随着城市化进程的不断加快, 城市护栏越来越多, 护栏清洗车代替人工 清洗护栏是城市发展的必然趋势。 随着护栏清洗车需求量增加, 需要大量的 护栏清洗车用毛刷, 而这种清洗车用毛刷的成本、 材料的选用、 结构方式, 就直接影响到护栏清洗车清洗护栏的清洗效果。
传统的立式四滚刷 (或两滚刷)式护栏清洗车上所使用的毛刷均采用尼 龙丝或复合进口材料, 在清洗护栏时尽管洗刷对护栏形成一定的打击力, 但 由于挠度差、 贴合性不好, 因此其仅能触及到护栏的左、 右表面, 始终无法 很好地触及护栏的前、后方向的表面,或触及很少;最终也只能将护栏上左、 右方向的表面清洗干净, 而护栏前、 后方向的两个表面则无法清洗干净。 上 述技术问题也成为当前所有护栏清洗车(含立式两滚刷和四滚刷式)亟需解 决的问题。 发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单紧凑、 成本低廉、 安装方便、 清洗效果好、 能够大大提高整机清洗质量的用于护栏 清洗车的组合式清洗装置。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于护栏清洗车的组合式清洗装置,该组合式清洗装置包括两根以 上相互平行的转轴以及装设于每根所述转轴上端的驱动机构, 其中: 每根所 述转轴上装设有依次间隔排列的第一刷盘组件和第二刷盘组件,所述第一刷 盘组件包括第一刷盘和固定在该第一刷盘的外侧壁上的两个以上的尼龙丝 刷,所述第二刷盘组件包括第二刷盘和固定在该第二刷盘的外侧壁上的两个 以上的布条刷。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述尼龙丝刷为多个,该多个尼龙丝刷在所述第一刷盘的外侧壁上均匀 分布。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明结构简单紧凑、成本低廉、 安装方便、 清洗效果好、 能够大大提高整机清洗质量。 由于采用第一刷盘组 件和第二刷盘组件相互配合的组合形式, 不仅比全部用尼龙丝刷的成本低, 而且还能够彻底清洗死角, 进而提高清洗效果, 使清洗更为彻底、 全面。 附图说明
