Abstract

Novelty: a portable tester for the adjustment of mechanical governors and actuators is disclosed. Constitution: separated small-sized accessories: the plate for the placement of the governor (1) whereon there is placed the metal frame (β), the feedback sensor (8), the folding support feet (9) wherein engage the feet sections (11) resting on the soles (12) and being adjustable in height by the nuts(10), the cylindrical connector (13) uniting the electric motor (15) with the plate (1), the control box of the construction (17), the necessary transmission adaptors (19) whereon the axle height adjusters are placed and, finally, the adjusters (21) of the base placed inside the hole (3) of the plate (1). The study and design of said tester offers prompt, reliable and safe accomplishment of the adjustment of a mechanical governor as defined by the factory processes. In parallel, its construction material provides for low construction cost, low weight and volume so that its transport to the repair area can be feasible within least time.
