具体从哪一个事件记录的应用程序提取事件信息的方式有多种, 下面 列举两种: 假设, 被叫终端中自带日程安排、 备忘录和记事本三个应用程 序。

如果事件记录的一个应用程序中有至少一个事件, 较佳地, 为了使自 动回复信息的内容具有更高的准确性, 每一个事件都设置日期, 被叫终端 在接到来电后, 从当天的事件中提取事件信息。 进一步地, 如果一天中有 多个事件, 则每个事件都设置开始时间和结束时间, 被叫终端在接到来电 后, 判断来电时间点属于哪一个事件的时间段内, 从而提取时间段对应的 事件信息。

需要说明的是, 以上模板的内容只是举例用, 并不用于限定本发明。 其它模板信息的内容也同样适用本发明实施例。 比如, 模板信息为 "您好, 我在 , 从 到 正在 , 稍后与您联系。" 其中, 下划线部分可 将提取的地点、 开始时间、 结束时间和主题的具体内容依次嵌入模板信息 的下划线处, 构造的通知信息为: "您好, 我在公司, 从 14:00 H 16:00正 在开会, 稍后与您联系。"
步骤 101之前, 该方法还包括: 用户设置自动回复信息的功能。
图 3 为本发明实施例中用户在被叫终端上设置自动回复信息功能的一 种页面示意图, 其中, 用户在需要开启自动回复信息功能的时候, 在被叫 终端上选中 "自动回复信息"功能项, 并且选中 "从事件记录中提取信息", 根据需要选中 "从日程安排中提取", 然后根据需要选中提取的事件信息: "主题"、 "地点"、 "开始时间"和 "结束时间", 内容设置部分可填可不填。 较佳地, 为了使自动回复的信息具有更强的可读性, 在内容设置中填入信 息模板, 以便于与提取的事件信息构成完整的通知信息。 信息模板可以釆 用被叫终端自带的模板, 也可以由用户自行编辑或更改。
在不填内容设置中的内容的情况下, 被叫终端在接到主叫终端来电后, 提取预设的事件信息, 并将事件信息构造为通知信息发送给主叫终端。
在填写内容设置中的内容的情况下, 被叫终端在接到主叫终端来电后, 提取预设的事件信息, 与模板信息组成通知信息, 再将通知信息发送给主 叫终端。 为了能够预览内容设置中的内容, 提高通知信息的内容准确性, 较佳地, 在选取需要提取的事件信息之后, 将事件信息的名称同步到内容 设置的输入框中, 用户根据同步后的事件信息, 编辑或更改模板信息。 比 如, 预设的需要提取的事件信息为主题、 地点、 开始时间和结束时间, 同 步到内容设置中的顺序为: 地点 -开始时间 -结束时间 -主题(其中同步到内 容设置中的顺序可以由被叫终端预先设定), 因此可以编辑模板信息为 "您 好, 我在 , 从 到 正在 , 稍后与您联系。" 预览的效果为: "您好, 我在地点, 从开始时间到结束时间正在主题 , 稍后与您联系。" 其 中, 带下划线的部分的内容, 在用户接到主叫终端来电后, 用实际提取的 事件信息作相应替换, 形成通知信息。 比如: 提取的地点是 "公司"、 主题 是 "开会,,、 开始时间是 " 14:00"、 结束时间是 " 16:00" , 则替换后的信息 内容为: "您好,我在公司,从 14:00 到 16:00正在开会,稍后与您联系。"。 釆用本发明实施例的模板信息的好处在于, 不必每次编写信息内容, 而能 够根据用户的安排更新事件信息的具体内容, 自动回复最新的通知信息内 容。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例的页面设置示意图仅是为方便说明本发 明方案所举的一个例子, 并不用于限定本发明。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的一种自动回复信息的方法流程示意图。 在 本实施例中, 用户预设从日程安排中提取事件信息, 预设提取的事件信息 为地点、 主题、 开始时间、 结束时间, 釆用如图 3 所示的模板信息。 该自 动回复信息的方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 401、 被叫终端收到主叫终端的呼叫请求。
步骤 402、 被叫终端查询是否开启自动回复信息功能, 如果是, 则执行 步骤 403 , 否则结束流程。
步骤 403、 被叫终端终止呼叫请求。
其中, 步骤 403是一个可选步骤, 也可以不执行步骤 403 , 直接执行步 骤 404。
步骤 404、 被叫终端从日程安排中提取事件信息。
在本实施例中, 提取地点、 主题、 开始时间和结束时间四个事件信息。 步骤 405、被叫终端将事件信息按照预设的顺序嵌入模板信息中构造为 通知信息。
步骤 406、 被叫终端将通知信息发送给主叫终端。 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例中还提供了一种终端, 由于终端解 决问题的原理与图 1 中一种回复信息的方法相似, 因此终端的实施可以参 见方法的实施, 重复之处不再赘述。
参见图 5 , 本发明实施例提供的一种回复信息的装置, 包括: 提取模块 501和发送模块 502。
提取模块 501 , 用于在接到主叫终端来电后,从事件记录中提取事件信 息。
事件记录和事件信息参见图 1中关于事件记录和事件信息的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。
发送模块 502 ,用于将提取模块 501提取的事件信息构造为通知信息发 送给主叫终端。
进一步地, 该装置还包括:
设置模块 503 , 用于设置自动回复信息功能。
较佳地, 为了减少本发明实施例中的装置进行不必要的操作, 该装置 还包括:
查询模块 504, 用于在接到来电后, 查询设置模块 503是否开启自动回 复信息功能, 在确定自动回复信息功能开启后, 触发提取模块 501 从事件 记录中提取事件信息。
较佳地, 在提取模块 501提取的事件信息至少有两个时, 发送模块 502 还用于将提取模块 501 提取的事件信息按照预设的顺序构造为通知信息, 发送给主叫终端。
进一步地, 设置模块 503还用于设置自动回复信息的模板信息。
其中, 模板信息可以是终端中自带的信息或由用户编辑的信息。
较佳地, 为了使发送给主叫终端的事件信息具有更强的可读性, 发送 模块 502还用于: 将提取模块 501提取的事件信息嵌入设置模块 503预先 设置的模板信息中构造为通知信息, 将通知信息发送给主叫终端。
进一步地, 如果来电类型为呼叫请求, 较佳地, 为减少主叫用户拨号 后的等待时间, 查询模块 504在确定自动回复信息功能开启后终止呼叫请 求, 然后触发提取模块 501从事件记录中提取事件信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 其中本发明实施例的终端包括图 5 中 回复信息的装置, 其中终端中的各模块可以以硬件形式实现。
本领域的技术人员应明白, 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 ***、 或 计算机程序产品。 因此, 本发明可釆用完全硬件实施例、 完全软件实施例、 或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且, 本发明可釆用在一个或多 个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不限于 磁盘存储器、 CD-ROM、 光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、 设备(***)、 和计算机程序 产品的流程图和 /或方框图来描述的。 应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流 程图和 /或方框图中的每一流程和 /或方框、 以及流程图和 /或方框图中 的流程和 /或方框的结合。 可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、 专 用计算机、 嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个 机器, 使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产 生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方 框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理 设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中, 使得存储在该计算机可读存 储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品, 该指令装置实现在流程图一个 流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备 上, 使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机 实现的处理, 从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的 功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例, 但本领域的技术人员一旦得知了 基本创造性概念, 则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。 所以, 所附 权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修 改。
从上述实施例可以看出: 由于本发明实施例通过被叫终端接到主叫终 端来电后, 从事件记录中提取事件信息, 将事件信息构造为通知信息发送 给主叫终端, 因此能够自动回复信息给主叫终端, 解决了用户在特定场合 下不能回信的困扰, 同时使主叫终端得到及时回应, 可以避免在不知情的 情况下不断打电话或发信息干扰用户, 从而能够提升双方用户体验。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种回复信息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
被叫终端在接到主叫终端来电后, 从事件记录中提取事件信息; 所述被叫终端将所述事件信息构造为通知信息发送给所述主叫终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端在接到主叫 终端来电后, 从事件记录中提取事件信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述被叫终端确定自动回复信息功能开启。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述来电的类型为呼叫请 求;
被叫终端在接到主叫终端来电后, 从事件记录中提取事件信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述被叫终端在确定自动回复信息功能开启后终止呼叫请求。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终 端将所述事件信息构造为通知信息发送给所述主叫终端, 包括:
所述被叫终端将所述事件信息嵌入预设的模板信息中构造为通知信 息, 并将所述通知信息发送给所述主叫终端。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述事件记录包括日程安 排、 备忘录和记事本中的一个或多个;
所述事件信息包括主题信息、 开始时间、 结束时间和地点中的一个或 多个。
6、 一种回复信息的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括:
提取模块, 用于在接到主叫终端来电后, 从事件记录中提取事件信息; 及
发送模块, 用于将提取模块提取的所述事件信息构造为通知信息发送 给所述主叫终端。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 查询模块, 用于在接到主叫终端来电后, 查询是否开启自动回复信息 功能, 在确定自动回复信息功能开启后, 触发所述提取模块从所述事件记 录中提取所述事件信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述查询模块还用于: 在所述来电的类型为呼叫请求, 且确定自动回复信息功能开启后, 终 止呼叫请求。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送模 块具体用于:
将所述提取模块提取的所述事件信息嵌入预先设置的模板信息中构造 为通知信息, 并将所述通知信息发送给所述主叫终端。
10、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的 装置。
