袋装水由于其便利性、卫生、环保的优点,逐步得到普及。在生产袋装水的过程中,由于运输以及卫生安全性的要求,普遍做法是在成品水袋外再进行一次封装,其中一部分产品采用纸箱封装的方式,但是这种封装方式成本较高,不能很好地适应市场需求,因此目前主流的封装方式为:在成品水袋外面再套装一个薄膜外袋,但在封装套袋时,由于薄膜袋两片之间有静电吸附,不容易打开薄膜袋,由于现有的封装设备采用吸盘开袋,静电吸附作用使得对吸盘开袋装置的要求更高,设备投入也会随之加大,并且由于静电吸附的存在,采用吸盘开袋的效果不是很理想,因此造成封装设备装袋效率低的问题,并且由于薄膜的储存方式主要采取成卷,成卷后势必会增大薄膜之间的吸附力,薄膜袋更不易打开。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对目前薄膜袋静电吸附造成不易打开袋口的问题,提供一种结构简单、操作方便、适应范围广、能破坏薄膜之间的静电吸附力、可以用于连续装袋的除静电预开袋装置。
技术解决方案
本发明通过以下技术方案来解决上述技术问题:一种除静电预开袋装置,包括固定支架、撑开薄膜袋的开袋器、带动薄膜袋向一个方向运动的驱动机构,所述固定支架上设有限位机构,限位机构夹持开袋器并限制其只在一定范围内浮动。
所述的限位机构为分别在开袋器上方、下方设置的上限位器、下限位器,开袋器无连接地位于上限位器和下限位器之间并受到上限位器和下限位器在位置上的制约使其只在一定范围内浮动。

本发明采用开袋器***到未分割的薄膜袋中,驱动机构带动薄膜袋连续朝一个方向运动,薄膜袋经过开袋器时被连续撑开。由于开袋器位于薄膜袋中就不能与装置的其他部件具有连接关系,但为了保证开袋器不随薄膜袋移动并能连续撑开薄膜袋,开袋器就被固定支架上设有的限位机构夹持限位,限位机构只是限制开袋器的随意移动,但不固定开袋器,使其只能在薄膜袋内小范围浮动而不随薄膜袋移动,本发明的结构简单、适应性强、开袋除静电效果好、操作方便、可以用于连续装袋的设备中,提高了生产效率。通过本发明的装置实现了除静电预开袋功能,大大降低了生产成本,而且能适应出厂前做过静电处理和未做静电处理的所有薄膜袋,适应范围广。
为了保证开袋器的开袋效果,又不影响薄膜袋的连续运动,限位机构就由开袋器上方、下方设置的上限位器、下限位器来限位,开袋器与上限位器和下限位器之间无连接,但受到上限位器和下限位器在位置上的制约使其只在一定范围内上下浮动。
具体将上限位器为在开袋器上方设置两个上限位滚轮,所述下限位器为在开袋器下方设置三个下限位滚轮,上限位滚轮与下限位滚轮配合限制开袋器浮动,上限位滚轮和下限位滚轮都随薄膜袋的运动而转动,从而减少上限位滚轮和下限位滚轮对薄膜袋运动的阻力。
上限位器包括两个相对的上限位滚轮,防止开袋器从上方脱出,下限位器包括在开袋器前部设置一个长滚轮、在开袋器后部相对设置的两个短滚轮,三个辊轮可以平稳支撑开袋器,并且相对设置的上、下限位滚轮也使开袋器不偏离不歪斜,不会对薄膜袋的运动形成障碍,使其顺畅运动,上限位滚轮、下限位滚轮与引导机构配合,使开袋器不会从后部脱出,从而使开袋器在一定空间内浮动,但不脱出。
为了适应不同规格的薄膜袋,开袋器上设有调节开袋器大小的开袋器调节机构。其中开袋器带有中空内腔,开袋器调节机构为可调节长度的支撑杆,支撑杆设置在开袋器的中空内腔中并支撑开袋器内壁,调节支撑杆长度使筒体变形以适应不同规格薄膜袋。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的除静电预开袋装置,其特征在于,所述开袋器为带有中空内腔的筒体,所述开袋器调节机构为可调节长度的支撑杆,支撑杆设置在开袋器的中空内腔中并支撑开袋器内壁,调节支撑杆长度使开袋器变形以适应不同规格薄膜袋。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的除静电预开袋装置,其特征在于,所述开袋器具有光滑的外表面,并且其外表面形状与限位机构配合,限制开袋器从限位机构中脱出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的除静电预开袋装置,其特征在于,所述开袋器呈中空的扁鸭嘴形或椭圆锥台形,开袋器前端小后端大,开袋器后端高度大于限位机构的限位距离使开袋器不从前部脱出。
  9. 根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的除静电预开袋装置,其特征在于,在开袋器后设置有用于对薄膜袋进行导向的引导机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的除静电预开袋装置,其特征在于,所述引导机构包括一对相对转动的辊轮,其中一个辊轮为固定辊轮,另一个为调节辊轮,调节辊轮上下移动以调节其与固定辊轮之间的间距。
