粉料除尘装置 本申请要求于 2010 年 06 月 21 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201020230952.X, 发明名称为"粉料除尘装置 "的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及除尘设备领域, 尤其涉及一种适用于搅拌站粉料添加用的 除尘装置。 背景技术 粉料罐是搅拌站、 搅拌楼及其他设备的粉料储存配套装置, 其性能的 好坏与除尘***有很大的关系。 目前, 粉料罐上普遍使用的除尘***多为 被动式除尘装置, 其结构包括一筒体、 设于筒体内的除尘布袋以及设于筒 体上的振动电机, 其中的除尘布袋可吸附粉料罐内的悬浮颗粒, 减轻对周 围环境的污染, 当除尘布袋上积尘较多时, 通过除尘装置上的振动电机或 用脉冲反吹的方式, 将积尘抖落, 其结构比较筒单。 但在使用过程中存在 的缺陷有以下几点: 1.由于被动式除尘装置除尘的动力是粉料散装车的风 力, 除尘不完全, 出口会出现冒灰现象, 对环境造成了污染; 2.除尘装置 的积灰量会影响其排风能力, 使粉料罐内部压力难以控制, 极易发生除尘 装置或压力安全阀被冲坏的危险, 存在一定的安全隐患。 发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是: 针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构 筒单、 可及时抽走粉料容器中的粉尘、 快速平衡粉料容器内部压力、 除尘 效果好且使用安全的粉料除尘装置。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下技术方案: 一种粉料除尘装置, 包括强制式除尘器以及装设于粉料罐上的被动式 除尘器, 所述被动式除尘器的出风口和粉料罐均与所述强制式除尘器的进 风口相连通。 作为对本发明的进一步改进, 所述强制式除尘器的进风口通过单向阀 与所述粉料罐连通。 作为对本发明的更进一步改进, 所述强制式除尘器和 /或被动式除尘器 为脉冲反吹式除尘器。 与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于: 本发明的粉料除尘装置, 结构 筒单, 通过在现有被动式除尘器的基础上增加一个强制式除尘器, 能够及 时抽走粉料罐中的高压气体, 迅速平衡粉料罐的内部压力, 消除因粉料容 器内部压力过大所造成的安全隐患, 同时强制式除尘器可将被动式除尘器 未滤掉的粉料完全过滤, 解决被动式除尘器收尘不彻底的问题, 实现被动 除尘和主动除尘相结合的二级除尘, 防止粉尘对空气的污染, 其除尘效果 好, 可真正实现环保; 强制式除尘器为脉冲反吹式除尘器, 当其滤芯上积 满灰尘后,可通过脉冲反吹方式将粉料灰尘送回粉料罐, 防止粉料的浪费, 可节约成本。 附图说明 图 1是本发明除尘装置的结构示意图; 图 2是图 1中 I处的放大结构示意图; 图例说明
1、 被动式除尘器; 2、 强制式除尘器; 3、 单向阀; 4、 粉料罐。 具体实施方式 下面结合具体实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的说明。 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明的粉料除尘装置, 包括强制式除尘器 2以 及装设于粉料罐 4上的被动式除尘器 1 , 被动式除尘器 1的出风口和粉料 罐 4均与强制式除尘器 2的进风口相连通。 通过在现有被动式除尘器的基 础上增加一个强制式除尘器, 能够及时抽走粉料罐中的高压气体, 迅速平 衡粉料罐内部压力, 可消除因粉料罐内部压力过大所造成的安全隐患, 提 高设备的使用寿命; 同时强制式除尘器可将被动式除尘器未滤掉的粉料完 全过滤, 解决被动式除尘器收尘不彻底的问题, 实现被动除尘和主动除尘 相结合的二级除尘, 防止粉尘对空气的污染, 其除尘效果好, 可真正实现 环保。 本实施例中, 强制式除尘器 2为脉冲反吹式除尘器, 它能够及时地将 粉料从滤芯上吹掉, 保证整个装置的正常使用。 脉冲反吹式除尘器的进风 口通过单向阀 3与粉料罐 4连通, 单向阀 3使粉尘只能流向强制式除尘器 2。 当强制式除尘器 2的滤芯上积满粉尘后,可通过脉冲反吹方式将粉尘送 回粉料罐 4, 以防止粉料的浪费, 可节约成本。 被动式除尘器 1也可为脉 冲反吹式除尘器, 优选为 V2型收尘机。 工作原理: 当粉料罐 4开始加料时, 单向阀 3打开, 整个除尘装置启 动, 开始除尘, 如图 1中的箭头方向所示, 夹杂粉尘的高压气流一方面被 强制式除尘器 2抽走, 使粉料罐 4内部压力趋于平衡, 另一方面, 夹杂粉 尘的高压气流通过被动式除尘器 1 , 即 V2型收尘机, 部分粉尘过滤掉, 随 后气流又被强制式除尘器 2抽走, 经过强制式除尘器 2的滤芯, 粉尘被滤 芯全部过滤掉, 干净气体排入大气, 防止粉尘对空气的污染, 可实现被动 除尘和主动除尘相结合的二级除尘, 真正保护环境。 以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 本发明的保护范围并不仅局限 于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理前 提下的若干改进和润饰, 均应视为本发明的保护范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种粉料除尘装置, 其特征在于: 包括强制式除尘器 (2) 以及装 设于粉料罐(4)上的被动式除尘器(1), 所述被动式除尘器(1) 的出风 口和粉料罐(4) 均与所述强制式除尘器 (2) 的进风口相连通。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的粉料除尘装置, 其特征在于: 所述强制式除 尘器(2) 的进风口通过单向阀 (3) 与所述粉料罐(4)连通。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的粉料除尘装置, 其特征在于: 所述强制 式除尘器 (2)和 /或被动式除尘器(1 ) 为脉冲反吹式除尘器。
