如图 1 至图 3所示, 本发明中可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷包括有本 体 1、 刷杆 2、 瓶体 3、 内牙套环 4及旋转套 5, 更可额外包括握持套 8, 该 握持套 8套设在本体 1及内牙套环 4的外表面。
该本体 1具有容置空间 11 , 在该容置空间 11内设置有电源组 14及可 正反转的直流马达 12, 电源组 14与直流马达 12电性连接。 较佳的是在电 源组 14与直流马达 12之间更设有切换开关 13,该切换开关 13选择性地导 通电源组 14与直流马达 12, 并控制电流流通的方向以控制直流马达 12的 正、 反转; 换言之, 该切换开关 13较佳的是具有至少三段调整位置, 分别 为关闭位置、 正转位置及反转位置而供用户切换之用。 该直流马达 12包括 转子 121及轴杆 122, 其还可设有定子 (场磁铁)、 电刷、 整流器等构件, 该转子 121可绕该轴杆 122转动, 其中在该转子 121上设有至少一配重块 123, 令转子 121 的重心偏离该轴杆 122; 如图 3B所示, 在本实施例中, 该转子 121包括三线圈绕组 124,任两线圈绕组 124之间相隔 120度角并具 有一间隙 125, 而两配重块 123则设于其中两间隙 125内, 借此令转子 121 重心偏离轴杆 122。此外,该本体 1包括有上部 101及下部 102,该上部 101 及下部 102彼此枢设而可相对开合, 该容置空间 11定义于该上、 下部 101、 102之间, 且当使用者欲更换电池时, 仅需于抽出旋转套 5后打开该上、 下 部 101、 102即可更换。 另外, 环形凸缘自本体 1前端朝瓶体 3方向轴向延 伸, 如图 3所示, 或者该环形凸缘可自内牙套环 4内部朝瓶体 3方向延伸, 如图 1所示。
该刷杆 2具有第一端 21及第二端 22, 该第一端 21直接或间接地与该 轴杆 122转动连结, 令轴杆 122转动时可带动刷杆 2旋转, 而该第二端 22 则设有刷头 23。 其中, 在轴杆 122与刷杆 2之间更设有减速机构 6, 用以 改变轴杆 122与刷杆 2之间的转速比, 在减速机构 6与刷杆 2之间更设有 连结件 7, 在本实施例中, 该连结件 7与刷杆 2—体成型, 两者也可分开设 置。 其中, 该减速机构 6设有非圆柱形转轴 61 , 该连结件 7末端(或刷杆 2末端)设有非圆孔 71, 该转轴 61插设于非圆孔 71 内, 令刷杆 2与转轴 61呈同步转动连动关系。 其中, 该刷杆 2上设有密封套 24, 当该瓶体 3与 本体 1结合时,该密封套 24可阻塞瓶体 3的开口 32令储液室 31呈密封状; 更明确地说, 该刷杆 2上形成有较小径的束腰段 25 , 该密封套 24具有结合 段 241及套合段 242, 该结合段 241具有对应该束腰段 25的孔径, 而该套 合段 242的孔径大于结合段 241的孔径, 且该结合段 241套设在该束腰段 25处, 令该密封套 24不致相对刷杆 2滑移。 另外, 该刷杆 2更设有小径段 26, 该小径段 26位于束腰段 25与刷头 23之间。
该瓶体 3具有储液室 31及设于瓶体 3 —端的开口 32, 该开口 32连通 储液室 31 , 该刷杆 2经由该开口 32而伸入储液室 31。 更明确地说, 该开 口 32内环设有胶套 33 , 该刷杆 2经由该胶套 33而伸入该储液室 31内, 且 当瓶体 3与本体 1相互结合时, 该密封套 24前缘恰与该胶套 33密合, 其 中该密封套 24与胶套 33皆由弹性材质所制成, 较佳的是, 该密封套 24的 硬度大于该胶套 33的硬度, 以达到较佳密封效果。 该胶套 33具有对应刷 杆 2的孔径而可用以刮除附着在刷杆 2上的化妆品溶液, 而该小径段 26的 设置可在使用者将刷杆 2抽出储液室 31时, 让空气得经由该小径段 26进 入储液室 31 , 避免储液室 31内产生真空吸力而不利于刷杆 2抽出。
该内牙套环 4设于该本体 1前端, 该内牙套环 4内具有内螺紋, 于开 口 32外缘设有外螺紋, 供内牙套环 4的内螺紋螺设。 更明确地说, 该内牙 套环 4具有较大径的四槽 41及较小径的穿孔 42, 该穿孔 42设于内牙套环 4远离瓶体 3的内面 43, 且该穿孔 42与凹槽 41相连通, 该内牙套环 4具 有环形凸缘 44 , 该环形凸缘 44围绕该穿孔 42并自该内面 43内侧朝瓶体 3 的方向延伸, 且该密封套 24的套合段 242套设于环形凸缘 44外侧, 借此 进一步降低化妆品溶液进入本体 1容置空间 11的可能性。
该旋转套 5可旋转地套设于该本体 1外周缘, 于该旋转套 5内缘设有 二限位块 51 , 如图 2所示, 于本体 1侧缘设有横向轨道 15, 该切换开关 13 滑设于该轨道 15内且位于该二限位块 51 (如图 3A所示)之间, 是以当旋 转该旋转套 5时, 该二限位块 51会带动该切换开关 13沿该轨道 15滑移, 令切换开关 13选择性地导通该电源组 14与直流马达 12并控制电流方向。 于该旋转套 5 内缘设有若干圆槽, 于本体 1外缘则设有凸点 (未绘示)并 选择性地容置于其中圆槽内, 较佳的是, 当凸点位于上述圆槽内时, 该切 换开关 13恰位于关闭位置、 正转位置或反转位置。 其中, 旋转套 5与本体 1之间可额外设有连结手段, 令两者相互连结。
另外, 本发明于电池组与直流马达之间更设有自动断电 IC, 该自动断 电 IC用以检测直流马达运作是否正常, 尤其当瓶体与本体相结合时, 该刷 杆会因密封套与胶套相抵顶产生的摩擦力而无法转动, 此时该自动断电 IC 可测得该直流马达产生空转, 而自动切断电源组与直流马达之间的通路, 避免直流马达因空转而受损的问题发生。
综上, 本发明借由将配重块直接设于直流马达的转子处, 借此减少直 流马达的体积并提供振动功能, 且该密封套的设置可防止化妆品溶液外渗, 可进一步地避免因化妆品溶液凝固而导致刷杆丧失旋转功能的问题产生。

权利要求书
1、 一种可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 包括:
本体, 具有容置空间, 在该容置空间内设置有电源组及可正反转的直 流马达, 该电源组与该直流马达电性连接, 该直流马达包括转子及轴杆, 该转子能绕该轴杆转动, 其中在该转子上设有至少一配重块, 令该转子的 重心偏离该轴杆;
刷杆, 其一端直接地或间接地与该轴杆转动连结, 另一端则设有刷头; 瓶体, 具有储液室及设于瓶体一端的开口, 该开口连通该储液室, 该 刷杆经由所述开口而伸入该储液室;
其中, 在该刷杆上设有密封套, 当该瓶体与本体相结合时, 该密封套 将该开口阻塞而令该储液室呈密封状。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 在所述轴杆与刷杆之间更设有减速机构。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 在所述减速机构与刷杆之间更设有连结件。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 在所述电源组与直流马达之间更设有切换开关, 该切换开关选择性地导通 该电源组与直流马达并控制电流方向, 令该直流马达选择性地正转或反转。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 该刷杆上形成有较小径的束腰段, 该密封套具有结合段及套合段, 该结合 段具有对应该束腰段的孔径, 该套合段的孔径大于该结合段的孔径, 且该 结合段套设于该束腰段处。

7、 如权利要求 6所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 所述内牙套环具有较大径的四槽及较小径的穿孔, 该穿孔设于所述内牙套 环远离瓶体的内面, 且该穿孔与凹槽相连通, 该内牙套环具有环形凸缘, 该环形凸缘围绕该穿孔并自该内面内侧朝瓶体的方向延伸, 且该密封套的 套合段套设于该环形凸缘外侧。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 所述减速机构设有非圆柱形转轴, 于所述刷杆末端设有非圆孔, 所述转轴 插设于该非圆孔内, 令刷杆与转轴成转动连动关系。
9、 如权利要求 4所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 更包括旋转套, 该旋转套可旋转地套设于本体外周缘, 于该旋转套内缘则 设有二限位块, 于本体侧缘设有横向轨道, 该切换开关滑设于该轨道内, 且该切换开关恰位于该二限位块之间, 当旋转该旋转套时, 该二限位块会 带动该切换开关沿该轨道滑移, 令切换开关系选择性地导通该电源组与直 流马达并控制电流方向。
10、 权利要求 1 所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 所述转子包括三线圈绕组, 任两线圈绕组之间相隔 120度角并具有间隙, 该至少一配重块设置于这些间隙中的一个或两个内。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 所述本体包括有上部及下部, 该上部及下部彼此枢设而可相对开合, 该容 置空间定义于该上部及下部之间。
12、 如权利要求 6所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 所述刷杆更设有小径段, 该小径段位于束腰段与刷头之间。
13、 如权利要求 9所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 所述旋转套内缘设有多个圆槽, 于本体外缘则设有凸点并选择性地容置于 其中一个圆槽内。
14、如权利要求 1至 13中任一项所述的可振动及正反转的电动睫毛刷, 其特征在于, 所述电源组与直流马达之间更设有自动断电 IC。
