图 2为本发明联系人信息获取方法实施例二的流程图, 如图 2所示, 本示例联系人信息获取方法具体包括以下步骤: 步骤 210 , 用户 Α通过用户终端申请订阅联系人 B。
用户通过前述实施例一定位出自己想要联系的联系人 B之后, 向服务 器发起订阅联系人 B的联系信息的订阅请求。 一般而言, 用户终端中均安 装有相应的应用软件, 以支持向服务器发起联系人搜索及订阅的请求。 本 领域技术人员应当理解, 实现订阅及搜索请求的发起是容易实现的。 或者, 用户 A直接申请订阅联系人 B , 或者, 用户 A通过其他方式获取用户 B的 信息后直接申请订阅联系人 B。
步骤 220 , 在订阅未成功时, 根据网络侧返回的 B与用户 A已有联系 人 C的关联关系, 向 C请求共享 B的联系信息。
用户 A通过客户端向服务器发起订阅联系人 B的请求, 在不能订阅成 功时, 服务器返回用户 B在用户 A已有联系人列表中的关联关系, 如: 设 用户 A的联系人用户 C订阅过用户 B。则用户 A通过客户端向用户 C的客 户端发起联系人共享请求, 请求共享用户 B的联系信息。
本发明中还支持下述应用场景: 如果用户 A的地址本中的联系人中没 有直接订阅过用户 B的联系信息, 但如果存在多层间接关联关系, 服务器 也可返回这种间接关联关系, 如服务器返回用户 A地址本中的联系人中用 户 C订阅过用户 D的联系信息, 而用户 D订阅过用户 B的联系信息。 那么 用户 A可以先订阅用户 D的联系信息或者通过用户 C共享用户 D的联系信 息, 然后通过用户 D共享获得用户 B的联系信息。 也就是说, 如果用户能 获取到可能获得用户 B的联系信息的其他联系人信息时, 也可以直接向其 他联系人获取用户 B的联系信息。
图 3为本发明联系人信息获取装置的一种组成结构示意图, 如图 3所 示, 本发明联系人信息获取装置包括接收单元 30、搜索单元 31和提供单元 32, 其中,
接收单元 30, 用于接收用户通过用户终端发起的对其他用户的搜索请 求;
搜索单元 31 , 用于搜索被搜索用户的联系卡信息及所述联系卡信息之 外的信息;
提供单元 32, 用于将所述联系卡信息及所述联系卡信息之外的信息提 供给所述用户终端。
所述联系卡信息之外的信息为以下信息的至少一项:
被搜索用户的联系号码归属地信息、 被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的 联系人订阅过联系信息的关联信息, 被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信 息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息。
上述接收单元 30进一步用于, 接收所述用户对其他用户的联系信息订 阅请求;
上述搜索单元 31进一步搜索被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订 阅过联系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息; 上述提供单元 32进一步用于将被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人 订阅过联系信息的关联信息,和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息提供 给所述用户终端。
图 4为本发明联系人信息获取装置的另一种组成结构示意图, 如图 4 所示, 本示例联系人信息获取装置包括接收单元 40、搜索单元 41和提供单 元 42; 其中,
接收单元 40, 用于接收所述用户对其他用户的联系信息订阅请求; 搜索单元 41 , 用于搜索被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订阅过 联系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述 用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息; 提供单元 42, 用于将被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订阅过联 系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用 户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息, 提供给所 述用户终端。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 本发明联系人信息获取装置是为实现前述 的基于融合地址本业务的联系人信息获取方法而设计的, 本发明基于融合 地址本业务的联系人信息获取装置中上述各处理单元的实现功能可参照前 述方法的相关描述而理解。 图中的各处理单元的功能可通过运行于处理器 上的程序而实现, 也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种联系人信息获取方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
网络侧接收到用户终端对其他用户的搜索请求后, 为所述用户终端提 供被搜索用户的联系卡信息及所述联系卡信息之外的信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述联系卡信息之外的 信息为以下信,包、的至少一项:
被搜索用户的联系号码归属地信息, 被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的 联系人订阅过联系信息的关联信息, 被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信 息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述联系号码归属地信 息包括用户电话号码的归属地信息和 /或用户终端物理地址的地域信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 网络侧接收到所述用户对其他用户的联系信息订阅请求后, 将被搜索 用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订阅过联系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索 用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其 他用户的联系信息的关联信息, 提供给所述用户终端。
5、 一种联系人信息获取方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
网络侧接收到所述用户对其他用户的联系信息订阅请求后, 将被搜索 用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订阅过联系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索 用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其 他用户的联系信息的关联信息, 提供给所述用户终端。
6、 一种联系人信息获取装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括接收单元、 搜索单元和提供单元, 其中,
接收单元, 用于接收用户终端对其他用户的搜索请求;
搜索单元, 用于搜索被搜索用户的联系卡信息及所述联系卡信息之外 的信息;
提供单元, 用于将所述联系卡信息及所述联系卡信息之外的信息提供 给所述用户终端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述联系卡信息之外的 信息为以下信,包、的至少一项:
被搜索用户的联系号码归属地信息、 被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的 联系人订阅过联系信息的关联信息, 被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信 息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述联系号码归属地信 息包括用户电话号码的归属地信息和 /或用户终端物理地址的地域信息。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元进一步用 于, 接收所述用户对其他用户的联系信息订阅请求;
所述搜索单元进一步搜索被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订阅 过联系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所 述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息;
所述提供单元进一步用于将被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订 阅过联系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息, 提 供给所述用户终端。
10、 一种联系人信息获取装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括接收单元、 搜索单元和提供单元; 其中,
接收单元, 用于接收所述用户对其他用户的联系信息订阅请求; 搜索单元, 用于搜索被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订阅过联 系信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用 户的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息; 提供单元, 用于将被搜索用户被用户的地址本中的联系人订阅过联系 信息的关联信息, 和 /或被搜索用户被其他用户订阅过联系信息、 所述用户 的地址本中联系人订阅所述其他用户的联系信息的关联信息, 提供给所述 用户终端。
