Abstract

본 발명에 따른 건설기계의 유압시스템은 장비의 조향을 제어하기 위한 스티어링 유닛(20)과, 작업장치의 구동을 제어하기 위한 메인 컨트롤 밸브(30)을 구비하는 건설기계에 적용되는 것으로서, 상기 스티어링 유닛(20)과 상기 메인 컨트롤 밸브(30)로 공급될 작동유를 토출하는 메인펌프(10); 스티어링 유닛(20)의 로드센싱압력을 감지하기 위한 로드센싱 압력센서(60); 상기 메인펌프로부터 토출되는 작동유의 공급유로에 설치되어 상기 로드센싱압력에 대응하여 상기 메인펌프로부터 토출되는 작동유가 상기 스티어링 유닛(20)과 상기 메인 컨트롤 밸브(30)로 분배되어 공급되게 하는 우선밸브(22); 상기 우선밸브에 의해 분배된 작동유를 상기 스티어링 유닛(20)으로 공급하는 공급유로에 작동유를 보충하기 위한 보조펌프(40); 상기 보조펌프(40)를 구동시키기 위한 전동모터(50); 및 상기 로드센싱압력이 기준 로드센싱 압력보다 큰 경우 상기 전동모터(50)를 구동시켜 상기 보조펌프(40)으로부터 토출되는 작동유를 상기 스티어링 유닛(20)으로 추가로 공급시키는 제어부(80)를 포함한다.
