Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tongue connected to a webbing and detachably engaged with a buckle device.
- the webbing is passed through the long hole from the bottom of the bottom plate, wound from the front of the adjustment lever to the back, and then pulled backward, through the long hole from the back of the adjustment lever, and drawn downward.
- an auxiliary bar parallel to the adjustment bar is slidable forward and backward in front of the adjustment lever, and a spring is interposed between the auxiliary bar and the upright piece, and the adjustment of the auxiliary bar is achieved by the elasticity of the spring.
- a webbing length adjusting device for a seat belt configured to sandwich the webbing between the bar and the adjustment bar to be rearwardly moved through an auxiliary bar (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-3526). .)
- the webbing is always pinched between the auxiliary bar and the adjusting bar, so that the webbing is accompanied by the forward movement of the occupant when wearing the seat belt. It is possible to prevent the webbing from slipping little by little (hereinafter referred to as “micro-slip”) by intermittently applying tension.
- the auxiliary bar needs to be slidably disposed in front of the adjusting bar, which increases the number of parts.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a tongue capable of reducing the number of parts and preventing microslip.
- the tongue of the present invention has an engaging portion that engages with the buckle device so as to protrude from a substantially central position of the front end edge portion, and the folded portion of the webbing folded in the longitudinal direction is inserted.

- the stopper bar is urged rearward by the urging means, when tension is applied to the webbing, the stopper bar is further pushed in the plurality of rib side directions and wound around the stopper bar. Since the webbing is pressed down so as to be less than the plurality of ribs, the webbing can be effectively held. Further, the number of parts can be reduced because the stopper bar and the biasing means may be arranged in the storage case.
- the end surface portion that presses the webbing of the plurality of ribs is a rear edge portion of the webbing wound around the stopper bar biased in the rearward direction by the biasing means. You may make it have the slope part extended to the diagonally front side so that it may press.
- the webbing wound around the stopper bar urged in the rearward direction by the urging means is further inserted into the inclined portion of the plurality of ribs erected on the inner side surface of the storage case. It is effectively suppressed. Thereby, the webbing wound around the stopper bar can be securely sandwiched between the plurality of ribs and the stop bar, thereby effectively preventing microslip.
- the plurality of ribs may have a flat portion facing the stopper bar urged rearward by the urging means from the front end edge of the slope portion. Good.
- the plurality of ribs are formed so as to have a flat portion facing the stopper bar urged in the rearward direction by the urging means from the front edge portion of the inclined surface portion. Can be lengthened, and the strength of the storage case can be improved.
