一种整体调节座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及座椅, 是一种能够整体调节的座椅。
背景技术
用于火车、 飞机和汽车上的乘客座椅, 大部分是调节靠背角度, 以达到缓解乘客长时 间座车的疲惫感。 由于座椅的座面相对于座椅的靠背呈垂直状态, 因此, 当座椅靠背向后 调整时只能改变乘客的座姿, 使乘客背部向后倾斜, 腿部向前移动, 乘客呈半躺状况, 但 是,这种姿式使乘客的腰部悬在空中,人体重量集中在臀部和背部,无法解除乘客的疲劳感。 为此, 申请人于 2002年设计了一种能够通过调节座椅的座面角度, 使座椅靠背与座面同时 调整的座椅。 这种座椅可使座面后端向下移动, 使座面呈向后倾斜, 这时乘客臀部随座面 倾斜向后移动, 使乘客体重能均匀分布在座面和靠背上, 使乘客有较好的舒适感。 但是, ' 这种座椅的不足在于: 当座面后部向下移动时, 只能使靠背后倾, 座面在水平方向没有移 动距离。 因此, 这在很大程度上限定了靠背向后倾斜的角度。 由于座椅靠背向后倾斜角度 较大时, 必定占用后排空间, 从而影响后排乘客活动空间。 如果靠背向后倾斜角度较小时, 乘客的舒适度则明显下降, 较难缓解乘客的疲劳感。 如何在规定的空间内尽可能安装多排 座椅的前提下, 使座椅靠背的调节角度加大的同时, 增加乘客的舒适度是目前本领域技术 人员长期以来研究的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是, 提供一种整体调节座椅, 它能够根据乘客的需要调整座椅靠背倾斜 角度的同时, 使座面向前移动并向下倾斜, 能够实现在固定的空间内, 完成大角度靠背的 调整, 使乘客具有极高的舒适度。
本发明为实现上述目的通过以下技术方案实现: 一种整体调节座椅, 包括座面和靠背, 座面底面前部安装第一铰连座,第一铰连座与支撑杆一端铰连, 支撑杆另一端与第二铰连座 铰连, 第一铰连座和第二铰连座位于同一垂直平面内, 座面底面后端安装第三铰连座或第 八铰连座,第三铰连座或第八铰连座与倾斜安装的支撑套内的滑动部件铰连, 支撑套轴向与 座面的水平面之间设置第一夹角,第一夹角随座面倾斜下移而变化,支撑套与底座固定连接, 支撑套轴向中心线与底座底面的水平方向设置第二夹角,第二夹角为固定夹角, 使座面向前 并使后部向下移动、 靠背向下移动并向后倾斜的角度调节装置安装在座椅前部或后部。 角 度调节装置安装在座椅后部, 角度调节装置有一个安装在支撑套内的第一推杆, 支撑套为 筒状, 第一推杆一端与弹簧连接, 第一推杆另一端与第三铰连座连接, 第一推杆外周安装 第一导向套,第一导向套与支撑套固定连接, 第一导向套与第一偏心轮连接, 第一偏心轮与 第一调节手柄连接。 角度调节装置安装在座椅后部, 角度调节装置有一个安装在支撑套内 的滑块,, 支撑套为导轨形状, 支撑套上开设定位孔,滑块沿支撑套移动, ,滑块上安装第四 铰连座,第四铰连座与第三铰连座采用铰连轴连接,铰连轴铰连定位块,定位块上设置定位销, 定位块与第二调节手柄连接。 角度调节装置安装在座椅前部, 其结构为: 第二铰连座与第 一滑套一端铰连, 第一滑套内安装第二推杆,第二推杆一端与第五铰连座铰连, 第五铰连座 与座面底面中部连接, 第二推杆外周安装第二导向套,第二导向套与第一滑套连接, 第二导 向套与第二偏心轮连接, 第二偏心轮与第三调节手柄连接, 座面底面前部与板簧一端连接, 板簧另一端与支撑杆上部连接, 支撑套内的滑块与第八铰连座铰连, 第八铰连座与座面和 靠背相交的底部连接。 角度调节装置安装在座椅前部, 其结构为: 支撑杆中部安装第六铰 连座,第六铰连座与第二滑套连接,第二滑套内安装第三推杆,第三推杆一端与第七铰连座铰 连, 第七铰连座与支撑座固定连接, 第三推杆外周安装第三导向套,第三导向套与第二滑套 连接, 第三导向套与第三偏心轮连接, 第三偏心轮与第四调节手柄连接, 座面底面前部与 板簧一端连接, 板簧另一端与支撑杆上部连接,支撑套内的滑块与第八铰连座铰连, 第八铰 连座与座面和靠背相交的底部连接。 座面底面后部与压紧弹簧一端连接, 压紧 簧另 2端 与定位块连接。 本发明的积极效果在于: 它彻底解决了本领域长期以来未能解决的难题, 使座椅向后 倾斜的同时座面向前移动, 这就实现了在相同的空间内靠背向后斜倾的角度尽可能大, 在 增加了乘客舒适度的同时, 不占用后排乘客活动空间的目的,以现有技术中座椅的前端与调 整至最大角度时的最外端距离为 950毫米左右计算, 使用本发明结构的座椅即可将这个距 离缩短至 900毫米左右, 可使一节火车车厢多增加一排座位。 因为本发明座椅的靠背向后 调整角度的同时, 座面 1 向前移动, 座椅靠背调整不是单纯占用座椅后排空间, 而是占用 了座椅前面的合理活动空间。 本发明座椅可使现有飞机座椅在座椅前后排间距不变的情况 下, 能够实现靠背向后倾斜至最大角度, 并使座面向下倾斜, 给乘客提供了极高的舒适度。 本发明座椅靠背向后调整的角度可以是 110° 、 120° 、 130° 、 135° 或其它需要的角度。 附图说明

实施例:
本发明座椅的设计特点在于: 可使座面 1 向前及后部向下移动、 靠背向下移动并向启 倾斜, 实现这种功能的方案之一是: 可在座椅前部设置支撑, 在座椅的后部设置靠背角度 调节装置, 当用座椅后部安装的角度调节装置调节靠背角度时, 座椅前部的支撑结构随角 度调节装置被动变换支撑角度。 方案之二是: 在座椅后部设置支撑, 在座椅的前部设置靠 背角度调节装置, 当用座椅前部安装的角度调节装置调节靠背角度时, 座椅后部的支撑随 角度调节装置被动变换支撑位置。实现靠背角度调节的角度调节装置还有许多种公知技术。 本发明提供的几个实施例是在座椅前部或后部安装的角度调节装置实现靠背角度调节 目的的技术方案, 但是, 本发明的范围不被限制在这些实施例之中。
构成本发明所述的座椅整体技术方案包括座面 1和靠背 45, 座面 1底面前部安装第一 铰连座 3,第一铰连座 3与支撑杆 2—端铰连, 支撑杆 2另一端与第二铰连座 4铰连, 第一 铰连座 3和第二铰连座 4位于同一垂直平面内, 座面 1底面后端安装第三铰连座 5或第八 铰连座 24,第三铰连座 5或第八铰连座 24与倾斜安装的支撑套 13内的滑动部件铰连,支撑 套 13轴向与座面 1的水平面之间设置第一夹角 α ,,第一夹角 α ,随座面 1倾斜下移而变化, 支撑套 13与底座 6固定连接,支撑套 13轴向中心线与底座 6底面的水平方向设置第二夹角 α 2,第二夹角 α 2为固定夹角, 使座面 1 向前并使后部向下移动、 靠背向下移动并向后倾斜 的角度调节装置安装在座椅前部或后部。
本发明所述的第一铰连座 3、 支撑杆 2及第二铰连座 4可以安装在座面 1底面前端的 中间部位, 也可以分别安装在座面 1底面的两侧。所述的支撑套 13内的滑动部件是推杆或 滑块等能够沿支撑套 13轴向移动的部件。
本发明所述的第三铰连座 5可以安装在座面 1后部的任一位置, 当角度调节装置安装 在座椅后部时, 采用第三铰连座 5与角度调节装置的部件连接。所述的第八铰连座 24安装 在座面 1底面后 ^座面 1和靠背 45相交处, 当角度调节装置安装在座椅前部, 座椅后部的 支撑随角度调节装置被动变换位置时, 第八铰连座 24与支撑套 13内的滑动部件铰连。 所 述第一夹角 随座面 1向下移动而变化, 第二夹角 α 2是固定夹角, 小于 90° , 一般为 40 。 -70° 为宜, 可根据靠背 45需要调节的角度及安装座椅的空间确定, 第二夹角 α 2也可以 是 20° -80° , 第二夹角 α 2还可以是 45° -65° ,这些角度均以座面 1与靠背 45呈 90° 角确 定的。 当座面 1与靠背 45间的角度大于 90° 时, 这些角度可做相应调整。
本发明将角度调节装置安装在座椅后部时, 座椅前部安装支撑结构即可, 支撑杆 2随 座椅后部的靠背角度调节装置被动变换位置, 例 1 : 角度调节装置安装在座椅后部, 角度 调节装置有一个安装在支撑套 13内的第一推杆 8, 支撑套 13为筒状, 第一推杆 8—端与 弹簧 12连接, 第一推杆 8另一端与第三铰连座 5连接, 第一推杆 8外周安装第一导向套 9,第一导向套 9与支撑套 13固定连接, 第一导向套 9与第一偏心轮 10连接, 第一偏心轮 10与第一调节手柄 11连接, 座椅前部的支撑结构为: 座面 1底面前部安装第一铰连座 3, 第一铰连座 3与支撑杆 2—端铰连, 支撑杆 2另一端与第二铰连座 4铰连, 第一铰连座 3 和第二铰连座 4位于同一垂直平面内。
例 2: 角度调节装置安装在座椅后部, 角度调节装置有一个安装在支撑套 13内的滑块 16, 支撑套 13为导轨形状, 支撑套 13上开设定位孔 18,滑块 16可沿支撑套 13移动, 滑块 16上安装第四铰连座 23,第四铰连座 23与第三铰连座 5采用铰连轴 21连接, 铰连轴 21上 铰连定位块 17,定位块 17上设置定位销 20,定位块 17与第二调节手柄 30连接,座椅前部的 支撑结构为, 座面 1底面前部安装第一铰连座 3,第一铰连座 3与支撑杆 2—端铰连, 支撑 杆 2另一端与第二铰连座 4铰连, 第一铰连座 3和第二铰连座 4位于同一垂直平面内。
本发明所述的座椅, 将靠背角度调节装置安装在座椅前部时, 座椅后部安装支撑结构 即可。 例 3 : 角度调节装置安装在座椅前部时, 其结构为: 第二铰连座 4与第一滑套 38— 端铰连, 第一滑套 38内安装第二推杆 35,第二推杆 35—端与第五铰连座 32铰连,.第五铰 连座 32与座面 1底面中部连接, 第二推杆 35外周安装第二导向套 34,第二导向套' 34与第 一滑套 38连接, 第二导向套 34与第二偏心轮 36连接, 第二偏心轮 36与第三调节手柄 33 连接, 座面 1底面前部与板簧 14一端连接, 板簧 14另一端与支撑杆 2上部连接, 座椅后 部的支撑结构为: 底座 6与支撑套 13连接, 安装在支撑套 13 内的滑块 16与第八铰连座 24铰连, 第八铰连座 24与座面 1和靠背 45相交的底部连接, 第八铰连座 24通过铰连轴 21与滑块 16连接, 滑块 16在导轨式支撑套 13内滑动。 本实施例中的板簧 14用于使座面 1复位。 当然, 使座面 1复位的结构也可以不采用板簧 14, 也可在第二推杆 35—端安装弹 簧 37, 弹簧 37安装在第一滑套 38内, 用于使座面 1复位。
例 4: 角度调节装置安装在座椅前部, 其结构为: 支撑杆 2中部安装第六铰连座 28,第 六铰连座 28与第二滑套 41铰连,第二滑套 41内安装第三推杆 43,第三推杆 43—端与第七 铰连座 26铰连, 第七铰连座 26与支撑座 27固定连接, 第三推杆 43外周安装第三导向套 40,第三导向套 40与第二滑套 41连接, 第三导向套 40与第三偏心轮 44连接, 第三偏心轮 44与第四调节手柄 39连接, 座面 1底面前部与板簧 14一端连接, 板簧 14另一端与支撑 杆 2上部连接, 座椅后部的支撑结构为: 底座 6与支撑套 13连接, 支撑套 13内的滑块 16 与第八铰连座 24铰连, 第八铰连座 24与座面 1和靠背 45相交的底部连接,第八铰连 j 24 通过铰连轴 21与滑块 16连接, 滑块 16在导轨式支撑套 13内滑动。 本实施例中的板簧 14 用于使座面 1复位。 使座面 1复位的结构也可以不采用板簧 14, 可在第三推杆 43—端安 装弹簧 42, 弹簧 42安装在第二滑套 41内, 用于使座面 1复位。
为了辅助座面 1复位, 可使座面 1底面后部与压紧弹簧 15—端连接, 压紧弹簧 15另 一端与定位块 17连接。
本发明所述的完成靠背角度调节装置功能还可釆用电力、 液压、 气压等驱动, 带动靠 背向下向后倾斜的结构, 还可有用丝杠螺母、 齿轮齿条、 蜗轮蜗杆、 滑槽和杆等结构。
本发明座椅使用时调节靠背角度如图 1所示, 扳动第一调节手柄 11, 使第一调节手柄 11带动第一偏心轮 10脱离第一导向套 9,第一推杆 8在重力作用下沿支撑套 13轴向下移, 由于支撑套 13轴向中心线与底座 6底面水平方向设置第二夹角 α 2, 同时, 座面 1前部铰 连了支撑杆 2,从而带动座面 1向前移动的同时座面 1后部向下移动、靠背 45向下移动的同 时向后倾斜。 当靠背 45角度调节到要求角度时, 反方向扳动第一调节手柄 11, 第一偏心 轮 10卡住第一导向套 9锁紧。
图 3所示, 扳动第二调节手柄 30, 通过定位块 17带动定位销 20脱离支撑套 13上的 定位孔 18, 滑块 16在重力作用下沿支撑套 13轴向下移, 从而带动座面 1和靠背 45下移, 达到调节靠背 45角度的目的。
图 6所示, 扳动第三调节手柄 33, 第三调节手柄 33带动第二偏心轮 36脱离第二导向 套 34, 第二推杆 35在重力作用下带动座面 1和靠背 45沿第二滑套 38下移, 此时, 座面 1 和靠背 45沿支撑套 13轴向方向下移, 从而带动座面 1向前移动的同时座面 1后部向下倾 斜、 靠背 45向下移动的同时向后倾斜, 达到调节靠背角度的目的。 座面 1复位靠板簧 14 的弹力。 反方向扳动第三调节手柄 33, 则锁紧定位。
图 8所示, 扳动第四调节手柄 39, 第四调节手柄 39带动第三偏心轮 44脱离第三导向 套 40, 第三推杆 43在第四调节手柄 39重力的作用下, 使支撑杆 2向座椅前方移动, 从而 带动座面 1前移,由于座面 1和靠背 45相交处的底面安装第八铰连座 24,第八铰连座 24与 支撑套 13内的滑块连接, 所以, 座面 1后部向下移动, 靠背 45向下移动并向后倾斜, 达 到调节靠背角度的目的。 反方向扳动第四调节手柄 39, 带动第三偏心轮 44卡住第三导向 套 40锁紧角度调节装置。
图中 19是通孔 ,22是手柄。

1、 一种整体调节座椅,包括座面 (1) 和靠背 (45) ,其特征在于: 座面 (1) 底面前部 安装第一铰连座 (3) ,第一铰连座 (3) 与支撑杆 (2) —端铰连, 支撑杆 (2) 另一端与第 二铰连座 (4)铰连, 第一铰连座 (3) 和第二铰连座 (4)位于同一垂直平面内, 座面 (1) 底面后端安装第三铰连座 (5) 或第八铰连座 (24) ,第三铰连座 (5) 或第八铰连座 (24) 与倾斜安装的支撑套(13) 内的滑动部件铰连, 支撑套 (13)轴向与座面 (1) 的水平面之 间设置第一夹角 (C ), 第一夹角 (α ι) 随座面 (1) 倾斜下移而变化,支撑套 (13) 与底 座(6)固定连接,支撑套(13)轴向中心线与底座(6)底面的水平方向设置第二夹角(α2), 第二夹角 ( α 2) 为固定夹角, 使座面 (1) 向前并使后部向下移动、 靠背向下移动并向后 倾斜的角度调节装置安装在座椅前部或后部。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体调节座椅, 其特征在于: 角度调节装置安装在座椅 后部, 角度调节装置有一个安装在支撑套 (13) 内的第一推杆 (8), 支撑套(13) 为筒状, 第一推杆 (8) —端与弹簧 (12)连接, 第一推杆(8) 另一端与第三铰连座 (5)连接, 第 一推杆 (8) 外周安装第一导向套 (9) ,第一导向套 (9) 与支撑套 (13) 固定连接,'第一 导向套 (9) 与第一偏心轮 (10) 连接, 第一偏心轮 (10) 与第一调节手柄 (11) 连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种整体调节座椅, 其特征在于: 角度调节装置安装在座椅 后部, 角度调节装置有一个安装在支撑套 (13) 内的滑块 (16) ,, 支撑套 (13) 为导轨形 状, 支撑套 (13) 上开设定位孔 (18) ,滑块 (16)沿支撑套 (13) 移动, ,滑块 (16) 上安 装第四铰连座 (23) ,第四铰连座 (23) 与第三铰连座 (5) 采用铰连轴 (21) 连接, 铰连 轴 (21) 上铰连定位块 (17) ,定位块 (17) 上设置定位销 (20) ,定位块 (17) 与第二调节 手柄 (30) 连接。
