对于精密机械电子行业, 一般要求机械内的工作部件上下级之间的位置相 互配合。 由于加工的过程难免会存在误差, 因此在对产品进行装配的时候需要 调整工作部件上下级之间的位置。 为了解决上述问题, 现有技术中, 一般通过 加铜片或者在工作部件的旁边加一调整螺栓或者直接加弹簧来进行工作部件的 位置调整, 然 , 通过加铜片来进行工作部件的位置调整需要测试究竟要垫多 高的铜片, 由于铜片的厚度一般都规格化, 所以很难直接达到需要调整的数值; 此外, 在工作部件的旁边加螺孔再通过与螺孔配合的螺栓来进行工作部件的位 置调整, 这样的设 #需占用些空间, 因此在工艺上不是艮合适; 再者, 通过加 弹簧来进行工作部件的位置调整, 如果弹簧的强度不够, 容易造成工作部件的 晃动。

综上所述, 本发明通过调节固定组件 30来调节工作台 20与基准台 10之间 的相对位置, 所述调节固定组件 30包括螺套 31、 压盖 32及锁紧螺栓 33, 所述 螺套 31螺紋连接于所述工作台 20的螺纹孔内且所述螺套 31的下端凸伸出所述 工作台 20的下表面一段距离, 所述锁紧螺栓 33依次穿过所述压盖 32的螺紋扎 320及螺套 31的螺纹孔 310并螺紋连接于所述基准台 10的固定螺孔内 吏得所 述螺套 31的下端与所述基准台 10的上表面抵触, 旋转所述压盖 32使所述压盖 32带动所述螺套 31旋转,所述螺套 31的旋转带动所述工作台 20上升或下降到 达预定位置, 所述工作台 20到达预订位置时旋转所述锁紧螺栓 33抵压于所述 压盖 32上。 由于所述螺套 31与所述工作台 20之间是螺紋连.接, 因此在调节的 过程中, 所述工作台 20的升降^精度高且升降平稳可靠; 此外, 所述调节固定组 件 30由螺套 31、压盖 32及锁紧螺栓 33配合组成, 所述螺套 31及压盖 32均开 设有螺栓孔 310、 320, 安装时, 所述锁紧螺栓 33依次穿过所述压盖 32的螺栓 礼 320及螺套 31 的螺栓孔 310从 ^固定于所述基准台 10上, 这种结构布局紧 凑合理且安装方便。
本发明的调节固定机构 i 应用范围广, 比如应用于太阳能激光刻线机内的 气浮板的位置调节及固定。

Claims

1. 一种调节固定机构, 包括基准台, 工作台及连接于所述基准台和工作台 之间的调节固定组件, 所述基准台固定承载于地面上, 其特征在于, 所述调节 固定组件包括螺套、 压盖及锁紧螺栓, 所述螺套和压盖均开设有螺栓孔, 所述 螺套设有外螺紋且所述螺套的上端开设有凹槽, 所述工作台开设有与所述螺套 的外螺紋啮合的螺紋孔, 所述螺套呈螺紋地连接于所述螺紋孔内且所述螺套的 下端凸伸出所述工作台的下表面一段距离, 所述压盖的下端凸伸有与所述凹槽 配合的凸块, 所述锁紧螺栓的下端设有螺纹, 所述基准台开设有与所述锁紧螺 栓的下端的螺纹啮合的固定螺孔, 所述锁紧螺栓的下端依次穿过所述压盖及螺 套的螺栓孔并螺紋连接于所述基准台的固定螺孔内, 使得所述螺套的下端与所 述基准台的上表面抵触, 旋转所述压盖使所述压盖带动所述螺套旋转, 所述螺 套的旋转带动所述工作台上升或下降到达预定位置, 所述工作台到达预订位置 时旋转所述锁紧螺栓抵压于所述.压盖上。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的调节固定机构, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧螺栓包括螺 杆及固定于所述螺杆上端的螺帽, 所述螺杆的下端设有螺紋, 所述螺杆的下端 依次穿过所述压盖及螺套的螺栓孔并螺紋连接于所述固定螺孔内, 所述螺帽抵 压所述压盖的上端。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的调节固定机构, 其特征在于, 所述压盖的螺栓孔包 括第一孔腔和第二礼腔, 所述第一孔腔的直径大于所述螺軒的直径且小于所述 螺帽的直径, 所述第二孔腔的直径大于所述螺帽的直径, 所述螺杆穿过所述第 一孔腔, 所述螺帽抵压于所述第二空腔内。
4. 一种使用如权利要求 1所述的调节固定机构进行位置调节的搡作方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: ( 1 )将所述螺套旋转入所述工作台的螺紋礼内且使所述螺套的下端凸伸出 所述工作台的下表面一段距离;
(2)将所述压盖的凸块对应***所述螺套的凹槽内;
( 3 )将所述锁紧螺栓依次穿过所述压盖及螺套的螺栓孔并螺紋连接于所述 基准台的固定螺孔内, 使得所述螺套的下端与所述基准台的上表面抵触, 同时 保持所述锁紧螺栓的上端距离所述压盖的上端一定距离;
(4)旋转所述压盖直至所述工作台到达预定位置;
(5)旋转所述锁紧螺栓, 使所述锁紧螺栓的上端抵压于所述压盖的上端。
