Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de couverture automatique d'une benne de chargement de camion qui permet d'empêcher complètement la déviation ou la chute de charges empilées dans une benne de chargement pendant le transport des charges et de maintenir de manière stable un élément couvrant même lorsque le camion n'est pas en fonctionnement. Le dispositif de couverture automatique d'une benne de chargement de camion comprend : un élément couvrant intégralement formé pour recouvrir toute la surface supérieure de la benne de chargement et ayant deux extrémités latérales en contact rapproché avec des coins supérieurs des deux côtés de la benne de chargement ; des liens respectivement couplés à une pluralité de charnières présentes sur les surfaces extérieures des deux côtés de l'élément couvrant et une pluralité de charnières présentes sur le côté inférieur de la benne de chargement ; et des cylindres hydrauliques couplés au moyen des charnières sur les liens et présents sur le côté inférieur de la benne de chargement, de sorte que les cylindres hydrauliques ferment l'élément couvrant tout en faisant tourner les liens dans le sens de va-et-vient de la benne de chargement par rapport aux charnières du côté inférieur et fonctionnent dans le sens opposé les uns des autres entre les liens qui sont placés séparément sur les sections de surface du côté du caisson de chargement.
