본 발명은, 상공에 떠 있도록 형성되는, 복수의 연; 상기 복수의 연이 지상에 연결되도록 연장하는, 복수의 연장 라인; 상기 연과 상기 연장 라인 중 적어도 하나에 설치되어, 태양광과 풍력 중 적어도 하나에 의해 전기 에너지를 생산하는, 발전 유닛; 및 상기 복수의 연장 라인의 연장 방향과 교차하는 평면을 이루며 상기 복수의 연장 라인을 서로 연결하도록 형성되어, 상기 복수의 연이 서로에 대한 간격을 유지하도록 하는, 간격유지 유닛을 포함하는, 상공 부상형 신재생에너지 발전 장치를 제공한다.
