다용도 세척용 패드
본 발명은 다용도 세척용 패드에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 패드의 적층구조를 개선하여 사용시 물의 흡수력과 복원력을 향상시켜 사용 및 보관이 용이함과 아울러 표면을 연마하거나 찌든때를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있으며, 재질의 특성상 내구성이 뛰어나 자주 사용하더라도 쉽게 파손되지 않는 다용도 세척용 패드에 관한 것이다.

상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 다용도 세척용 패드는 셀롤포스(CELLU FORCE), PVA 스폰지, 천연필프, 극세사로 된 합성직물, 모직물(WOOl), 견직물(SILK), 면직물(COTTON), 아크릴 사, 비스코스 레이온(VISCOSE RAYON) 중, 어느 하나로 이루어진 물 흡수층과; 상기 물 흡수층의 일면에 접착제를 도포하여 구비된 멜라민 레진 폼(MELAMIN RESIN FOAM)으로 된 스폰지, 나이론 부직포, 폴리우레탄, 벨크로 부직포, 스텐 압면사, 동산, 폴리에스텔 중, 어느 하나로 이루어진 찌든때 제거층으로 구성된다.

그리고 본 발명의 다목적 세척용 패드는 사용 방법에 따라 밀대용 걸레, 수세미, 일반 걸레 등 다양하게 적용할 수 있는 것이다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 이용하여 본 발명을 좀더 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 다용도 세척용 패드는 물의 흡수력이 뛰어남과 아울러 친환경적인 물 흡수층(10)과, 상기 물 흡수층(10)의 일측면에 부착되며, 세척부위를 깨끗하게 세척하는 찌든때 제거층(20)과, 상기 물 흡수층(10)과 찌든때 제거층(20) 사이를 접착시키는 접착제(30)으로 이루어진다.

그리고 상기 찌든때 제거층(20)은 특성상 문지르는 반복 동작만으로도 손쉽게 찌든때나 얼룩을 제거할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 접착제(30)는 물 흡수층(10) 또는 찌든때 제거층(20)에 골고루 도포하여 부착시킴은 물론 다양한 방법으로 부착시킬 수 있는 것이다.
그리고 상기 물 흡수층(10)과 찌든때 제거층(20)은 서로 세로방향으로 반복적으로 부착하여 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 다용도 세척용 패드의 작용 및 효과를 설명하면, 각종 식기, 타일, 가전제품 등 물이나 얼룩 및 찌든때 세척작업이 이루어지는데, 먼저 물이나 얼룩 제거시에는 상기 패드의 물기를 거의 제거하고 세척물이나 세척부위에 접촉되면서 상기 물 흡수층(10)에 의해 물이 흡수되고, 이어 상기 찌든때 제거층(20)이 세척물이나 세척부위에 밀착되면서 얼룩 등을 제거하게 된다.
그리고 찌든때 제거시에는 일반적으로 걸레나 브러쉬 등으로 세척물이나 세척부위를 1차 세척한 후, 상기 패드를 약각 물이 적신 후, 상기 패드를 가볍게 눌,고 먼저 상기 찌든때 제거층(20)을 찌든때 부분에 여러번 문지르고, 이 때 발생되는 찌든때의 잔존물을 상기 물 흡수층(10)을 문질러 밖으로 제거한다. 이러한 방식으로 순착적으로 세척물이나 세척부위를 찌든때를 제거한다. 이처럼 상기 패드가 세로 방향으로 구비되어 큰힘으로 패드를 누르지 않아도 손쉽게 찌든때를 제거할 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 상기 패드의 물 흡수층(10)과 찌든때 제거층(20)을 순차적으로 배열시켜 마찰에 의해 찌든때의 제거와 이때 발생되는 찌든때 잔존물을 동시에 제거가능하여 단시간내 세척작업이 이루어진다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 다용도 세척용 패드는 상기 물 흡수층(10)과 찌든때 제거층(20) 사이에는 접착제(30)에 의해 부착되는 쿠션층(40)이 구비된다.
상기 쿠션층(40)은 셀롤포스(CELLU FORCE), 스펀지, 합성수지, 폴리우레탄 폼 등으로 구비될 수 있는 것이다.
그리고 상기 쿠션층(40)은 세척물이나 세척부위에 밀착되면서 발생되는 마찰열에 의해 머리카락이나 먼지 등을 효과적으로 흡착할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기 쿠션층(40)은 흡수된 물기를 제거시 원래의 형태로 복원이 빠르게 이루어져 복원력이 뛰어나며, 상기 물 흡수층(10)과 찌든때 제거층(20) 사이에 배치되어 사용방법에 따라 수축/복원이 자연스럽게 이루어져 사용상에 편리함과 아울러 접착제(30)에 의해 상기 물 흡수층(10)과 찌든때 제거층(20) 접착시 접착력을 배가시킬 수 있다.
상기에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명의 과제와 동일한 범위 내에서 다양한 설계 변경을 시도할 수도 있을 것이나, 이러한 설계변경으로 인해 본 발명에서 전혀 예상치 못한 새로운 효과가 나타나지 않는 한, 본 발명의 권리범위를 벗어나지 못할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 셀롤포스(CELLU FORCE), PVA 스폰지, 천연필프, 극세사로 된 합성직물, 모직물(WOOl), 견직물(SILK), 면직물(COTTON), 아크릴 사, 비스코스 레이온(VISCOSE RAYON) 중, 어느 하나로 이루어진 물 흡수층(10)과;
    상기 물 흡수층(10)의 일면에 접착제(30)를 도포하여 구비된 멜라민 레진 폼(MELAMIN RESIN FOAM)으로 된 스폰지, 나이론 부직포, 폴리우레탄, 벨크로 부직포, 스텐 압면사, 동산, 폴리에스텔 중, 어느 하나로 이루어진 찌든때 제거층(20)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 세척용 패드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 물 흡수층(10)과 찌든때 제거층(20) 사이에는 접착제(30)에 의해 부착된 셀롤포스(CELLU FORCE), 스펀지, 합성수지, 폴리우레탄 폼 중, 어느 하나인 쿠션층(40)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 세척용 패드.
