Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine tragbare Kommunikationsvorrichtung für Multimedia-Anwendungen wie Smartphone, Handy, Handy-PC o. dgl. mit einem schalenförmigen, einen Rahmen (8) umfassendes Oberteil (1) zur Aufnahme von Komponenten der Kommunikationsvorrichtung, deren Außenseite als Display (3) ausgebildet ist, einem aus zumindest einer Tastatur (5), einem Rahmenteil (17) und einer Bodenschale (18) zusammengesetzten Unterteil (6) zur Aufnahme einer elektronischen Baugruppe (4) und einem das Oberteil (1) und das Rahmenteil (17) des Unterteils (6) an einer ihrer Längsseiten (L) verbindenden Gelenkkörper (7), der um eine horizontale Achse (Y-Y) ein Schwenken des Oberteils (1) aus seiner mit der Innenseite (IS) auf der Tastatur (5) des Unterteils (6) aufliegenden geschlossenen Lage in eine Offen- oder Schließlage zurück und in der Offenlage ein Drehen des Oberteils (1) um eine Drehachse (X-X) in einem Winkelbereich von mindestens 180° zulässt, so dass in der Offenlage das Display (3) der Tastatur (5) zugewandt ist oder in der Schließlage wieder außen angeordnet ist, Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine tragbare Kommunikationsvorrichtung bereitzustellen, deren Display- und Tastaturfläche eine optimale Größe für eine PC-gerechte Anzeige und Bedienung erreicht und deren Dicke und Gewicht bei gleichzeitigem verbesserten Handling des PC-Teils, der Erweiterung der Anwendungsvielfalt im Multimedia-Bereich und der Erhöhung der Sicherheit gegen Stoß und Schlag deutlich reduziert wird. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass der Gelenkkörper (7) in einer Aussparung (21) des Rahmenteils (17) in an dessen Unterseite (USR) gelegenen Lagern (49, 50) schwenkbeweglich angeordnet ist, wobei die horizontale Achse (Y-Y) des Gelenkkörpers (7) in einer gegenüber dem Rahmen (8) des Oberteils (1) parallel nach außen oder innen versetzten Lage entlang der Peripherie des Unterteils (6) liegt, und dass ein in Richtung des Unterteils (6) vorstehender, gegenüber dem Display bis zu 90° geneigt angeordneter Drehzapfen (16) vorgesehen ist.
