Abstract
본 발명은 금속산화물 또는 금속간화합물이 나노크기로 분산된 탄소나노섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 금속 전구체/탄소섬유 전구체 용액을 전기방사하고 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 제조방법을 제공하며, 상기 금속산화물 또는 금속간화합물 함유 탄소나노섬유는 이차전지의 음극물질로 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 금속산화물 또는 금속간화합물 함유 탄소나노섬유를 음극물질로 이용하는 이차전지는 우수한 용량을 가지며, 100 사이클 후에도 초기용량의 90%이상 유지하는 등 우수한 사이클 안정성을 가진다.
