- the second fixing member 230 has a pair of brackets 231, a connecting plate 232, and a reinforcing plate 233.
- Each of the pair of brackets 231 is a bracket formed in a substantially square shape.
- Each of the pair of brackets 231 is formed with a right lower end 231A having a bolt hole H231A and a left lower end 231B having a bolt hole H231B.
- the right lower end 231A is connected to the floor board 10 by a bolt
- the left lower end 231B is connected to the floor board 10 by a bolt B3 (see FIG. 3), whereby the entire front console 200 is fixed to the floor board 10.
- Each of the pair of brackets 231 is formed with a support portion 231 ⁇ / b> C for supporting the steering shaft 51.
- the connecting plate 232 is a plate-like member connected to the connecting portion 222 of the first fixing member 220.
- the reinforcing plate 233 is a reinforcing member that is connected to the lower ends of the pair of brackets 231.
- the front console support structure 200T supports the cover member 210, supports the first fixing member 220 fixed to the front plate 20, the first fixing member 220, and is fixed to the floor plate 10. And a second fixing member 230.
- the front console support structure 200T is fixed not only to the floor plate 10 but also to the front plate 20, the load resistance and standing stability of the front console 200 can be improved.
- a plurality of electronic components display monitor 201, switch group 202, A / C panel 205, etc.
- harness 240 can be centrally arranged on front console 200. Therefore, when configuring the front console unit 100 that covers the entire front plate 20 using such a front console 200, the front console 200 is fixed to the approximate center of the front plate 20 and the right garnish 300 is attached to the front console 200. And the left garnish 400 may be combined.
- the size and shape of the entire front console unit 100 can be finely adjusted only by changing the size and shape of the right garnish 300 and the left garnish 400, the size and shape of the front console 200 can be changed even if the size and shape of the cab are different. There is no need to change.
- the support structure 200T for the front console since all of the plurality of electronic components can be centrally arranged on the front console 200, the versatility of the front console 200 can be improved.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram showing an example in which the size and shape of the front console unit 100 are changed.
- the size of the front console unit 100A shown in FIG. 7A is larger than the size of the front console unit 100B shown in FIG.
- the same front console 200 is included in each unit in common, and the size difference between the units is the size difference between the right garnish 300A and the right garnish 300B, and the size between the left garnish 400A and the left garnish 400B. Is adjusted by the difference. Since each garnish is a decorative panel and does not contain any electronic components or harnesses, it is easy to change the design of each garnish.
- the harness 240 is wired along the pipe 221 of the first fixing member 220. Therefore, since the harness 240 can be easily assembled, the harness 240 can be easily wired. Further, since both ends (the right end 221A and the left end 221B) of the pipe 221 are connected to the front plate 20, the front console 200 can be firmly fixed.
- the front console support structure 200T (specifically, the second fixing member 230) supports the steering shaft 51.
- the steering shaft 51 is supported by the support structure 200T of the front console fixed not only to the floor plate 10 but also to the front plate 20. Therefore, since the steering shaft 51 can be firmly supported, the steering shaft 51 and the steering 52 can be prevented from vibrating.
- Both ends of the pipe 221 are bent downward from the center of the pipe. Therefore, since both ends of the pipe 221 can be arranged at a low position, it is easy to widen the field of view on the front left and right of the operator. In particular, it becomes possible to widen the field of view by forming the pair of downward projecting portions 30A of the front window 30 (see FIG. 3).
- the switch group 202 as an example of the “electronic component” includes the eleven switches SW1 to SW11, but is not limited thereto.
- the switch group 202 may include other switches (for example, an auto grease button, an engine stop button, etc.) required for traveling control of the construction machine.
- the switch group 202 may include only necessary switches among the eleven switches SW1 to SW11.
- the front console 200 includes the display monitor 201 and the A / C panel 205 as an example of the “electronic component”, but is not limited thereto.
- the front console 200 may not include the display monitor 201 or the A / C panel 205, and may include electronic components (for example, a radio) different from these.
- the front console support structure 200T has the electronic component fixing portion 250, but is not limited thereto.
- a plurality of electronic components (such as the display monitor 201, the switch group 202, and the harness 240) may be supported by the cover member 210, the first fixing member 220, and the like.
- a cab for a construction machine having a front console support structure capable of improving the versatility of the front console can be provided, which is useful in the construction machine field.
