Abstract
The present invention relates to a tester that includes: a hydraulic actuator (cylinder) for adjusting the degree to which a steam turbine valve opens, or for opening/closing the steam turbine valve; and valve devices including a hydraulic servo valve for operating the hydraulic actuator. Particularly, disclosed is a portable tester for a servo system operating a hydraulic actuator for a steam turbine valve, which detects a defect in the hydraulic actuator or evaluates the performance thereof before the hydraulic actuator is removed from a hydraulic system of a turbine, thereby enabling the overhaul and operation of the hydraulic system of a turbine without stopping the hydraulic system and the hydraulic supply during the overhaul of a power plant. According to the present invention, the portable tester for a servo system operating a hydraulic actuator for a steam turbine valve of a power plant using a turbine detects a defect in the hydraulic actuator and valves.
