터로 구성할 수 있다. 키워드 정보 데이터라 함은, 키워드 리스트에 포함된 각각의 키워드에 상응하여 단말측에 표시할 콘텐츠 데이터를 나타내는 것으로서, 텍스트 데이터, 이미지 데이터, 동영상 데이터 등으로 구성할 수 있다. 예컨대, 키워드 "사랑"에는 "하트" 모양의 이미지 데이터를 키워드 정보 데이터로서 구성할 수 있다. 또 다른 예로써, 키워드 "소주"에 대응하여서는 소주병 동영상을 키워드 정보 데이터로 구성할 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 소주에 대한 키워드 정보 데이터는 소주에 해당하는 특정 기업의 PR(public relations) 홍보나 특정 상품 예를 들어 "참이슬"과 같은 특정 브랜드를 포함할 수 있다. 특정 브랜드의 직접 노출시 해당 브랜드 상품에 대한 이미지나 해당 브랜드 상품에 대한 동영상 광고가 제공될 수 있는데, 동영상 광고는 예컨대 발신 단말(20)의 화면상에서 움직이거나 흔들리도록 구성되거나, 정보 표시 영역 전체에 "참이슬" 동영상 광고가 대체되어 재생되도록 구성될 수 있다. 본 과정에 의하면, 특정 키워드가 인식될 때, 현재 제공하고 있던 단순 아이콘이나 플래쉬 광고를 해당 키워드에 상응하는 동영상 광고로 대체하여 제공함으로써 광고의 집중도와 정보전달력을 높여 광고 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
다음으로, 발신 단말(20)은 도 2에서 설명한 바와 같은 과정을 거쳐 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)를 통해 착신 단말(30)과 해당 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하기 위한 SIP 호 셋업과 미디어 세션을 형성한다(S910, S920).
다음으로, 발신 단말(20) 사용자가 해당 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하는 도중 문자 또는 음성 메시지를 작성하는 경우, 발신 단말(20)은 문자 또는 음성 메시지를 분석하여 키워드 리스트에 포함되어 있는 키워드가 존재하는지를 판단한다(S930). 이를 위하여 발신 단말(20) 내부에는 문자 및/또는 음성 검출을 위한 문자 및 음성 인식 엔진이 구비되어 있어야 한다. 문자 및 음성 인식 엔진은 종래 기술에 의해 알려져 있는 것이고 본 발명은 이러한 종래 기술을 그대로 이용할 수 있으며 이들은 본 발명의 핵심 사항은 아니므로 상세 설명은 생략한다.
다음으로, 상기 단계(S930)에서 발신 단말(20)에서 키워드 리스트에 포함되어 있는 키워드가 검출된 경우, 해당 키워드에 상응하는 키워드 정보 데이터를 참조하여 정보 표시 영역에 표시할 정보를 구성한다(S940). 예컨대, 키워드 "맥주" 가 검출된 경우, 이에 대응하는 키워드 정보 데이터로서 "특정 회사의 맥주병(예컨대, Hite)과 맥주가 담긴 맥주잔" 모양의 이미지 데이터를 검색하고 이를 디스플레이부에 표시하기 위해 준비될 수 있다. 준비되는 정보 영상은 정보 표시 영역에 해당 키워드 정보 데이터의 내용을 합성하는 형태와 단말의 화면의 적어도 일부 또는 전체 배경이 대체되도록 해당 키워드 정보 데이터의 내용을 대체하는 형태가 모두 이용될 수 있고, 그 가운데 광고 효과를 높이기 위해 화면 전체를 대체할 수 있도록 구성하는 것이 바람직하다.
다음으로, 발신 단말(20)은 사용자가 작성한 문자 메시지 또는 음성 메시지를 착신 단말(30)로 전송하고(S950), 상기 단계(S940)에서 구성된 정보를 정보 표시 영역에 합성 또는 대체 영상으로 표시한다(S960). 이와 함께, 발신 단말(20)은 상기 단계(S940)에서 구성된 정보를 착신 단말(30)로 전송할 수 있다(S970). 이때, 발신 단말(20)은 상기 단계(S940)에서 구성된 정보를 합성 또는 대체 영상 형태로 착신 단말(30)로 전송하지 않고 해당 키워드에 상응하는 키워드 정보 데이터만을 전송할 수 있다. 그 경우, 착신 단말(30)은 해당 정보를 수신한 후 착신 단말(30) 자체적으로 정보를 구성하여 착신 단말(30)의 정보 표시 영역에 해당 정보를 표시할 수 있다.
도 10은 도 9의 단계(S960)에 의해 발신 단말(20)의 디스플레이부에 광고가 정보로서 제공된 경우를 나타낸 화면이다.
도 10을 참조하면, 커뮤니케이션 서비스로서 영상 채팅을 수행하는 경우, 키워드로서 "맥주"가 검출된 경우 맥주에 상응하는 이미지 데이터가 화면 전체 또는 화면 일부의 정보 표시 영역에 합성되어 표시되어 있음을 알 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이, 정보 표시 영역은 사용자 인터페이스의 화면을 적절히 이용하여 표시하게 되는데, 키워드에 상응하는 정보는 이와 같이 기존에 제공되고 있는 정보 위에 합성된 형태로 제공되도록 구성할 수 있다. 이때, 기존에 제공되고 있는 정보를 표시하지 않도록 하고 키워드에 기초한 정보만을 표시하도록 구성할 수도 있다.
한편, 도 9에서는 키워드 리스트와 키워드 정보 데이터가 해당 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하기 이전 단계에서 미리 발신 단말(20)측으로 전송되는 것으로 나타내었으나, 이는 해당 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 수행하는 도중에 발신 단말(20)측으로 실시간 전송되도록 구성할 수도 있음은 물론이다.
도 11은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 의한 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행시에 클라이언트 단말기로 정보를 제공하는 시스템(10)의 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 11을 참조하는 본 실시예의 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 이벤트 관리 서버(14)를 더 포함한다는 점을 제외하고 도 1을 참조하는 정보 제공 시스템(10)과 실질적으로 동일하다.
도 11을 참조하면, 이벤트 관리 서버(14)는 정보 관리 서버(12)와 결합하거나 정보 관리 서버(12)에 포함될 수 있으며, 사용자가 특정한 동작을 수행하도록 하는 이벤트를 관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 이를 위하여 정보 관리 서버(12)는 도 3의 단계(S320)에서 정보 관련 데이터를 발신 단말(20)로 전송할 때 이벤트 데이터도 함께 전송하도록 구성될 수 있다.
여기에서, 이벤트 데이터는 이벤트의 내용을 포함하는 데이터로서, 이벤트가 단말기의 디스플레이부에 표시되는 시간, 기간 등과 같은 조건 정보를 포함할 수 있고, 이벤트에 대한 소정의 실행 조건이 충족되는 경우 클라이언트 단말기의 디스플레이부에 표시되도록 구현될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 이벤트 데이터의 실행 조건으로는 특정 시간대, 특정 지역, 특정 키워드 등이 지정될 수 있는데, 특정 시간이 지정되는 경우, 해당 시간이 되면 이벤트 데이터는 자동으로 정보 표시 영역에 이벤트의 내용을 표시하게 된다. 또한, 이벤트의 내용은 사용자의 특정한 행동 예컨대, "맥주를 3회 입력하세요"라는 등과 같은 행동을 요구하는 것을 실행 조건으로 가질 수 있고, 이러한 조건에 따라 사용자가 해당 행동을 수행한 경우, 이벤트 참여 내역, 사용자 정보 등과 같은 정보가 클라이언트 단말기로부터 이벤트 관리 서버(14)로 전송될 수 있다. 그 경우, 이벤트 관리 서버(14)는 해당 정보를 수신하여 이벤트 데이터베이스에 기록하고, 이벤트의 당첨 여부, 광고 수익 분배 등과 같은 처리를 수행할 수 있다. 그리고, 이벤트 관리 서버(14)는 별도의 서버와 연동하여 경품 당첨이나 수익 분배 등과 같은 보상 절차를 처리할 수도 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 의한 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행시에 클라이언트 단말기로 정보를 제공하는 시스템(10)의 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 12를 참조하는 본 실시예의 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 보상 관리 서버(15)를 더 포함한다는 점을 제외하고 도 1을 참조하는 정보 제공 시스템(10)과 실질적으로 동일하다.
도 12를 참조하면, 보상 관리 서버(15)는 정보 관리 서버(12)와 결합하거나 정보 관리 서버(12)에 포함될 수 있으며, 사용자의 정보 노출 레벨이나 이벤트 참여 또는 수행 레벨에 따라 사용자에게 제공할 보상 수준을 결정 및 관리하는 기능을 수행한다. 이를 위하여 보상 관리 서버(15)는 정보 제공 시스템(10)의 호 제어 및 관리 서버(11)를 통해 클라이언트 단말기로부터 해당 정보를 수집하고 이를 데이터베이스 등에 저장할 수 있다.
여기에서, 정보 노출 레벨은 클라이언트 단말기에 제공되는 정보(예컨대, 광고)의 종류, 노출 시간 및/또는 횟수, 이벤트 참여 시간 및/또는 횟수, 이벤트 수행 시간 및/또는 횟수 등을 포함한다. 또한, 보상 관리 서버(15)는 클라이언트 단말기로부터 수집한 정보 이용 데이터에 근거한 고객의 정보 노출 레벨에 따라 해당 고객에게 차등적으로 정보 제공에 대한 수익의 일부를 분배하도록 구성될 수 있다. 그리고, 보상 관리 서버(15)는 고객별로 포인트 관리, 이벤트 참여 관리, 키워드 노출 포인트 등을 종합 관리하도록 구성될 수 있고, 일정 포인트 도달시 해당 월에 자동으로 해당 고객의 모바일 번호로 모바일 상품권 등 다양한 경품을 전달하도록 구성될 수 있다. 고객에게 분배되는 수익은 모바일 상품권뿐만 아니라 고객 계좌로의 현금 이체, 전자화폐, 문자 쿠폰 등으로 전달될 수 있음은 물론이다.
예를 들면, 고객의 정보 노출 레벨을 결정하기 위하여 포인트 부여 방식을 채택할 수 있는데, 그러한 경우 보상 관리 서버(15)는 채팅 시작과 종료 시간 사이에 고객이 이용한 이용시간에 대한 누적시간 포인트, 특정 키워드가 대화 중 생성되었을 때 자동부과되는 키워드 포인트, 고객의 이벤트 참여시에 부여되는 이벤트 포인트, 광고 문구 타이핑시에 부여되는 타이핑 포인트 등을 고객별 포인트로 누적하고, 광고주의 광고 물량, 고객수, 기설정된 보상 정책과의 상관 관계에 따라 수익률을 분석하여 해당 고객에 대한 포인트 또는 수익 부과를 결정할 수 있다.
도 13은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 의한 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행시에 클라이언트 단말기로 정보를 제공하는 시스템(10)의 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 13을 참조하면, 본 실시예의 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 도 1의 정보 제공 시스템(10)에 더하여 키워드 관리 서버(13), 이벤트 관리 서버(14), 및 보상 관리 서버(15)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
키워드 관리 서버(13)는 도 8 내지 도 10을 참조하여 설명한 키워드 관리 서버와 실질적으로 동일하고, 이벤트 관리 서버(14)는 도 11 및 도 12를 참조하여 설명한 이벤트 관리 서버와 실질적으로 동일하고, 보상 관리 서버(15)는 도 13을 참조하여 설명한 보상 관리 서버와 실질적으로 동일하다.
본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 시스템(10)에 있어서, 보상 관리 서버(15)는 키워드 관리 서버(13)에서 고객에게 제공하는 키워드 및/또는 키워드 관련 정보의 노출 레벨이나 이벤트 관리 서버(14)에서 고객에서 제공하는 이벤트의 참여 및/또는 수행 레벨에 따라 고객의 포인트 및/또는 수익 분배를 추가적으로 결정하도록 구성될 수 있다. 그러한 경우, 정보이용(예컨대, 광고 노출)에 대한 수익을 고객에게도 분배함으로써 고객의 키워드 사용에 의한 광고 노출이나 이벤트 참여나 수행에 의한 광고 노출을 적극 유도할 수 있고, 따라서 고객에 대한 광고 효과를 극대화하여 상품 판매를 증대시키고 상품 판매 촉진에 의한 경제 활동의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.
도 14는 도 13의 정보 제공 시스템의 주요 작동원리를 설명하기 위한 도면으로, 광고주와 협의된 광고 프로그램의 정책에 따라 소정 그룹(광고1)의 각 제품에 대한 광고 포인트, 키워드 포인트, 이벤트 포인트의 기준의 일례를 나타낸다.
도 14를 참조하면, 보상 관리 서버(15)는 시스템 내의 데이터베이스에 저장된 기준 테이블을 토대로 고객에게 노출되는 정보의 종류, 형태 등에 따라 소정의 포인트 및/또는 수익을 보상하도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 보상 관리 서버(15)는 A사의 B제품이 클라이언트 단말기의 정보 표시 영역(예컨대, 광고 영역)에 표시되는 경우 해당 고객에게 200점을 부여하고, 문자나 음성 메시지에 특정 키워드가 포함되어 상기 키워드에 해당하는 정보가 클라이언트 단말기에 표시되는 경우 해당 고객에게 20점을 부여하고, 특정 이벤트의 참여시 10점을 부여하거나 특정 이벤트의 수행 완료시 100점을 부여하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 실시예에서는, 광고나 쿠폰, 이벤트 등의 정보가 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)상에서 터치되면 클라이언트 단말기(20,30)가 해당 광고 또는 이벤트의 홈페이지 등으로 접속되도록 상기 광고나 쿠폰, 이벤트가 해당 링크를 구비한 소정의 이미지나 동영상 파일 형태로 제공될 수 있다. 그리고, 정보 제공 시스템(10)은 터치 등에 의한 해당 광고 또는 이벤트의 노출 횟수나 홈페이지 접속 횟수 등을 통해 해당 정보에 대한 노출량, 클릭률 등을 수집하고, 이를 가공하여 레포팅 또는 통계 자료를 생성하고, 생성된 레포팅 또는 통계 자료를 광고주나 광고 대행사에게 제공함으로써 광고주나 광고 대행사는 본 실시예에 따른 정보 제공 서비스의 제공자, 및 이용고객 등에 대하여 고객의 정보노출 또는 정보이용에 따른 판매 수익의 기여분을 적절히 분배할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 본 발명에 의한 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였으나 본 발명이 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것은 아님은 물론이다. 예컨대, 본 발명은 "1:1" 커뮤니케이션 서비스뿐 아니라 "1:다수", "다수 : 다수"와 같은 다자간 커뮤니케이션 서비스 중에도 이루어질 수 있음은 물론이다. 또한, 클라이언트 단말기가 3G 망과 같은 이동 통신망을 이용하는 경우에도 적용될 수 있는데, 그때에는 IP 기반 커뮤니케이션 서비스와 이동 통신망의 호의 연동을 위한 미디어 게이트웨이(media gateway) 등의 장비를 필요로 한다. 물론, 이들은 종래 기술에 의하여 공지되어 있는 것이므로 상세 설명은 생략한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행시에 발신 단말 및 착신 단말을 포함하는 클라이언트 단말기 중 적어도 어느 하나로 정보를 제공하는 시스템에 있어서,
    발신 단말과 착신 단말 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행을 위한 미디어 세션을 형성하고 관리하는 호 제어 및 관리 서버;
    클라이언트 단말기 중 적어도 어느 하나로 전송할 정보를 관리하는 정보 관리 서버
    를 포함하며,
    상기 정보 관리 서버는, 발신 단말과 착신 단말 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 위한 미디어 세션이 형성되기 전 또는 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행 도중 클라이언트 단말기로 제공할 정보에 대한 정보 관련 데이터를 발신 단말과 착신 단말 중 적어도 어느 하나로 전송하고,
    상기 정보 관련 데이터를 수신한 클라이언트 단말기는 정보 관련 데이터에 기초하여 단말기의 디스플레이부의 정보 표시 영역에 정보를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 커뮤니케이션 서비스는, 인터넷 프로토콜(IP) 기반의 음성 통화 서비스, 채팅 서비스, 영상 통화 서비스, 영상 채팅 서비스, 메시지 전송 서비스 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 관리 서버는, 상기 클라이언트 단말기로부터 상기 정보 관련 데이터의 전송 요청을 받고, 상기 정보 관련 데이터를 해당 클라이언트 단말기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 클라이언트 단말기의 정보 표시 영역은, 상기 클라이언트 단말기의 사용자 인터페이스의 배경 화면 중 적어도 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 클라이언트 단말기는, 상기 클라이언트 단말기의 사용자 인터페이스에 포함된 입력 인터페이스가 상기 사용자 인터페이스상에서 표시되었다가 사라지도록 구성하고, 상기 정보 표시 영역은 상기 입력 인터페이스가 사라진 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 클라이언트 단말기로 제공되는 정보는 광고이며, 상기 정보 관련 데이터는 광고 데이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 제공 시스템은,
    클라이언트 단말기로 전송할 키워드와 키워드 관련 정보를 관리하는 키워드 관리 서버를 더 포함하고,
    상기 키워드 관리 서버는, 발신 단말과 착신 단말 사이에서 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 위한 미디어 세션이 형성되기 전 또는 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행 도중 클라이언트 단말기 중 적어도 어느 하나로 키워드 리스트와 상기 키워드 리스트에 포함된 키워드 각각에 대응되는 키워드 정보 데이터를 전송하고, 상기 키워드 리스트를 수신한 클라이언트 단말기는 상기 키워드 리스트에 기초하여 클라이언트 단말기의 커뮤니케이션 서비스 수행 도중 키워드 리스트에 포함된 키워드를 검출하고, 검출된 키워드에 상응하는 정보를 키워드 정보 데이터에 기초하여 구성하고 해당 정보가 단말기의 디스플레이부의 정보 표시 영역에 표시되도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 정보를 디스플레이부의 정보 표시 영역에 표시하는 단말기는 상대방 단말기측으로 해당 키워드 정보 데이터를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 발신 또는 착신 단말을 포함하는 클라이언트 단말기 중 디스플레이부의 정보 표시 영역에 상기 정보를 표시하는 단말기는, 상대방 클라이언트 단말기측으로 상기 키워드에 대한 정보 또는 상기 키워드에 상응하는 정보 관련 데이터가 합성되거나 대체된 영상 정보를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 제공 관리 서버와 결합하며, 사용자가 특정한 동작을 수행하도록 하는 이벤트를 관리하는 이벤트 관리 서버를 더 포함하고,
    상기 정보 관련 데이터는 사용자가 특정한 동작을 수행하도록 하는 이벤트 데이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 관리 서버와 결합하며, 상기 발신 단말 및 상기 착신 단말 중 적어도 어느 하나의 해당 단말 사용자의 정보 관련 데이터의 이용정보를 수집하고 수집된 이용정보에 기초하여 상기 사용자에 대한 보상을 처리하는 보상 관리 서버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 관리 서버와 결합하며 키워드 리스트와 키워드 정보 데이터가 포함된 정보 관련 데이터를 상기 클라이언트 단말기에 제공하는 키워드 관리 서버, 및 상기 정보 관리 서버와 결합하며 상기 사용자가 특정한 동작을 수행하도록 하는 이벤트 데이터가 포함된 정보 관련 데이터를 상기 클라이언트 단말기에 제공하는 이벤트 관리 서버 중 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함하고,
    상기 보상 관리 서버는 상기 키워드 리스트에 포함된 적어도 하나의 키워드에 따른 상기 정보 관련 데이터의 이용정보 및 상기 이벤트의 참여에 따른 상기 정보 관련 데이터의 이용정보 중 적어도 어느 하나에 기초하여 상기 사용자에 대한 보상을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 제공 시스템.
