本实用新型涉及混凝土搅拌站粉料贮料罐除尘装置领域，具体为一种粉料储料罐除尘装置。
背景技术
    混凝土搅拌站水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉等粉状材料主要采用密封筒仓储存。为有效排出粉料运输车向筒仓泵送粉料时产生的气压，筒仓上部一般安装有除尘装置。但由于筒仓顶部位置空间有限，除尘装置一般限制在较小的面积范围内，除尘效果有限。同时筒仓顶部一般都处于数十米高的高空，除尘设施更换零配件需要高空作业，而且粉料无法进行有效回收。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种安装位置低、便于操作、维护、能源消耗小的粉料筒仓除尘装置，以有效清洁从筒仓出溢出的含尘气体。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种粉料贮料罐除尘装置，它包括粉料储料罐，还包括粉尘导管、收尘箱、支架、除尘滤袋、振动器和卸料阀门；粉尘导管一端与粉料储料罐顶部连通，该端部设置有导风挡片，支架设置于收尘箱内，除尘滤袋设置于支架上，支架上还设有振动器，卸料阀门位于收尘箱底部；粉尘导管的另一端与收尘箱联通并位于卸料阀门上方，收尘箱安装于底面。 
所述的粉料贮料罐除尘装置，为便于粉尘的收集，收尘箱底部为锥形。

如图1所示，一种粉料贮料罐除尘装置，它包括粉料储料罐8，还包括粉尘导管1、收尘箱2、支架7、除尘滤袋4、振动器5和卸料阀门6；粉尘导管1一端与粉料储料罐8顶部连通，该端部设置有导风挡片3，支架7设置于收尘箱2内，除尘滤袋4设置于支架7上，支架7上还设有振动器5，卸料阀门6位于收尘箱2底部；粉尘导管1的另一端与收尘箱2连通并位于卸料阀门6上方，收尘箱2安装于地面。 
所述的粉料贮料罐除尘装置，为便于粉尘的收集，收尘箱2底部为锥形。

本装置的原理是：
使用粉料运输车泵送粉料时，含尘所气体经粉尘导管1进入收尘箱2，含尘气体经收尘箱2内的除尘滤袋4过滤后，气体经收尘箱上部排气窗9排出，而粉尘由于重力的作用落下并收集在除尘箱2底部。吸附在除尘滤袋4上的粉尘通过安装在支架7上的振动器5进行振动清除，定期通过收尘箱2底部的卸料阀门6收集粉料可进行回收再利用。
同一品种的粉料可以通过不同的粉尘导管1在同一收尘箱2中除尘收集。为防止在泵料过程中不同的储料仓之间出现气体串流现象，在粉料储料仓顶部的粉尘导管1的端口上设有导风挡片3以防止气体逆流。
本实用新型包含上述结构及原理，其能够有效清洁从储料仓内溢出的含尘气体，起到降低污染、保护环境、降低能耗的目的，同时本实用新型结构简单，安装方便。

1.一种粉料贮料罐除尘装置，它包括粉料储料罐，其特征是：还包括粉尘导管、收尘箱、支架、除尘滤袋、振动器和卸料阀门；粉尘导管一端与粉料储料罐顶部连通，该端部设置有导风挡片，支架设置于收尘箱内，除尘滤袋设置于支架上，支架上还设有振动器，卸料阀门位于收尘箱底部；粉尘导管的另一端与收尘箱联通并位于卸料阀门上方，收尘箱安装于底面。
