该挂锁 14保护装置主要包括旋转块 12、 底板 11及紧固螺钉, 底板 11通 过紧固螺钉安装在门板上, 旋转块 12通过螺钉 13安装在底板 11上。 底板 11 具有 Z形中间支架 111 , 中间支架 111上设有锁闩孔,旋转块 12的两侧具有凸 起的挡板, 且旋转块 12上也设有锁闩孔。 该挂锁 14保护装置的操作步骤如 下:
关门时, 摇把 100旋转以锁住机拒门, 摇把 100置放于底板 11中间支架 111上, 将旋转块 12以螺钉 13为转轴顺时针旋转到竖直向下状态, 摇把 100 位于底板 11和旋转块 12之间,此时旋转块 12上的锁闩孔与中间支架 111的锁 闩孔同心, 将挂锁 14的锁闩 141穿过旋转块 12和中间支架 111的锁闩孔, 则 旋转块 12和摇把 100均被挂锁 14锁定, 无法转动。 从图 1中可以看出, 挂锁 14的锁闩 141正好全部置于旋转块 12两侧凸起的挡板之间,从而使钢钎撬棍 无法使用, 不能撬开, 液压剪钳等在挡板的限制下也 4艮难剪到锁闩 141。 开 门时, 取下挂锁 14, 旋转块 12逆时针旋转至上方, 摇把 100可以旋转以打开 机拒门。
上述挂锁 14保护装置存在下述技术问题: 第一、 保护装置的底板 11釆 用钣金成型, 且旋转块 12与底板 11仅通过一个螺钉 13装配在一起, 装置的 强度不高, 容易被撬开; 第二、 由于锁闩 141主要依靠旋转块 12两侧凸起的 挡板保护, 凸出部分容易被折弯, 造成锁闩 141暴露在外, 从而容易被剪断 或撬开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种挂锁保护装置, 用于解决现有技术中挂锁保 护装置强度较低、 保护锁闩的结构易于遭受破坏等问题。 该挂锁保护装置 具有相配合的滑盖和底座, 配合牢靠、 强度高, 且滑盖将锁闩保护与其内 腔, 能够有效防止暴力破坏。
为达到本发明的目的, 本发明提供一种挂锁保护装置, 应用于具有挂 鼻的门, 所述挂鼻具有锁 R孔, 该锁 R孔通过与挂锁的锁栓相连实现对门 的锁定, 所述挂锁保护装置包括:
固定于门体上的底座和滑盖, 所述滑盖和所述底座滑动连接, 使得所 述滑盖能够卡盖住所述底座, 当所述滑盖卡盖住所述底座后, 形成一个具 有开口端的壳体, 并将所述挂鼻容置于所述壳体内;
所述滑盖设有朝向所述底座且具有锁 R孔的锁定部件, 当所述滑盖卡 盖住所述底座后, 使得所述挂锁能够从所述开口端进入并通过所述锁定部 件的锁 R孔以及所述挂鼻的锁 R孔实现所述锁定部件以及所述挂鼻的锁 定。
由于该挂锁保护装置釆取滑盖和底座配合的方式, 形成壳状结构, 能 够较好地将较为脆弱的锁闩和挂鼻进行完全保护, 锁闩和挂鼻可以完全置 于滑盖和底座之间, 也可以将挂锁的部分或全部锁体纳入保护范围内, 则 从任何角度, 钢钎撬棍、 液压剪钳等工具均不易于进入滑盖内进行破坏; 而且, 滑盖和底座滑动配合, 则滑盖和底座本身为壳状整体结构, 无供上 述工具破坏的突破口; 通过滑盖的上下滑行配合挂锁的锁定和解锁, 使得 机拒门的开启和关闭也较为方便。 附图说明 图 1为现有技术中一种挂锁保护装置的结构示意图;

本发明的核心是提供一种挂锁保护装置, 该挂锁保护装置具有相配合 的滑盖和底座, 配合牢靠、 强度高, 且滑盖和底座形成的壳体将锁闩保护 于其内腔, 能够有效防止暴力破坏。
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案, 下面结合附 图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。 需要说明的是, 本文所述 的 "上"、 "下"、 "前"、 "后" "左" "右" 均以图 2中挂锁保护装置的设置 方式为视角, 以便于理解该结构, 并不对该结构本身起到限制的作用, 图 2 中挂锁保护装置竖直设置于门体上, 实际上, 该挂锁保护装置也可以根 据实际使用需求配合挂鼻按照其他方向设置。
请参考图 2至图 5, 图 2为本发明所提供挂锁保护装置与挂锁锁定时 一种具体实施方式的结构示意图;图 3为图 2中另一种角度的结构示意图; 图 4为图 2中挂锁保护装置解锁后的结构示意图图 5为图 3中挂锁保护装 置的结构示意图; 图 6为图 5中挂锁保护装置解锁后的结构示意图。
该具体实施方式中的挂锁保护装置应用于具有挂鼻 40的门体 10, 挂 鼻 40具有锁 R孔, 该锁 R孔通过与挂锁 30的锁栓相连, 以实现对门体的 锁定。挂锁保护装置包括固定于门体 10上的底座 21和卡盖于底座 21的滑 盖 22, 滑盖 22和底座 21配合后形成具有开口端的壳体, 如图 5所示, 滑 盖 22和底座 21配合后呈下端具有开口的壳状, 其两侧和上端均封闭。 具 体结构参见图 7和图 8, 图 7为图 5中挂锁保护装置中底座的结构示意图; 图 8为图 3中滑盖的结构示意图。图 7中底座 21的两侧具有槽口朝向侧面 的滑槽 211 , 滑盖 22的两侧具有***滑槽 211内的滑轨 221 (即图中滑盖 22两侧向内部折弯的折弯边), 滑轨 221和滑槽 211前后左右卡接, 即滑 盖 22仅能够沿滑槽 211上下滑行, 难以自其他方向与底座 21发生相对运 动。
该实施例中置于挂锁保护装置内的挂锁 30 (参见图 3 )用于锁定带有 摇把 50 (参见图 4 ) 的锁定***, 即挂锁 30锁定摇把 50。 图 4中挂鼻 40 固定于门体 10上, 摇把 50上具有供挂鼻 40穿出的中心孔, 挂锁 30的锁 闩***挂鼻 40的锁 R孔内, 即可将摇把 50锁定。 该实施例中, 需将挂鼻 40置于底座 21和滑盖 22之间, 图 4中, 底座 21的下端具有开口, 底座 21安装于门体 10上时, 挂鼻 40位于该开口处, 滑盖 22滑行至下方时, 挂鼻 40位于滑盖 22和底座 21之间, 即挂鼻 40容置于滑盖 22卡盖底座 21后形成的壳体内。
如图 8所示, 滑盖 22设有朝向底座 21设置且具有锁闩孔的 U形凸台 222, U形凸台 222设于滑盖 22的下端, U形凸台 222的两侧夹壁具有同 心的锁闩孔, 滑盖 22向下滑行使挂鼻 40夹持于 U形凸台 222的两夹壁之 间 , 挂鼻 40的锁闩孔和夹壁的锁闩孔同心时, 挂锁 30的锁闩同时锁挂挂 鼻 40的锁闩孔和 U形凸台 222两夹壁的锁闩孔, 则挂锁 30同时锁定滑盖 22和摇把 50。 即该挂锁保护装置的操作步骤如下: 关门时, 推动滑盖 22 向下滑行, U形凸台 222的锁闩孔 2221和挂鼻 40锁闩孔同心时, 挂锁 30 的锁 R同时穿过二者的锁 R孔锁定; 开门时, 解开挂锁 30, 推动滑盖 22 向上滑行, 将摇把 50脱离挂鼻 40, 转动摇把 50, 即可打开机拒门, 摇把 50与门体 10之间可以设置预压缩的弹簧, 则取下挂锁 30后, 在弹簧的作 用下摇把 50 可以自动弹起而脱离挂鼻 40, 操作更为简便。 由此可知, U 形凸台 222主要用于与挂鼻 40、挂锁 30锁定,从而固定滑盖 22与底座 21 , 则可以想到, 在滑盖 22上设置与挂锁 30锁 R配合的锁定部件即可, 并不 限于 U形凸台 222结构, 比如直接设置凸台结构, 在凸台结构上设置能够 与挂鼻 40锁闩孔同心的锁闩孔。 当然, U形凸台 222作为锁定部件时, 由于该结构具有两侧夹壁,便于将挂鼻 40夹持于中间,使得锁定更为可靠。
进一步地,滑盖 22的锁定部件可以具有防刮擦外罩 2222,请参考图 9, 图 9为图 6中 U形凸台上防刮擦外罩的结构示意图。 防刮擦外罩 2222和 U形凸台 222上具有对应的螺纹孔,通过紧固螺钉 227固定, U形凸台 222 上行与底座 21的限位凸台 212抵触时, 由防刮擦外罩 2222的上端面 A与 限位凸台 212抵触, 且挂鼻 40位于 U形凸台 222两夹壁之间时、 锁闩穿 过 U形凸台 222上的锁闩孔时, 也由防刮擦外罩 2222与挂鼻 40、 锁闩接 触, 则防刮擦外罩 2222可以降低 U形凸台 222的磨损, 保证滑盖 22锁定 的可靠性。 防刮擦外罩 2222的材料可以是尼龙、橡胶或釆用其他非金属材 料制成。
由上述内容可知, 由于该挂锁保护装置釆取滑盖 22和底座 21配合的 方式,形成壳状结构, 能够较好地将较为脆弱的锁闩和挂鼻 40进行完全保 护,从图中可以看出,锁闩和挂鼻 40可以完全置于滑盖 22和底座 21完全 卡盖后形成的壳体内,也可以将挂锁 30的部分或全部锁体纳入壳体的保护 范围内, 则从任何角度, 钢钎撬棍、 液压剪钳等工具均不易于进入滑盖 22 内进行破坏; 而且, 滑盖 22和底座 21滑动配合, 滑槽 211和滑轨 221为 卡接的方式, 则滑盖 22和底座 21本身为壳状整体结构, 无供上述工具破 坏的突破口, 当滑盖 22和底座 21釆用钢或铝合金压铸或机加工制成时, 强度更高, 破坏几率也更小, 当然, 滑盖 22和底座 21也可以通过钣金焊 接成型; 通过滑盖 22的上下滑行配合挂锁 30的锁定和解锁, 使得机拒门 的开启和关闭也较为方便。 此外, 滑盖 22上还可以设置推动滑盖 22沿滑 槽 211滑行的把手 223 , 如图 5所示, 便于实际操作; 滑盖 22的两侧也可 以设置侧面缺口, 便于挂锁 30的锁闩锁定挂鼻 40和滑盖 22。
可以想到, 底座 21和滑盖 22的结构并不限于上述结构, 也可以在滑 盖 22的两侧设置滑槽 211 ,底座 21的两侧设置相配合的滑轨 221 ,使得底 座 21和滑盖 22沿底座 21长度方向滑行连接即可; 此外, 底座 21上滑槽 211的槽口也可以朝向滑盖 22设置, 当然, 槽口朝向侧面设置, 使得滑轨 221和滑槽 211之间的接口朝向门体 10, 更有利于防止工具的破坏。
进一步地, 底座 21的上端可以设置朝向滑盖 22的限位凸台 212, 结 合图 7和图 8理解, 滑盖 22卡盖于底座 21后, 限位凸台 212封闭滑盖 22 和底座 21的上端。挂锁 30打开后, 滑盖 22解锁向上滑行至 U形凸台 222 位于限位凸台 212处时, U形凸台 222与限位凸台 212抵触,滑盖 22无法 继续上行,则设置限位凸台 212后,可以避免解锁时滑盖 22运行幅度过大 而脱离底座 21 , 便于关门时重新锁定。 当然, 未设置限位凸台 212和 U形 凸台 222配合的情况下, 自上端脱离的滑盖 22可以重新***滑槽 211内并 向下滑行配合锁定, 相较于该种情形, 设置限位凸台 212使得挂锁保护装 置的操作更为便利, 且限位凸台 212可以简单地实现滑盖 22和底座 21上 端的封闭, 避免破坏工具以上端为突破口进行破坏。 该实施例中通过在底 座 21的上端设置限位凸台 212封闭滑盖 22和底座 21的上端, 实际上,将 限位凸台 212设于滑盖 22的上端也可以达到封闭上端的目的。
请继续参考图 7和图 8,限位凸台 212上设有至少一组预压缩弹簧 214
(即弹簧 214处于压缩状态)和圓珠 213 , 弹簧 214朝向滑盖 22设置, 弹 簧 214的端部置有圓珠 213 , 则滑盖 22和底座 21配合后, 在弹簧 214的 复位作用力下, 圓珠 213抵紧于滑盖 22上。 滑盖 22的内表面设有与圓珠 213配合的滑道 224和凹孔 225 , 滑道 224和凹孔 225位于滑盖 22上端和 锁定部件之间。滑道 224沿滑盖 22滑行方向延伸, 凹孔 225的深度深于滑 道 224的深度, 凹孔 225相接于滑道 224的下端。 图 7中所示的限位凸台 212上设有三组预压缩弹簧 214和圓珠 213 , 滑盖 22上设有三组平行设置 的滑道 224以及位于滑道 224下端的凹孔 225。 则开门解锁时, 推动滑盖 22上行, 圓珠 213相对地沿滑道 224的上端向下滚动, 则无外力作用于滑 盖 22上时, 圓珠 213和滑盖 22之间的摩擦力可以与滑盖 22的重力平衡, 滑盖 22可以停留在任意位置处不自动滑落,便于操作人员进行解锁、打开 机拒门、 锁定等动作。
此外, 当 U形凸台 222的上端面与限位凸台 212的下端面 ·ί氐触时, 圓 珠 213恰好滚落至凹孔 225内 , 并由弹簧 214将圓珠 213抵触于凹孔 225 内, 由于凹孔 225 的深度深于滑道 224的深度, 则在该位置处, 滑盖 22 还受到圓珠 213的支撑, 因此, 滑盖 22的停留更加稳定, 此时, 可以转动 摇把 50打开机拒门; 锁门时, 稍微施加外力, 下推滑盖 22, 克服圓珠 213 和滑盖 22之间的摩擦力, 使圓珠 213脱离凹孔 225 , 相对于滑盖 22向上 滚动, 滑盖 22可以下行至 U形凸台 222的锁闩孔 2221与挂鼻 40锁闩孔 同心, 以便挂锁 30锁定。
由此可知, 在不施加外力的情况下, 弹簧 214和圓珠 213的设置使得 滑盖 22可以停留于任意位置, 设计时, 根据弹簧 214弹力、 摩擦系数、 滑 盖 22重力等因素合理设计滑道 224和凹孔 225的尺寸, 在确保圓珠 213 和滑盖 22之间的摩擦力能够平衡上盖自重的同时, 保证滑盖 22打开和合 拢的操作也较为顺畅。
除了设置限位凸台 212, 以确定滑盖 22的上限位置, 还可以设置滑盖 22的下限位置。 比如, 在底座 21的下端设置下限位部件, 滑盖 22向下滑 行至 U形凸台 222的锁闩孔 2221与挂鼻 40锁闩孔同心时, 滑盖 22的下 端与下限位部件抵触, 则限制了滑盖 22下限位置, 防止滑盖 22 自下方脱 离底座 21 , 与设置上限位置的有效效果相同, 在此不赘述, 同时, 下限位 置即 U形凸台 222与挂鼻 40锁闩孔同心的位置, 则滑盖 22下行至下限位 置即可进行锁定, 无需人工对准, 便于实际操作。
下限位部件的具体结构有多种方式, 请参考图 10和图 11 , 图 10为图 7中底座另一角度的示意图, 该图示出底座 21的后表面, 即与门体 10接 触的一面; 图 11为图 10中底座滑槽的剖视图。 图 10中下限位部件为设于 底座 21滑槽 211内的限位螺钉 217。 该实施例中, 底座 21和门体 10釆取 内侧固定的方式, 底座 21滑槽 211的前槽壁设有螺纹孔 216, 后槽壁设有 阶梯光孔 215。 限位螺钉 217 自门体 10的内侧钉入, 并螺旋进入底座 21 的螺纹孔 215内以固定底座 21和机拒门 ,限位螺钉 217的长度设计要求其 钉体可以穿过阶梯光孔 215并***前槽壁的螺纹孔 216内 ,则滑盖 22下行 时, 滑盖 22上滑轨 221的下端面可以与限位螺钉 217抵触, 以限制滑盖 22继续下行。 滑轨 221 的下端面可以设置内侧缺口 2211 , 限位螺钉 217 卡于内侧缺口 2211处, 则锁定时的滑轨 221外侧可以挡住限位螺钉 217, 避免限位螺钉 217遭受破坏。 另外, 底座 21和门体 10釆取内侧固定的方 式,可以有效防止破坏工具直接破坏挂锁保护装置与门体 10的连接处,从 而避免挂锁保护装置失效。 由此可见, 限位螺钉 217同时起到固定门体 10 和底座 21、 设定滑盖 22下限位置的作用, 使得结构较为简单。
当然, 下限位部件也可以为直接在滑槽 211 内设置的卡棍, 以与滑轨
221的下端面抵触; 或直接在底座 21的前表面设置凸台作为下限位部件, 滑盖 22下行至一定程度时, 滑盖 22的下端面与凸台抵触, 均可以实现限 制滑盖 22下行的目的。 针对滑盖 22U形凸台 222和底座 21限位凸台 212 相抵触的实施例, 滑盖 22仅能自底座 21的下方向上***, 下限位部件为 限位螺钉 217时,不会限制滑盖 22***底座 21内,在安装至门体 10上后, 限位螺钉 217形成下限位部件, 此时, 若下限位部件釆用其他结构, 需为 活动式结构, 以免干涉滑盖 22***底座 21内。
需要说明的是, 设置限位螺钉 217后, 具有弹簧 214和圓珠 213的实 施例, 除了能够使得滑盖 22停留于任意位置外, 还可以控制推动滑盖 22 下行时的速度, 减少对限位螺钉 217的冲击, 保证门体 10和底座 21连接 的稳定性, 使操作更加安全可靠。
请继续参考图 12和图 14, 图 12为本发明所提供挂锁保护装置另一种 具体实施方式的结构示意图; 图 13为图 12 中滑盖的结构示意图; 图 14 为图 12中 U形凸台的结构示意图。 该实施例中, U形凸台 222与滑盖 22本体为分体式结构。 滑盖 22的 下端设有沿滑行方向延伸的安装槽 228, 安装槽 228的槽口与滑盖 22的表 面平行, U形凸台 222的两侧侧壁具有弯折边 2223 , 弯折边 2223上设有 螺纹孔 215。 安装时, 将两侧弯折边 2223 自滑盖 22的下方向上***安装 槽 228内, 则 U形凸台 222可以向上滑行至预定位置处。 安装槽 228的前 槽壁上设有安装腰孔 229, 在预定位置处, 通过***安装腰孔 229和螺纹 孔 215内的螺钉 230固定 U形凸台 222和滑盖 22。 当挂锁 30的锁闩长度 较长时, 可以将 U形凸台 222安装于偏上端的位置, 即 U形凸台 222向上 滑行较长的距离, 以确保锁闩可以置于滑盖 22内,甚至大部分或全部锁体 也置于滑盖 22内; 当挂锁 30的锁闩长度较短时, 可以将 U形凸台 222安 装于偏下端的位置。 则该种设置方式使得 U形凸台 222的位置可以根据不 同规格的挂锁 30锁闩进行调整, 从而提升防护罩对挂锁 30的兼容性, 即 同一挂锁保护装置可满足多种规格挂锁 30的要求。
针对上述各实施例, 底座 21和滑盖 22之间可以设置防撬挡板 226 , 图 6中所示的两块防撬挡板 226位于 U形凸台 222和滑盖 22两侧滑轨 221 之间。 防撬挡板 226可以防止破坏工具伸入至滑盖 22内部进行破坏,进一 步加强挂锁保护装置的可靠性。
请继续参考图 3。 锁闩打开后需旋转一定角度, 方能取下挂锁 30, 故 前述各实施例中滑盖 22和底座 21之间的距离应当保证挂锁 30打开后,锁 闩与锁体的相对旋转不受干涉, 故滑盖 22和底座 21之间的距离在尽量缩 小以降低破坏工具操作空间的同时,应当保证该距离能够满足挂锁 30的置 入和旋转卸除。 图 3中, 挂鼻 40和 U形凸台 222的锁闩孔 2221垂直于滑 盖 22的滑行方向, 则挂锁 30平行置于滑盖 22和底座 21之间, 滑盖 22 和底座 21之间的距离可以较小。 当锁闩打开时, 锁闩的长度会增加, 当处 于滑盖 22和底座 21之间挂锁 30的锁体部分的长度与锁 R增加的长度相当 时, 锁闩打开后可以直接取下, 锁体与锁闩的相对转动互不干涉, 此时, 滑盖 22和底座 21之间的距离与挂锁 30的厚度相当即可,则挂锁保护装置 下端开口的空间较小, 保护力度较强; 当处于滑盖 22和底座 21之间挂锁 30的锁体部分的长度大于锁 R增加的长度时, 此时, 滑盖 22和底座 21之 间的距离应当适当大于挂锁 30的厚度, 保证锁体的旋转不受干涉。 当然, 挂鼻 40和 U形凸台 222的锁闩孔 2221也可以平行于滑盖 22的滑行方向 或是其他方向。
由上述内容可知,本文描述的挂锁保护装置应用于摇把 50带动锁杆系 统锁定或解锁的机拒门上, 图 2中挂锁 30锁定时, 摇把 50基本位于保护 装置内部, 即该保护装置也起到了保护摇把 50不受破坏的作用,对于其他 结构的摇把 50, 根据上述原理, 可以对底座 21和滑盖 22作适当的变形, 以使解锁后, 不干涉摇把 50的转动即可。 另外, 文中实施例的挂鼻 40直 接与门体 10固定,可以想到,挂鼻 40与底座 21加工为一体式结构也能够 满足使用需求。 需要说明的是, 该种挂锁保护装置也可以用于其他种类的 锁定***, 也并不限于机拒门, 只要使用挂锁 30的锁定***和门体 10均 能够使用该种挂锁保护装置。

所述滑盖设有朝向所述底座且具有锁 R孔的锁定部件, 当所述滑盖卡 盖住所述底座后, 使得所述挂锁能够从所述开口端进入并通过所述锁定部 件的锁 R孔以及所述挂鼻的锁 R孔实现所述锁定部件以及所述挂鼻的锁 定。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 与所述开口端 相对的所述底座的一端设有朝向所述滑盖的限位凸台, 所述限位凸台封闭 所述滑盖和所述底座的一端; 挂锁打开后, 所述滑盖解锁滑行至所述锁定 部件位于所述限位凸台处时, 所述锁定部件与所述限位凸台抵触。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述限位凸台 上设有至少一组预压缩弹簧和圓珠, 所述弹簧朝向所述滑盖设置, 所述弹 簧的端部连接圓珠; 与所述开口端相对的所述滑盖的一端和所述锁定部件 之间设有与所述圓珠配合的滑道, 所述滑道沿所述滑盖滑行方向延伸。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑盖上还 设有凹孔, 所述凹孔的深度深于所述滑道的深度, 且所述凹孔相接于所述 滑道靠近所述开口端的一端, 所述限位凸台与所述锁定部件 ·ί氏触时, 所述 圓珠位于所述 孔内。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑盖的锁 定部件具有防刮擦外套。
6、根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所 述滑盖和所述底座二者之一的两侧设有滑槽, 另一者的两侧设有卡入所述 滑槽内并与所述滑槽前后左右卡接的滑轨。
7、根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所 述锁定部件包括两相对设置且均设有锁 R孔的夹壁, 挂锁锁定时, 所述挂 鼻位于两所述夹壁内, 所述挂鼻和所述夹壁的锁円孔同轴, 且各锁円孔的 轴线均与所述滑盖的滑行方向垂直。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁定部件 为 U形凸台, 所述 U形凸台的两侧为两所述夹壁。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑盖设有 沿所述滑盖滑行方向延伸的安装槽, 所述安装槽的槽口与所述滑盖的表面 平行, 所述夹壁具有弯折边, 所述弯折边***所述安装槽内滑行至预定位 置处并固定。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述底座与所述门体通过螺栓固定, 所述螺栓自门体内侧***所述底座。
11、根据权利要求 10所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 与开口端对 应的所述底座的一端设有限位部件, 所述滑盖滑行至锁 R同时锁挂所述锁 定部件和所述挂鼻的位置时, 与开口端对应的所述滑盖的一端与所述限位 部件 4氏触。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑槽设 于所述底座的两侧; 所述螺栓自门体内侧***所述底座并伸出于所述滑槽 内, 所述限位部件为伸出于所述滑槽内的螺栓部分。
13、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述底座和所述滑盖之间设有防撬挡板, 所述防撬挡板位于所述锁定部件 和所述滑盖的侧面之间。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的挂锁保护装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑盖上 设有推动所述滑盖沿所述滑槽滑行的把手。
