Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouvelles enzymes et de nouvelles méthodes pour les produire. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne diverses enzymes fongiques. Des molécules d'acide nucléique codant ces enzymes, des compositions, des cellules hôtes recombinantes et génétiquement modifiées et des méthodes d'utilisation sont décrites. L'invention concerne également une méthode de conversion d'une biomasse lignocellulosique en sucres fermentables avec des enzymes qui dégradent la matière lignocellulosique et de nouvelles combinaisons d'enzymes, notamment des combinaisons qui permettent une libération synergique de sucres d'une biomasse végétale. L'invention concerne également une méthode permettant de libérer le contenu d'une cellule par la dégradation des parois cellulaires. L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes d'utilisation des nouvelles enzymes et de compositions contenant ces enzymes dans divers autres procédés, comme le lavage des vêtements, les procédés de nettoyage, le bioraffinage, le désencrage et le bioblanchiment du papier et de la pâte à papier, et le traitement des déchets.
