- 前記工程Bにおいて、前記交換局は、通知された前記加入者グループIDに基づいて、前記移動局が前記第2セルに対してアクセス可能でないと判定した場合で、かつ、通知された前記アクセスモードが、該第2セルにおける登録移動局及び非登録移動局のそれぞれに対して差別化して移動通信サービスを提供することができるhybridモードであると判定した場合、前記第2無線基地局に対して、該移動局が該第2セルにおける非登録移動局であることを示す情報を含むパス切替成功信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- 前記工程Bにおいて、前記交換局は、通知された前記加入者グループIDに基づいて、前記移動局が前記第2セルに対してアクセス可能でないと判定した場合で、かつ、通知された前記アクセスモードが、該第2セルにおける登録移動局に対してのみ移動通信サービスを提供することができるclosedモードであると判定した場合、前記第2無線基地局に対して、パス切替失敗信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- 移動局の第1無線基地局配下の第1セルから第2無線基地局配下の第2セルへのハンドオーバ手順において、該第2無線基地局から、下りリンクにおけるパスの切替を要求するためのパス切替要求信号を受信するように構成されている受信部と、
前記ハンドオーバ手順において、前記パス切替要求信号に含まれる前記第2セルが属する加入者グループID及び該第2セルが動作しているアクセスモードに基づいて、前記移動局の該第2セルに対するアクセス制御を行うように構成されている判定部とを具備することを特徴とする交換局。 - 前記判定部が、前記加入者グループIDに基づいて、前記移動局が前記第2セルに対してアクセス可能であると判定した場合で、かつ、前記アクセスモードが、該第2セルにおける登録移動局及び非登録移動局のそれぞれに対して差別化して移動通信サービスを提供することができるhybridモードであると判定した場合に、前記第2無線基地局に対して、該移動局が該第2セルにおける登録移動局であることを示す情報を含むパス切替成功信号を送信するように構成されている送信部を具備することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の交換局。
- 前記判定部が、前記加入者グループIDに基づいて、前記移動局が前記第2セルに対してアクセス可能であると判定した場合で、かつ、前記アクセスモードが、該第2セルにおける登録移動局に対してのみ移動通信サービスを提供することができるclosedモードであると判定した場合に、前記第2無線基地局に対して、パス切替成功信号を送信するように構成されている送信部を具備することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の交換局。
- 前記判定部が、前記加入者グループIDに基づいて、前記移動局が前記第2セルに対してアクセス可能でないと判定した場合で、かつ、前記アクセスモードが、該第2セルにおける登録移動局及び非登録移動局のそれぞれに対して差別化して移動通信サービスを提供することができるhybridモードであると判定した場合に、前記第2無線基地局に対して、該移動局が該第2セルにおける非登録移動局であることを示す情報を含むパス切替成功信号を送信するように構成されている送信部を具備することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の交換局。
- 前記判定部が、前記加入者グループIDに基づいて、前記移動局が前記第2セルに対してアクセス可能でないと判定した場合で、かつ、前記アクセスモードが、該第2セルにおける登録移動局に対してのみ移動通信サービスを提供することができるclosedモードであると判定した場合、前記第2無線基地局に対して、パス切替失敗信号を送信するように構成されている送信部を具備することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の交換局。
