上述过滤器的材料还可以是不透水的材料, 例如: 橡胶、 硅胶、 塑料。 上述 鼻罩用作防水用途时,其过滤装置还可以由一整块上述防水材料制成, 用作防水 鼻塞。
上述过滤装置的形状可以是圆形、椭圆形或适合于鼻前庭内腔使用的不规则 形状。在一个优选的实施例中,其过滤装置为边角圆滑的肺叶形,其形状特点为: 靠近鼻尖一端较窄,靠近面部一端较宽,靠近鼻中隔一侧为直边或略有弯度的曲 边, 靠近鼻翼一侧为弯度稍大的曲边, 各边角处均圆滑。 由于此形状与鼻前庭内 腔形状相吻合, 鼻罩***鼻前庭内后, 过滤装置边框与鼻前庭内壁紧密贴合, 可 以防止过滤装置与鼻前庭内壁间出现缝隙,避免了侧漏。过滤装置的大小以及长 宽比例可以适当调整,以适应不同形状的鼻前庭。另外,由于边框采用弹性材料, 可以进一步促进边框与鼻前庭内壁的贴合,从而提高鼻罩对不同鼻前庭形状的适 应性。
上述鼻罩的连接装置, 其顶端可以是弯曲的, 即插头与梁的接合部可以是弯 曲的, 弯曲的方向和角度可根据需要加以选择。在应用中, 过滤装置可以选择顶 端弯曲情况不同的连接装置而实现不同的***姿态。在一个实施例中,鼻罩采用 倾斜式设计, 其插头的中轴线倾斜于梁所在的平面 (夹角成锐角), 此时过滤装 置所在平面也会倾斜于梁所在的平面。当鼻罩***鼻前庭后, 由于梁所在平面与 鼻前庭中轴线平行, 此时过滤装置所在平面则与鼻前庭横截面(垂直于鼻前庭中 轴线的鼻前庭截面)保持倾斜姿态。根据斜截面(倾斜于鼻前庭横截面的鼻前庭 截面)的面积大于横截面的原理, 过滤装置的面积较以往鼻罩得到了扩大(以往 鼻罩的过滤装置处在鼻前庭的横截面上), 因而提升了过滤装置的透气性, 让使 用者的呼吸更加顺畅。
本发明的有益效果是, 其结构简单, 便于制作更加轻、 薄和牢固的鼻罩, 同 时也降低了过滤装置的组件间隙泄漏以及组件解体后的吸入风险; 另外,过滤装 置和连接装置可以更换, 一方面可以有选择的使用不同功能的过滤装置,使鼻罩 具备更多的功能, 另一方面还可更换不同尺寸的组件, 增加了鼻罩的适用性; 再 有, 过滤装置外形可设计为圆滑的肺叶形, 实现鼻罩与鼻前庭内壁的无缝接合, 防止鼻罩的侧漏; 还有, 可以通过鼻罩的倾斜式设计, 扩大过滤装置的面积, 增 加鼻罩的透气性, 使呼吸更加顺畅。 附图说明

作为一个优选的实施例, 在图 1中, 鼻罩包含一对过滤装置 (2 ) 和一个连接 装置 (1 ), 结构简单、 轻薄, 易于制作。 其过滤装置 (2) 包括边框 (8)和过滤 器 (9 ) 两部分。 连接装置包含插头 (3 ) 和梁 (4) 两部分。 连接装置 (1 ) 的插 头(3 )***边框(8 )靠近鼻中隔(13 ) (参考图 5 )—侧的插孔(10) (参考图 4) 中, 实现鼻罩的连接。 过滤装置 (2 ) 为边角圆滑的肺叶形, 其形状特点为: 靠 近鼻尖一端较窄, 靠近面部一端较宽, 靠近鼻中隔(13)—侧为直边或略有弯度 的曲边, 靠近鼻翼一侧为弯度稍大的曲边, 各边角处均圆滑。将鼻罩***鼻前庭 (14) (参考图 5)后与鼻前庭(14) 内壁紧密贴合, 可有效防止侧漏。 边框(8) 和连接装置 (1) 的材料可以为有弹性且无毒的塑料、 树脂、 尼龙、 硅胶或以这 些材料为基础的合成物。 作为一个实施例, 此处的过滤器 (9) 为滤材, 可以为 滤网结构、 织布、 无纺布、 有过滤效果的泡棉、 活性炭、 纤维素海绵, 用于滤除 空气中的微小颗粒。
在图 2中, 作为一个实施例, 此处其连接装置 (1)为 "C"形, 连接装置(1) 的插头 (3) ***过滤装置 (2) 的边框 (8) 后, 通过插头的帽 (5) 和垫 (7) 夹住边框(8), 实现鼻罩的连接。插接部位接合紧密, 不易解体, 也无泄漏发生。 将连接装置 (1) 的插头 (3) 从边框 (8) 中拔出, 即可实现二者的拆分, 因而 连接装置(1)和过滤装置(2)这两个组件可以根据功能和尺寸的需要进行更换。 插头 (3) 的中轴线倾斜于梁 (4) 所在的平面 (夹角成锐角), 当鼻罩***鼻前 庭 (14) 后, 梁 (4) 的平面与鼻前庭中轴线 (11) (参考图 5) 平行, 此时过滤 装置 (2) 所在平面则与鼻前庭横截面 (12) (参考图 5) 保持倾斜姿态, 利用斜 截面的面积大于横截面的原理, 过滤装置 (2) 较传统鼻罩的过滤装置 (所在平 面处在鼻前庭的横截面上) 获得了更大的透气面积。
在图 3中, 过滤器(9)的边缘从边框(8) 内侧***边框(8) 内部, 边框(8) 包裹并粘合住过滤器(9) 的边缘, 二者牢固连接使整个过滤装置(2)集成为一 体化的组件。 插头 (3) 包含帽 (5)、 杆 (6)、 垫 (7) 三部分, 插头 (3) *** 边框 (8) 上的插孔 (10), 插孔 (10) 套住杆 (6) 部, 帽 (5) 和垫 (7) 分别 卡在边框 (8) 的两侧, 从而实现鼻罩的连接。
在图 4中, 过滤器 (9) 周长大于边框 (8) 剖面的内圈周长但小于其外圈周 长, 这样过滤器 (9) 的边缘可镶嵌于边框 (8) 内。 另外, 在过滤装置 (2) 与 连接装置 (1) 相插接的部位, 杆(6) 与插孔(10) 的横截面完全吻合, 由于此 横截面的形状不为圆形, 因此可以防止过滤装置 (2) 绕插头 (3) 发生旋转。
在图 5中, 在本实施例中, 鼻罩***鼻前庭 (14) 后, 利用梁 (4) 的弹性使 两个过滤装置 (2) 的边框 (8) 向鼻中隔 (13) 方向夹紧, 实现鼻罩的固定。 此 时边框 (8) 贴紧鼻前庭 (14) 的内壁, 可以防止侧漏。 ***鼻前庭 (14) 后, 鼻罩大部分隐藏于鼻前庭 (14) 内, 只有梁 (4) 的一部分露在鼻外, 无损鼻部 的美观。鼻罩***深度不超过 15mm, 以防刺激鼻腔内壁(15)的敏感部位。同时, 梁 (4) 所在平面平行于鼻前庭中轴线 (11), 过滤装置 (2) 所在平面倾斜于鼻 前庭横截面 (12) (即夹角为锐角), 过滤装置 (2) 所在平面是鼻前庭 (14) 的 一个斜截面, 此斜截面的面积大于同一位置垂直于鼻前庭中轴线(11 )的鼻前庭 横截面 (12 ) 的面积 (以往鼻罩的过滤装置所在平面处于鼻前庭的横截面上), 从而获得了更大的过滤面积, 提升了鼻罩的透气性, 使呼吸更加顺畅。
以下是对实施例的使用状态进行说明。
本鼻罩可根据滤除空气中微粒、 游泳用、 缓释药物以实现治疗功能等不同使 用目的, 将不同种类的过滤装置安装在插头 (3) 上。 例如, 为防花粉、 尘埃、 臭气粒子、细菌或病毒等目的,可使用具有滤除空气中微小颗粒功能的过滤装置。 在水中活动时, 为了防止水进入鼻腔 (15), 可使用不透水的过滤装置。 用于缓 释药物实现治疗功能时,可使用能够浸渍缓释挥发性药剂或携带有稀释药剂效果 的微胶囊的过滤装置。使用者在外出时携带上述多个过滤装置, 则可根据需要有 选择的使用。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种鼻罩, 包含
一对过滤装置 (2 ) ;
一个连接装置 (1 ), 用以连接一对过滤装置, 并协助鼻罩的固定; 将过滤装置***鼻孔, 过滤装置遮挡鼻前庭呼吸通道, 从而实现过滤功能。 其特征在于- 过滤装置包含过滤器 (9 ) 和边框 (8), 连接装置包含插头 (3 ) 和梁 (4), 边框环绕于过滤器四周, 过滤器边缘处于边框内部, 二者紧密接合; 边框上有插 孔, 供连接装置***; 连接装置两端有插头, 此插头***上述过滤装置边框上的 插孔中实现鼻罩的连接; 连接装置和过滤装置在插接处可以拆分, 可根据使用需 要,更换不同功能的过滤装置,也可更换不同尺寸或形状的过滤装置或连接装置, 以适用于不同的鼻部形状。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 连接装置的插头为两边粗中间细 的哑铃形, 将插头***过滤装置边框的插孔内, 边框套住插头中间较细的部分, 插头两边较粗的部分卡在过滤装置的边框的两侧, 实现固定。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的插头和插孔, 其特征在于: 插头中间较细部分的横截 面与插孔的横截面大小和形状完全相同,此横截面形状不为圆形, 可使接合处更 加紧密、 牢固, 并避免过滤装置绕插头发生旋转。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 过滤装置的形状可以是圆形、 椭 圆形或适合于鼻前庭内腔使用的不规则形状。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 过滤装置呈边角圆滑的肺叶形, 其中靠近鼻尖一端较窄, 靠近面部一端较宽,靠近鼻中隔一侧为直边或略有弯度 的曲边,靠近鼻翼一侧为弯度稍大的曲边,各边角处均圆滑,鼻罩***鼻前庭后, 过滤装置与鼻前庭内壁紧密贴合, 可防止侧漏。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 其连接装置的顶端可以是弯曲的, 即插头与梁的接合处可以是弯曲的,弯曲的方向和角度可根据需要加以选择;在 应用中, 过滤装置可以选择顶端弯曲情况不同的连接装置而实现不同的***姿 态, 以适应不同的使用需求。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的***姿态, 其特征在于: 过滤装置所在平面倾斜于鼻 前庭横截面 (即夹角为锐角), 从而扩大过滤面积, 提升鼻罩的透气性。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的过滤装置, 其特征在于: 过滤装置为集成式设计, 过 滤器外形为片状, 边框外形为环状, 过滤器的厚度小于边框的厚度, 边框环绕于 过滤器四周,过滤器边缘***边框内部,边框包裹住过滤器边缘并与其紧密粘合, 从而将过滤装置集成为一体化的组件,边框靠近鼻中隔一侧有一个插孔,供连接 装置的插头***。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 过滤装置的过滤器的材料可以为 滤材, 此滤材可以为滤网结构、 织布、 无纺布、 有过滤效果的泡棉、 活性炭、 纤 维素海绵; 过滤器还可以是具有透气性和吸湿性的纤维材料,此材料可以浸渍挥 发性药物或携带有稀释药剂效果的微胶囊; 过滤器还可以是橡胶、 硅胶、 塑料等 不透水的材料; 上述鼻罩用作防水用途时,其过滤装置还可以由一整块上述防水 材料制成, 用作防水鼻塞。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 鼻罩***鼻前庭后, ***深度不 超过 15醒, 利用连接装置的弹性, 使连接装置夹紧鼻中隔, 实现鼻罩的固定。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 鼻罩***鼻前庭后, ***深度不 超过 15画, 利用连接装置的弹性, 使两个过滤装置靠近鼻中隔一侧的边框夹紧 鼻中隔, 实现鼻罩的固定。
12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的鼻罩, 其特征在于: 连接装置的梁的形状可近似 U 形或 C形。
