Abstract
La invención se refiere a una célula hospedera que contiene al menos cuatro diferentes polinucleótidos heterólogos seleccionados del grupo de polinucleótidos que codifican celulasas, hemicelulasas y pectinasas, en donde la célula hospedera es capaz de producir las al menos cuatro diferentes enzimas seleccionadas del grupo de celulasas, hemicelulasas y pectinasas, en donde la célula hospedera es un hongo filamentoso y es capaz de la secreción de las al menos cuatro enzimas diferentes. Esta célula hospedera puede utilizarse en forma adecuada para la producción de una composición enzimática que puede ser utilizada en un procedimiento para la sacarificación de material celulósico.
