注墨后的注液笔在使用时, 贮液管 6的封水珠 66回落至隔挡壁 123的凸起 间腔体 12所述开孔 1233的一侧, 使得贮液管 6中的墨水只能向下侵润, 能有 效防止贮液管 6中的墨水因注液量过大引起的滴漏现象; 同时, 包覆在笔芯 42 周围吸水体 38中的墨水通过第二固定连接件 36中部开设的盲孔 37持续的对笔 头 41供墨, 防止了断流现象的发生。 注液笔在不使用时, 将注液笔具有笔头 41 的端部朝上放置, 笔头 41中的墨水通过盲孔 37回流至吸水体 38上, 可以对墨 水的流向起到緩沖的作用。
注液笔在不使用时, 盖紧笔帽 7 , 笔帽 7的环状壁面 74挤压芯座 3位于笔 项 2腔体外部壁面的端部使其沿笔杆 1轴线方向发生位移, 芯座 3挤压封水部 144, 封水部 144将隔挡壁 123上开设的开孔 1233封闭, 封水部 144端部边缘 贯通开设的贯通孔 1442贴合在笔杆 1隔挡壁 123上的平整平面上, 水气通道封 闭, 笔内的墨水处于锁定的状态, 不会发生滴漏的现象, 结构筒单, 操作方便。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种注液笔, 包括笔杆、 笔项、 芯座、 导水部、 尾盖以及笔帽, 所述笔 杆一端围成具有开口的腔体, 相对的另一端设置具有开口端的卡持部, 所述尾 盖卡固设置在所述腔体的开口处, 所述笔项卡固设置在所述卡持部的开口端, 所属笔帽可卡固固定在所述笔项上, 所述导水部固定设置在所述芯座上置于笔 杆一端具有的所述腔体中, 其特征在于,
所述腔体具有隔挡壁, 所述隔挡壁上开设将笔杆的所述腔体与卡持部相连 通的开孔;
所述卡持部具有可封闭所述开孔的封水部, 所述封水部开设贯通孔; 所述芯座固定连接在所述封水部上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述隔挡壁中部设置凸缘, 所述凸缘的中部具有通孔, 所述导水部的一端贯穿所述通孔, 所述开孔开设在 所述凸缘的周围。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述封水部的侧体卡固设置 在所述卡持部靠近所述隔挡壁的内侧, 所述封水部在中部对应所述隔挡壁具有 所述凸缘的位置设置开孔, 所述封水部一端具有呈环状的卡持壁, 所述芯座卡 固设置在所述卡持壁中。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述封水部由具有弹性的材 料制成。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述导水部包括笔芯, 所述 芯座容置所述笔芯的部分具有吸水棉。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述注液笔还包括贮液管, 所述贮液管, 所述贮液管中具有封水珠。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述笔帽具有与所述芯座的 端部位置相对的环状壁面。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述芯座具有第二固定连接 件, 所述第二固定连接件的中部开设可供导水部通过的盲孔。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述芯座为两端开口呈阶梯 式圓柱状的腔体, 所述芯座在其壁面上沿壁面延展的方向开设进气槽。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的注液笔, 其特征在于, 所述芯座的腔体中具有吸 水体。
