一种新型胶水及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及水上运动用品制造领域,具体涉及一种水上运动用品用的胶水及该胶水在钓鱼衣上的应用。
背景技术
钓鱼衣是钓鱼过程中下水时需穿着的衣服。钓鱼衣要求具有良好的防水性能,因此在钓鱼衣加工过程中,车缝等处的做工要求非常严格,且在车缝的收尾工段上,必须采用热溶带贴条贴合加固。传统的热溶带贴条防水性能较差,经水浸泡后抗氧化能力变弱,最终会导致粘性丧失,使钓鱼衣接缝处漏水,缩短了钓鱼衣的使用寿命。还有些热溶带贴条贴合后容易出现硬化分层现象,使钓鱼衣弹性受限,导致穿着不适,严重分层还会导致贴胶条剥离,造成漏水问题。
发明内容
针对钓鱼衣上述问题,本发明提供一种不易分层、涂刷性好、韧性好、粘接强度高、耐水及耐腐蚀的新型胶水并将其用于钓鱼衣。
上述胶水配方及制备方法为本发明所要保护的技术方案。
所述的胶水包括以下成份(按重量百分比计):
氯丁橡胶15-25% 活性剂6-10%,防老剂3-5%,软化油10-12%,二甲苯溶剂25-30%,弹力胶15-20%,硫化剂4-5%,硬化剂4-5% 。
优选的,所述的新型胶水(按重量百分比计)包含如下组份:氯丁橡胶20%,活性剂6% ,防老剂4%,软化油10%,二甲苯溶剂30%,弹力胶20%, 硫化剂5% ,硬化剂5% 。
具体的,所述硫化剂为经稀释的液态硫磺;所述的硬化剂为硫尿类物质;所述活性剂包括锌氧粉和氧化镁。
所述新型胶水的制备方法如下:
(1)将氯丁橡胶、活性剂、防老剂、软化油加入混炼机混炼;
(2)混炼后加入二甲苯溶剂溶解稀释,并加入弹力胶;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的物质静置一段时间之后,再经由搅拌机搅拌;
(4)最后加入硬化剂、硫化剂,硫化发泡再经自然消泡后完成。
上述配方胶水在钓鱼衣领域的应用是本发明要保护的另一个技术方案:即在钓鱼衣车缝处涂抹上述配方胶水进行加固贴合;
涂抹的较佳方案是,首先涂抹一薄层胶水打底;风干后,再涂抹较厚胶水层加固。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果如下:
采用本发明所述配方和方法配制成的胶水,粘接强度高、韧性好、涂刷性好,且具有不易分层、耐水及耐腐蚀的特点,适用于水上运动用品,特别是钓鱼衣;
针对传统钓鱼衣车缝处采用热熔带粘合方式防水性差,易出现硬化分层现象等问题,本发明突破性采用新型胶水粘合,粘合更加牢固、有弹性,大大提高了钓鱼衣的使用寿命,且粘合处表面光滑,穿着舒适;另一方面采用本新型胶水替代传统热熔带贴合方式可简化贴合工序,同时降低材料和人工成本。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
所述的新型胶水包括以下成分(按重量百分比计):氯丁橡胶15-25% 活性剂6-10%,防老剂3-5%,软化油10-12%,二甲苯溶剂25-30%,弹力胶15-20%,硫化剂4-5%,硬化剂4-5% 。
本发明所述胶水以氯丁橡胶为主体。
氯丁橡胶具有高结晶力,弹性和耐候好,且具有耐水解的优点,因此即使长期浸泡在水中也能够保持良好的性能。氯丁橡胶是由单体氯丁二烯经乳液聚合反应制成的弹性体,简称CR胶,其结晶程度对于橡胶的加工及应用具有重要影响。
为了进一步提高氯丁橡胶的使用性能,需在生胶(氯丁橡胶)中加入各种配合剂进行混炼。本发明中配合剂包括软化油、防老剂、锌氧粉和氧化镁。
混炼工艺要求各种配合剂完全均匀分散于生胶中,保证胶料性能均匀一致,即胶料的任何一部分都含有相同数量的组份,避免因配合剂局部集中而出现胶料性能不一、喷霜或焦烧等现象。
混炼过程中,生胶与各种配合剂发生复杂的物理化学反应,是橡胶改性的重要过程。软化油可以对橡胶起到软化、增塑的作用,并可改变橡胶的弹性跟韧性。生胶在软化油中产生溶胀,活性剂在混炼中能够促进粉料分散,并使分散体系趋于稳定。
本发明中可采用锌氧粉和氧化镁作为活性剂,采用芳烃油作为软化油。锌氧粉和氧化镁作为活性剂,在混炼中可促进粉料分散,并使分散体系趋于稳定。所述新型胶水用于粘合水上运动服饰特别是钓鱼衣的车缝收尾处,由于人们使用钓鱼衣进行水上运动往往比穿着其它水上运动服饰时,活动量大、动作幅度大,对车缝等处的磨损也较大,因此传统的钓鱼衣均采用耐磨的热熔带贴条贴合钓鱼衣车缝处。将热熔带贴条改用胶水粘合,则对胶水的防水性能、粘接力、耐候性、耐磨性等要求较高,因此混炼过程中需加入较多的活性剂成份。
橡胶中加入防老剂对防止橡胶热和氧老化非常有效,同时对金属的催化氧化也有抑制作用。本发明中可采用酮胺类防老剂,例如RD防老剂,或采用AW防老剂。RD防老剂毒性小,对热氧老化的防护非常有效;AW防老剂具有很好的抗臭氧老化性能,对热氧、天候老化也具有明显的防护作用。
二甲苯是一种无色液体,有芳香气味,易挥发,难溶于水,比水密度小,可以溶解多种有机物,是常用的溶剂。将混炼后的物质加入二甲苯中溶解,使其成为胶状,再加入弹力胶。
弹力胶是纯丙烯酸合成树脂及氯丁橡胶的混炼合体,环保无毒,具有橡胶的高弹性和高强度,另外弹力胶硬度范围广,有优良的着色性,触感柔软,耐候性、抗疲劳性和耐温性能优越,加入胶水中可大大增强胶水的韧性,并有效降低加工成本。
硬化剂又称固化剂,能使高聚物分子间产生交联,加入后能够提高胶水的粘接性,所述的硬化剂采用硫尿类物质。所述硫化剂为经稀释的液态硫磺。发泡后一般需12小时的消泡时间,成品胶水性能较好。
上述配方胶水应用于钓鱼衣领域,即在钓鱼衣车缝收尾处涂抹上述配方胶水进行加固贴合。胶水采用专用的涂胶机台经由人工操作进行。涂抹时,首先涂抹一薄层胶水打底,填补车缝空隙,增加贴合牢度;风干后,再涂抹较厚胶水层加固,风干24小时后即可使用。
传统的钓鱼衣车缝处,采用热熔带配合胶水贴合,工序复杂,成本高,本新型胶水可直接涂抹于钓鱼衣车缝处,简化加工工序,节约热熔带成本,且可得到比热熔带贴合更加牢固和持久的防水效果,同时提高钓鱼衣穿着舒适度。
经试水测试采用该胶水贴合车缝处的钓鱼衣,寿命可提高10%。
本发明所述胶水也可以应用于其它产品之间的粘合,例如将本产品用于潜水衣类缝隙间的粘合,粘合之处牢固、光滑、利水、有弹性,能有效避免车线被磨断。
实施例一
所述胶水包括以下组份:
按重量百分比计,氯丁橡胶20%,锌氧粉3% ,氧化镁3%,RD防老剂4%,软化油10%,二甲苯溶剂30%,op弹力胶20%, 硫化剂5%,硬化剂5% 。
制备时:
先将20%的氯丁橡胶、3%的活锌氧粉,3%的氧化镁,4%的RD防老剂,10%的软化油,加入混炼机混炼;再向混炼后的物质中加入30%的二甲苯溶剂,并加入20%的弹力胶;将上述混合物质静置6小时后再经由搅拌机搅拌12小时,使各种物质充分混合、溶解;最后加入5%的硬化剂、5%的硫化剂,硫化发泡再经自然消泡,制成所述新型胶水。
实施例二
所述胶水包括以下组份:
按重量百分比计,氯丁橡胶20%,锌氧粉4% ,氧化镁4%,RD防老剂2%,AW防老剂3%,软化油10%,二甲苯溶剂28%,op弹力胶20%, 硫化剂4.5% ,硬化剂4.5% 。
制备时:
先将氯丁橡胶、锌氧粉,氧化镁,RD防老剂,AW防老剂,软化油加入混炼机混炼;再向混炼后的物质中加入二甲苯溶剂,并加入弹力胶;将上述混合物质静置6小时后再经由搅拌机搅拌12小时,使各种物质充分混合、溶解;最后加入硬化剂、硫化剂,硫化发泡再经自然消泡,制成所述新型胶水。
上述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例,这些实施例仅仅用于解释本发明而不能理解为对本发明的限制,在不背离本发明权利要求中所请求保护的范围的情况下,可以对上述实施方案进行各种改进和变化。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型胶水,按重量百分比计,包含如下组份:氯丁橡胶15-25% 活性剂6-10%,防老剂3-5%,软化油10-12%,二甲苯溶剂25-30%,弹力胶15-20%, 硫化剂4-5% ,硬化剂4-5%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型胶水,按重量百分比计,包含如下组份:氯丁橡胶20%,活性剂 6% ,防老剂4%,软化油10%,二甲苯溶剂30%,弹力胶20%, 硫化剂5% ,硬化剂5% 。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的新型胶水,其特征在于:所述硫化剂为经稀释的液态硫磺。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的新型胶水,其特征在于:所述的硬化剂为硫尿类物质。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的新型胶水,其特征在于:所述活性剂包括锌氧粉和氧化镁。
  6. 一种新型胶水的制备方法,步骤为:
    (1)将氯丁橡胶、活性剂、防老剂、软化油加入混炼机混炼;
    (2)混炼后加入二甲苯溶剂溶解稀释,并加入弹力胶;
    (3)将步骤(2)所得的物质静置一段时间之后,再经由搅拌机搅拌;
    (4)最后加入硬化剂、硫化剂,经硫化发泡再自然消泡后完成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型胶水的制备方法,其特征在于:所
    述步骤(3)中物质静置5-6小时,再由搅拌机搅拌10-12小时。
  8. 一种钓鱼衣,其特征在于:所述钓鱼衣车缝处涂有权利要求1或2所述的新型胶水加固贴合。
  9. 所述新型胶水应用于钓鱼衣上的方法,首先在钓鱼衣车缝处涂抹一薄层胶水打底,风干;再涂抹较厚胶水层加固后风干。
