本发明涉及一种咖啡起泡装置。
背景技术
现有的咖啡机,高压热水与咖啡粉混合成为咖啡液,咖啡液从咖啡盒底部的孔流入滤斗中。由于咖啡液与空气混合不充分,使咖啡液的泡沫少,咖啡的香味未能充分散发。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种咖啡起泡装置,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。本发明中的咖啡起泡装置泡沫丰富、可使咖啡的香味充分散发。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种咖啡起泡装置,包括咖啡盒,其中所述的咖啡盒底部中央设有喷嘴体,所述喷嘴体中心轴向地设有通道,该通道靠近咖啡盒底部的一端设有单孔金属滤网,通道的另一端设有挡板,挡板和通道侧壁之间设有复数个小孔;金属滤网和挡板之间的通道侧壁设有和外界连通的进气孔。
所述的单孔金属滤网和咖啡盒采用过盈配合固定。
所述的挡板为圆盘状,水平设于通道的中心。
所述的挡板上表面为光滑的或设有凸筋或凸点。
底部挡板和通道侧壁之间设四个小孔,其间隔90度设置在挡板靠侧壁处。
所述通道侧壁上的进气孔靠近金属滤网端。
当咖啡液从单孔金属滤网高速喷出后撞击到底部挡板上,受底部挡板的阻挡将咖啡液打散再与空气混合产生咖啡泡沫,当咖啡液从底部挡板的小孔流出后内部将出现压力差借侧壁小孔吸入空气与射出的咖啡液混合;咖啡液连续流出时空气也会持续的从小孔进入与之混合而产生咖啡泡沫,形成的咖啡泡沫达到所占咖啡比例的25%以上。丰富的咖啡泡沫更能够得到消费者对咖啡的亲睐。

具体实施方式
实施例,参照图1至图3,一种咖啡起泡装置,包括咖啡盒1,其底部中央设有喷嘴体2,所述喷嘴体2中心轴向地设有咖啡通道8,该咖啡通道8靠近咖啡盒1底部的一端设有单孔金属滤网3,所述的单孔金属滤网3和咖啡盒采用过盈配合固定;该单孔金属滤网3在其中央位置设有小孔4;咖啡通道8的另一端设有挡板6,挡板6靠侧壁处设有四个小孔7,其间隔90度设置在挡板靠侧壁处;金属滤网3和挡板6之间的喷嘴体2侧壁设有和外界连通的进气孔5;进气孔5靠近金属滤网3端,可以外高内低斜向设置。
该单孔金属滤网3小孔4的直径远远小于咖啡通道8的内径。
该挡板6为圆盘状,水平设于通道的中心,其上表面可以是光滑的,也可以分布凸筋,以加强撞击效果。
当咖啡液从单孔金属滤网3的小孔4高速喷出后撞击到底部挡板6上,受底部挡板6的阻挡将咖啡液打散再与空气混合产生咖啡泡沫,当咖啡液从底部挡板的四个小孔7流出后,咖啡通道8内将出现压力差,借侧壁进气孔5吸入空气与金属网3的小孔4射出的咖啡液混合;咖啡液连续流出时空气也会持续的从小孔进入与之混合而产生咖啡泡沫,形成的咖啡泡沫达到所占咖啡比例的25%以上。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明一种咖啡起泡装置,当咖啡液从单孔金属滤网高速喷出后撞击到底部挡板上,受底部挡板的阻挡将咖啡液打散再与空气混合产生咖啡泡沫,侧壁小孔借压力差吸入空气;咖啡液连续流出时空气也会持续的从小孔进入与之混合而产生咖啡泡沫,丰富的咖啡泡沫更能够得到消费者对咖啡的亲睐。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种咖啡起泡装置,包括咖啡盒,其特征在于:所述的咖啡盒底部中央设有喷嘴体,所述喷嘴体中心轴向地设有通道,该通道靠近咖啡盒底部的一端设有单孔金属滤网,通道的另一端设有挡板,挡板和通道侧壁之间设有复数个小孔;金属滤网和挡板之间的通道侧壁设有和外界连通的进气孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种咖啡起泡装置,其特征在于:所述的单孔金属滤网和咖啡盒采用过盈配合固定。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种咖啡起泡装置,其特征在于:所述的挡板为圆盘状,水平设于通道的中心。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种咖啡起泡装置,其特征在于:所述的挡板上表面为光滑的或设有凸筋或凸点。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种咖啡起泡装置,其特征在于:底部挡板和通道侧壁之间设四个小孔,其间隔90度设置在挡板靠侧壁处。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种咖啡起泡装置,其特征在于:所述通道侧壁上的进气孔靠近金属滤网端。
