现在的吸尘器通常包括尘桶、 过滤组件和电机组件, 所述尘桶、 过滤组件和电机 组件位于一壳体内, 所述电机组件通过所述过滤组件与所述尘桶相连通。 电机组件包 括电动机和风扇, 风扇叶片具有一定的角度, 就像飞机的螺旋浆。 当电动机通电后, 带动风扇叶片高速运转, 使吸尘器内部形成瞬间真空, 吸尘器内部的气压大大低于外 界的气压, 在这个气压差的作用下, 尘埃和脏东西随着气流沿吸嘴和风道进入吸尘器 的尘桶内, 再经过过滤组件的过滤, 尘垢留在过滤组件的集尘袋内, 净化的空气则经 过电动机重新逸入室内, 起到冷却电动机、 净化空气的作用。
为了提高对地面的清洁效率, 除了采用上述真空吸尘外, 通常还在吸尘器上设一 凹腔, 凹腔内设置一滚刷。 设置滚刷的目的有两个: 一个是增加吸尘口的真空度; 另 一个是起到拍打地面的灰尘而使灰尘扬起的作用, 从而使扬起的灰尘被吸入吸尘器。
具体如图 1、 图 2所示, 图 1为普通吸尘器的局部立体结构示意图, 图 2为图 1 中普通吸尘器滚刷组件的剖视图。 如图 1、 图 2所示, 吸尘器主要由壳体 100、 滚刷组 件 3构成, 其中, 滚刷组件 3由滚刷体 32、 多组植毛 311构成, 所述滚刷体 32上还 具有滚刷转轴 321、 321 ', 滚刷转轴 321上还安装有同步带轮 33, 同步带轮 33上设置 同步带(图中未示), 同步带由设置在吸尘器内部的电机或其他驱动机构驱动。 滚刷组 件 3设置于壳体 100的凹腔 12内, 所述滚刷组件 3的两端通过轴承 35安装于凹腔 12 的端部, 在轴承 35的端部设有轴承橡胶 34, 轴承 35套设在滚刷转轴 32Γ 上, 在滚 刷体 32的端部设有滚刷羊毛毡 36及其档圈 37。 多组植毛 311呈螺旋状排列在滚刷体 32上。 通过设置在吸尘器内部的电机或其他驱动机构的驱动, 使滚刷体 32高速旋转, 从而使其上的植毛 311拍打地面, 将灰尘扬起, 便于灰尘被吸入吸尘器内。 但是, 由 于待清洁地面上, 尤其是一些家庭的地板上会有一些毛发、 针线等软毛材料, 这些软 毛材料易于粘在刷毛上, 并随着滚刷的旋转向滚刷两端转移, 最后进入到滚刷和吸尘 器壳体之间的空隙, 当滚刷和吸尘器壳体之间的空隙中的这些软毛材料过多时, 一方 面, 会影响滚刷转轴的灵活性; 另一方面, 这些软毛材料会进入到轴承中去、 会缠住 同步带, 同样会影响滚刷转轴的灵活性, 轻者会降低吸尘效率, 增加驱动机构 (如电 动机) 的负荷; 重者, 会将滚刷转轴卡死或将同步带缠死, 进而损坏转轴、 电动机等。 除图 1及图 2所提及的, 在现有技术中毛滚刷会出现的缠死轴承、 转轴或同步带 的情况之外, 同样, 现有技术中皮滚刷也会出现类似的情况。 图 3为现有技术中普通 吸尘器的皮滚刷组件的剖视图。 皮滚刷组件包括滚刷体 32和刷皮 31 ; 与毛滚刷相类 似, 滚刷体 32两端分别设有轴承 35、 轴承橡胶 34和转轴 321及 321 ', 滚刷体 32设 有同步带轮 33, 通过同步带 (图中未示) 与位于吸尘器内部的驱动机构 (如电机) 进 行连接。 在皮滚刷进行转动工作时, 由于滚刷同步带轮和滚刷体之间的缝隙, 而使得 地面上大部分的毛发会缠绕在滚刷的外圆表面, 最终将轴承、 轴轴卡死或将同步带缠 死。
如上情况, 不仅发生在吸尘器上, 对于独立部件一一吸嘴也会产生同样的状况。 基于上述问题, 中国专利 CN1768674A揭示了一种防止毛发、 线头等异物缠绕同 步带的吸嘴结构, 如图 4、 图 5所示, 其在滚刷的靠近同步带的一端设置有圆盘状的 异物阻断盘 48。 然而, 在实际的生产制造中, 异物阻断盘和吸嘴底壳很难做到刚好接 触或完全密封, 异物阻隔盘和吸尘器壳体之间仍有少许空隙, 毛发等异物仍可经过该 缝隙缠绕到同步带上, 最终使得滚刷无法工作。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是, 基于现有技术的不足, 提供一种真空吸尘器及其吸 嘴, 用于阻档毛发、 针线等软毛材料缠绕同步带或卡住滚刷端部的轴承或转轴。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种真空吸尘器, 包括壳体、 集尘装置、 过 滤组件、 电机组件和滚刷组件;
所述集尘装置、 过滤组件和电机组件位于所述壳体内, 所述电机组件通过所述过 滤组件与所述集尘装置相连通;
所述壳体具有与外界连通的凹腔, 所述滚刷组件置于所述凹腔内, 所述凹腔通过 风道与所述集尘装置相连通; 所述滚刷组件包括滚刷, 所述滚刷包括刷件和滚刷体, 所述刷件设置在所述滚刷体上; 所述滚刷体的端部通过轴承与所述壳体相连接, 所述 滚刷体设有传动部, 所述传动部与驱动机构连接;
在所述凹腔内的壳体上设有阻隔片, 所述阻隔片与所述传动部相对应, 所述阻隔 片的固定端固定在所述壳体上, 自由端向所述刷件的长度方向延伸, 所述阻隔片的自 由端至少达到所述刷件的长度方向的自由端, 以使滚刷高速旋转时形成的圆面与所述 阻隔片形成无缝闭合的阻隔面, 阻碍软性异物进入到所述传动部处。 另外, 本发明还提供了一种真空吸尘器吸嘴, 包括底壳、 面盖和滚刷组件, 所述 底壳与面盖相扣合形成腔体, 所述底壳的底部设有与外界连通的开口, 所述滚刷组件 置于所述腔体内; 所述滚刷组件包括滚刷, 所述滚刷包括刷件和滚刷体, 所述刷件设 置在所述滚刷体上; 所述滚刷体的端部通过轴承与底壳相连接, 所述滚刷体设有传动 部, 所述传动部与驱动机构连接;
在所述腔体内的壳体上设有阻隔片, 所述阻隔片与所述传动部相对应, 所述阻隔 片的固定端固定在所述壳体上, 自由端向所述刷件的长度方向延伸, 所述阻隔片的自 由端至少达到所述刷件长度方向的自由端, 以使滚刷高速旋转时形成的圆面与所述阻 隔片形成无缝闭合的阻隔面, 阻碍软性异物进入到所述传动部处。
本发明提供的真空吸尘器及其吸嘴, 在进行工作时, 滚刷高速旋转时形成的圆面 与所述阻隔片形成无缝闭合的阻隔面, 可以有效阻档毛发、 针线等软毛材料进入到位 于滚刷传动部和壳体之间的间隙以及滚刷端部和壳体之间的空隙, 避免由于缠绕同步 带或卡住滚刷轴承的转轴造成的吸尘效率降低、 部件损坏的缺陷。
以下通过具体实施例和附图对本发明所述技术方案进行详细说明。 附图说明

实施例一
本发明提供了一种真空吸尘器, 如图 6所示, 图 6为本发明真空吸尘器的侧面剖 视图。 本实施例中的真空吸尘器包括壳体 100、 集尘装置 200、 过滤组件 300、 电机组 件 400和滚刷组件 3。 集尘装置 200、 过滤组件 300和电机组件 400位于所述壳体 100 内。 电机组件 400通过过滤组件 300与集尘装置 200相连通。
图 7为本实施例中的真空吸尘器的局部立体结构图; 图 8为本发明真空吸尘器的 局部剖视图。 结合图 6至图 8所示, 壳体 100具有与外界连通的凹腔 12, 滚刷组件 3 置于凹腔 12内, 使得滚刷组件 3的一部分通过凹腔 12的开口外露于外界, 另一部分 嵌入凹腔 12内, 滚刷盖板 39通过紧固件固定在凹腔 12外, 使得滚刷组件 3不会将大 型物件, 如钢笔等卷入吸尘器内。 凹腔 12通过风道 11与集尘装置 200相连通。 在实 施例中, 集尘装置 200为尘筒。 除此之外, 集尘装置 200也可以真空吸尘器产品惯常 使用的纸袋、 布袋等集尘袋。
如图 7所示, 滚刷组件 3包括滚刷 30, 滚刷 30包括刷件 31和滚刷体 32, 刷件
31设置在滚刷体 32上, 该刷件 31的一端固定定在滚刷体 32上, 该端称为固定端, 则另一端为自由端。本实施例中的滚刷 30采用了与现有技术图 2中相同的滚刷, 刷件 31为刷毛, 该刷毛为在滚刷体 32上呈螺旋状排列的多组植毛 311。 除本实施例采用的 植毛式滚刷外, 也可以是皮滚刷, 即: 刷件 31为刷皮, 该刷皮相对于滚刷体 32的轴 中心线呈对称排布。 参考图 2所示, 滚刷体 32的两端具有转轴 321、 321 ', 滚刷体 32 一端的转轴 321通过轴承 35与壳体 100相连接, 同时, 转轴 321伸出与同步带轮 33 相连接。 滚刷体 32另一端的转轴 321 '通过轴承 35与壳体 100相连接。 该同步带轮 33 通过同步带 (图中未示) 与驱动机构相连接。 其中, 同步带轮 33与同步带构成传动部 320。 在这里的驱动机构为电机, 该电机设置在壳体 100的相应位置处(图中未示出)。
图 9为本发明真空吸尘器的去掉滚刷组件的示意图。 图 10为本发明实施例一的 所述阻隔片与滚刷等之间关系的简图。 如图 9和图 10所示, 在凹腔 12内的两端部壳 体上均设有阻隔片 2、 2', 具体地, 阻隔片 2设置在对应于所述传动部 320内侧的所 述凹腔 12壳体上。 在本发明中, 所述内侧、 外侧指的是以滚刷 30为参照, 指向滚刷 30两端的方向为外侧, 指向滚刷 30中间位置的方向为内侧, 因此, 针对本实施例, 传动部 320, 即同步带轮 33与同步带位于所述轴承 35的外侧, 所述阻隔片 2设置在 对应于所述轴承内侧植毛 311的所述凹腔 12壳体上。在本实施例中, 共有两个阻隔片 2、 2', 阻隔片 2与滚刷体 32右侧端部的轴承内侧的植毛 311相对应, 用于保护传动 部 320中的同步带及右侧端部的轴承。 阻隔片 2' 与滚刷体 32左侧端部的轴承内侧的 植毛相对应, 用于保护左侧端部的轴承。
每一个阻隔片具有一固定端和一自由端, 所述固定端固定在壳体 100上, 其自由 端向刷件 31的长度方向延伸。阻隔片 2的自由端至少达到刷体 31长度方向的自由端。
如图 9所示, 凹腔 12在壳体 100上的开口大致为一矩形, 四边分别为 A、 C、 B、 D, 其中, 边 、 B, 边。、 D为两组相对的边, 边 A所在的一端为 A端, 边 B所在 的一端为 B端, B端的一端标记为 BC, B端的另一端标记为 BD, 同理, A端的一端 标记为 AC, A端的另一端标记为 AD。 位于 B端的阻隔片 2在所述凹腔 12内的固定 端从所述凹腔 12开口的 B端的一端 BC延伸到另一端 BD。位于 A端的阻隔片 2在所 述凹腔 12内的固定端从所述凹腔 12开口的 A端的一端 AC延伸到另一端 AD。
在进行真空吸尘时, 驱动机构带动同步带, 由同步带带动滚刷 30 高速旋转, 滚 刷 30上的植毛 311也高速旋转, 旋转的滚刷 30形成一圆面, 由于所述阻隔片 2的自 由端向所述刷毛 31的长度方向延伸, 也就是说, 阻隔片 2与植毛 311的横截面相切, 与滚刷体 32的轴线相垂直, 并且, 所述阻隔片 2的自由端至少达到所述刷毛 31长度 方向的自由端, 也就是说, 阻隔片 2的自由端至少达到植毛 311的自由端, 或者*** 到植毛 311中, 如图 8所示。 所以, 旋转时滚刷形成的圆面与该阻隔片 2形成无缝的 闭合的阻隔面, 因而能将毛发等异物完全隔断在该闭合面外, 使其无法向位于滚刷一 端的同步带和另一端的轴承方向移动, 最终阻止其缠绕同步带和卡住滚刷的轴承和转 轴。
在实施时, 所述阻隔片 2的自由端正好达到所述刷毛 31 的末端时, 便可以形成 闭合面, 更好地, 可以使该自由端延伸入植毛中一段距离, 这样, 阻隔片 2能更加理 想地将毛发等异物阻断, 使其无法沿着刷毛的自由端向滚刷两端移动。
其中, 在本实施例中, 在所述凹腔 12内两端的壳体上各设有一个阻隔片 2, 其在 壳体 100上的位置与所述滚刷体 32端部边缘的第一组植毛 311相对应。 当然, 如果滚 刷 30采用其他结构, 只要使阻隔片 2与滚刷体端部边缘的刷毛相对应即可。
上述阻隔片 2的设置位置仅仅为了说明, 并不限于上述位置, 例如, 阻隔片 2的 设置位置可以与所述滚刷体 32端部边缘的刷毛 31 相对应, 也可以与距离滚刷体 32 端部有一个合适距离的刷毛相对应。 例如图 8所示的滚刷结构, 阻隔片 2的设置位置 可以与轴承内侧的滚刷体 32端部第一根植毛相对应,也可以从端部数第 2或第 3根植 毛相对应。 在以上实施例中, 设置于所述凹腔 12—端的所述阻隔片 2为一个, 当然也可以 是多个, 如果设置多个时, 每一阻隔片与一定的刷毛相对应, 并向与其所对应的刷毛 的长度方向延伸。 当具有多个阻隔片时, 可以更好地提高毛发等软性材料的阻断作用。
本实施例中, 阻隔片 2位于凹腔 12的两端, 除此之外, 阻隔片当然也可以仅位 于带有传动部的一端, 如图 13所示, 而另一端通过在轴承外部装设轴承端盖 Ί从而实 现对该部位的轴承进行密封保护。
当滚刷所设的传动部设在滚刷的中间位置, 而滚刷的两端仅是通过轴承与壳体相 连接, 如图 14所示。 针对此种结构, 对应于传动部的两侧, 在壳体上各设有一个阻隔 片, 用于保护同步带。 更好地, 对应滚刷的两端, 在壳体上再各设置一个阻隔片, 用 于保护轴承, 此时, 针对这种结构会有 4个阻隔片。 当然, 如果在滚刷两端的轴承外 部装设轴承端盖来保护轴承的话, 则可以不必在两端设置阻隔片, 针对这种结构有 2 个阻隔片即可。
本实施例所述的真空吸尘器为卧式吸尘器, 当然本技术方案也可以应用在立式吸 尘器中。 图 11为本发明真空吸尘器的另一个具体实施例的立体结构图, 该吸尘器为立 式吸尘器。
由于吸尘器的形状、 大小可以根据需要各不相同, 因此, 在本发明中仅详细说明 了真空吸尘器有关滚刷组件相应位置的关键部件, 对于吸尘器的形状以及滚刷组件的 驱动部件, 本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要参考现有技术来实现。
另外, 前述的阻隔片 2与凹腔 12 内的壳体的固定结构可以采用现有技术中的任 何一种结构, 如, 阻隔片 2与壳体一体成型, 采用凹槽、 卡扣结构, 通过中间件, 采 用螺栓、 螺钉等结构。 并且, 由于刷毛在旋转时, 会与阻隔片 2产生摩擦, 因此, 本 发明所述的阻隔片 2采用材质坚硬、 耐磨的材料, 如钢、 POM等材料制成。
实施例二
本实施例为真空吸尘器吸嘴。 图 12A为本发明的真空吸尘器吸嘴的局部立体图; 图 12B为本发明的真空吸尘器吸嘴的去除底壳的局部立体图。如图 12A及图 12B所示, 本发明提供了一种真空吸尘器吸嘴 10, 包括底壳 1、 面盖 4和滚刷组件 3, 所述底壳 1 与面盖 4相扣合形成腔体 12 ', 所述底壳 1的底部设有与外界连通的开口, 在腔体 12' 内放置滚刷组件 3和驱动机构。 驱动机构可以是电机, 也可以是如图 4中所采用的旋 转涡轮。 所述滚刷组件 3包括滚刷 30, 所述滚刷 30包括刷件 31和滚刷体 32, 所述刷 件 31设置在所述滚刷体 32上; 所述滚刷体 32的端部通过轴承与底壳 1相连接, 所述 滚刷体 32设有传动部 320, 所述传动部 320与驱动机构连接在所述腔体 12' 内的壳体 上设有阻隔片 2, 在本实施例中, 滚刷组件 3、 所述阻隔片 2在壳体上的位置、 传动部 等结构可以与实施例一中的各种情况相同, 并且, 腔体 12' 相当于实施例一中的凹腔 12, 在此不再重复说明。
由于本发明中的真空吸尘器的其他结构可以采用现有技术中的任何一种, 因此, 在此不再重复说明。
通过本发明提供的真空吸尘器或者真空吸尘器吸嘴, 可以有效阻隔等清洁地面的 毛发、 线头等软性异物进入到滚刷传动部和壳体之间的间隙以及滚刷端部和壳体之间 的空隙, 避免由于缠绕同步带或滚刷转轴造成的吸尘效率降低、 部件损坏的缺陷。

1. 一种真空吸尘器, 包括壳体 (100)、 集尘装置 (200)、 过滤组件 (300)、 电机 组件 (400) 和滚刷组件 (3);

3. 如权利要求 1 所述的真空吸尘器, 其特征在于, 所述传动部 (320) 位于所述 滚刷体 (32) 的一端, 所述阻隔片 (2) 在壳体上的位置与所述传动部 (320) 内侧的 刷件 (31) 相对应。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的真空吸尘器, 其特征在于, 所述传动部 (320) 位于所述 滚刷体(32)端部轴承 (35)外侧, 所述阻隔片 (2)在壳体上的位置与所述轴承 (35) 内侧的刷件 (31) 相对应。
5. 如权利要求 2-4任一所述的真空吸尘器, 其特征在于, 在凹腔 (12) 内部的壳 体上, 对应于远离传动部(320) 的所述滚刷体(32)端部轴承 (35) 内侧的刷件(31) 处还设置有阻隔片。
6. 如权利要求 1-4 任一所述的真空吸尘器, 其特征在于, 所述阻隔片 (2) 设置 在所述凹腔(12)内的固定端从所述凹腔(12)开口的一端(BC)延伸到另一端(BD)。
7. 如权利要求 1-4任一所述的真空吸尘器, 其特征在于, 设置于所述凹腔 (12) 一端的所述阻隔片 (2) 为一个或多个, 每一阻隔片 (2) 向与其所对应的刷件 (31) 的长度方向延伸。
8. 如权利要求 1-4任一所述的真空吸尘器, 其特征在于, 所述刷件(31)为刷皮, 该刷皮相对于滚刷体 (32) 的轴中心线呈对称排布。
9. 如权利要求 1-4任一所述的真空吸尘器, 其特征在于, 所述刷件(31)为刷毛, 该刷毛为在所述滚刷体 (32) 上呈螺旋状排列的多组植毛 (311), 所述阻隔片 (2) 在 所述凹腔 (12) 端部壳体上的位置与所述滚刷体 (32) 端部边缘的第一组植毛 (311) 相对应。
10. 一种真空吸尘器吸嘴, 包括底壳 (1)、 面盖 (4) 和滚刷组件 (3), 所述底壳 (1) 与面盖 (4) 相扣合形成腔体 (12'), 所述底壳 (1) 的底部设有与外界连通的开 口, 所述滚刷组件 (3) 置于所述腔体 (12') 内; 所述滚刷组件 (3) 包括滚刷 (30), 所述滚刷(30)包括刷件(31)和滚刷体(32), 所述刷件(31)设置在所述滚刷体(32) 上; 所述滚刷体 (32) 的端部通过轴承与底壳 (1) 相连接, 所述滚刷体 (32) 设有传 动部 (320), 所述传动部 (320) 与驱动机构连接;
其特征在于, 在所述腔体 (12') 内的壳体上设有阻隔片 (2), 所述阻隔片 (2) 与所述传动部 (320) 相对应, 所述阻隔片 (2) 的固定端固定在所述壳体 (1) 上, 自 由端向所述刷件 (31) 的长度方向延伸, 所述阻隔片 (2) 的自由端至少达到所述刷件 (31) 长度方向的自由端, 以使滚刷 (30) 高速旋转时形成的圆面与所述阻隔片 (2) 形成无缝闭合的阻隔面, 阻碍软性异物进入到所述传动部 (320) 处。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述传动部 (320) 位 于所述滚刷体 (32) 中部, 所述阻隔片 (2) 至少为两个, 两个所述阻隔片 (2) 在壳 体上的位置分别与所述传动部 (320) 两侧的刷件 (31) 相对应。
12. 如权利要求 10所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述传动部 (320) 位 于所述滚刷体 (32) 的一端, 所述阻隔片 (2) 在壳体上的位置与所述传动部 (320 ) 内侧的刷件 (31 ) 相对应。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述传动部 (320) 位 于所述滚刷体 (32) 端部轴承 (35 ) 外侧, 所述阻隔片 (2) 在壳体上的位置与所述轴 承 (35 ) 内侧的刷件 (31 ) 相对应。
14. 如权利要求 10-13任一所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 在腔体 (12' ) 内部的壳体上, 对应于远离传动部 (320) 的所述滚刷体 (32) 端部轴承 (35 ) 内侧的 刷件 (31 ) 处还设置有阻隔片。
15. 如权利要求 10-13任一所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述阻隔片(2) 设置在所述腔体 (12' ) 内的固定端从所述腔体 (12' ) 开口的一端 (BC) 延伸到另一 端 (BD)。
16. 如权利要求 10-13 任一所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 设置于所述腔 体 (12' ) —端的所述阻隔片 (2) 为一个或多个, 每一阻隔片 (2) 向与其所对应的刷 件 (31 ) 的长度方向延伸。
17. 如权利要求 10-13任一所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述刷件 (31 ) 为刷皮, 该刷皮相对于滚刷体 (32) 的轴中心线呈对称排布。
18. 如权利要求 10-13任一所述的真空吸尘器吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述刷件 (31 ) 为刷毛, 该刷毛为在所述滚刷体 (32) 上呈螺旋状排列的多组植毛 (311 ), 所述阻隔 片 (2) 在所述凹腔 (12) 端部壳体上的位置与所述滚刷体 (32) 端部边缘的第一组植 毛 (311 ) 相对应。
