根据上述技术特点, 如图 10所示, 对活塞进行一些改进亦可达到相同的技术效果, 具体 是: 活塞中隔层设有弹簧扣位的另一侧设置球面杆 704,活塞的球面杆与扳手的弧形扣位 1504 扣合。 同时, 活塞的扳手支点抵位面或设有与扳手相同的圆弧支点, 活塞的圆弧支点设有扳 手凸棱, 扳手凸棱***扳手的圆弧支点, 通过扳手和活塞两侧的圆弧支点, 亦可将扳手的圆 弧滑动运动转化为活塞的水平滑动运动。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构, 该喷雾器包括泵头部分和泵身部分, 泵头部分^ 1括: 头帽 (1 )、 分水头 (2)、 引阀 (3), 泵身部分包括: 主体 (4)、 罩壳 (5)、 塑料弹簧 (6)、 活塞 (7)、 弹套 (8)、 闷盖 (9)、 大圈 (10)、 垫片 (11 )、 小闷盖 (12)、 吸管套 (13)、 吸 管 (14)、 扳手 (15); 所述扳手的固定孔 (1501 ) 固定于主体的扳手销 (401 ), 扳手与活塞 扣合, 按压扳手, 扳手围绕固定的扳手销端作圆弧滑动运动, 扳手的圆弧滑动运动转化为活 塞的水平滑动运动; 其特征在于所述主体(4) 的缸体(403) 与活塞(7)之间设有塑料弹簧

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构, 其特征是所述塑料弹簧 (6) 呈圆 筒形, 一端面设有开口, 开口端的内径设有凸筋 (602), 另一端面设有盲面 (601 ), 盲面呈 圆弧形。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构, 其特征是所述活塞(7 )呈圆筒形, 中间设有隔层, 隔层一侧设有弹簧扣位(702), 另一侧的活塞口设有扳手支点抵位面(701 ), 外径设有密封段 (703)。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构, 其特征是所述活塞 (7) 的外径设 有两道密封段 (703)。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构, 其特征是所述活塞 (7) 的隔层另 一侧或设有球面杆 (704), 球面杆与扳手 (15) 的弧形扣位 (1504) 扣合。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构, 其特征是所述塑料弹簧 (6) 的开口端套入活塞 (7), 塑料弹簧的凸筋 (602) 与活塞的弹簧扣位 (702) 扣合, 塑料弹簧 的盲面 (601 ) 与主体的弹簧支撑销 (402) 相抵。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构, 其特征是所述活塞 (7 ) 套入 主体 (4) 的缸体 (403), 活塞的密封段 (703) 与主体的缸体内径过盈配合, 活塞中扳手支 点抵位面 (701 ) 的内孔与扳手 (15) 的扳手凸棱 (1503) 扣合。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的全塑手扣喷雾器改进结构,其特征是所述扳手(15)与活塞(7) 连接处设有圆弧支点 (1502), 圆弧支点设有扳手凸棱 (1503)。 .
