挂壁式空调器室内枳 其发光板 技术领域 本发明涉及空调器领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种挂壁式空调器室内机及其 发光板。 背景技术 目前, 挂壁式空调器室内机由于本身空间较小, 没有灯箱效果, 使得空 调器在室内装饰功能方面远低于拒机。 现有的挂壁式空调器室内机没有灯箱 功能, 起不到装饰和美观的效果。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种挂壁式空调器室内机的发光板, 能够解决挂壁式空 调器室内机由于空间较小不能产生灯箱效果的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种挂壁式空调器室内机的发光板, 发 光板设置在挂壁式空调器室内机的面板上, 发光板包括: 透明板, 其一面为 反光面, 另一面为出光面; 固定架, 盖压在透明板上将透明板固定于挂壁式 空调器室内机的面板上; 透明板与固定架之间留有安装槽; 发光源, 设置在 安装槽中。 进一步地, 发光板还包括: 导光处理层, 印在反光面上; 反射膜, 覆盖 在导光处理层上。 进一步地, 发光源为具有 LED的灯板。 进一步地, 导光处理层为导光油墨层。 进一步地, 反射膜粘贴在导光油墨层上。 进一步地, 导光油墨层为多个油墨点, 均匀地设置在所述透明板上。 进一步地, 固定架为固定条, 包围在透明板的四周。 进一步地, 透明板为雅克利板。 进一步地, 发光板还包括: 散光膜, 粘贴在出光面上。 根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种挂壁式空调器室内机, 包括面板 和上述的发光板, 发光板设置在面板上。 由于发光板包括透明板和发光源, 所以发光源经过透明板的透光和反射 实现了出光的效果, 实现了空调器室内机的灯箱的功能, 从而克服了现有技 术中挂壁式空调器室内机由于空间较小不能产生灯箱效果的问题。 进而, 由于釆用了印在透明板反光面上的导光处理层和覆盖在导光处理 层上的反射膜, 空调器室内机的面板出光均匀柔和, 实现了装饰和美观的效 果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1示意性示出了根据本发明实施例的挂壁式空调器室内机的发光板的 局部剖面结构; 以及 图 2示意性示出了根据本发明实施例的挂壁式空调器室内机的发光板的 立体结构。 具体实施方式 下面将参考附图并结合实施例, 来详细说明本发明。 图 1至图 2示意性示出了根据本发明实施例的一种挂壁式空调器室内机 的发光板, 如图所示, 根据本发明实施例的挂壁式空调器室内机的发光板包 括: 透明板 10、 固定架 20、 发光源 40、 导光处理层 13和反射膜。 透明板 10 , 其一面为反光面 12 , 另一面为出光面 11。 例如, 透明板 10 为 3至 5mm的雅克利板, 雅克力板本身具有导光作用, 且能发散出较均匀 亮度的光线。 固定架 20 ,盖压在透明板 10上将透明板 10固定于挂壁式空调器室内机 的面板上, 透明板 10与固定架 20之间留有安装槽 30 , 安装槽 30通常位于 透明板 10的正上方。 发光源 40, 设置在安装槽 30中。 例如, 固定架 20为 固定条, 一般情况下, 通过粘胶, 例如 3M胶, 将固定条与透明板 10粘接在 一起。 固定条可以选用既轻又有硬度的铝质, 包围在透明板 10 的四周, 形 成框架状, 并与透明板 10之间留有安装槽 30, 然后用螺钉将固定条固定在 挂壁式空调器室内机的面板上。 固定条把透明板 10 固定连接在挂壁式空调 器室内机的面板上的同时, 还能对挂壁式空调器室内机的整个面板部件起定 型作用 (通过固定条的固定连接, 还可以把本发明的挂壁式空调器室内机的 发光板结构装配到其他适合使用的地方)。当然固定架 20还可以有很多形式, 例如,只包围透明板 10的一边或只要能形成适合固定发光源 40的安装槽 30 即可。 发光源 40可选用 LED灯排, 在卡入固定架 20与透明板 10形成的安装 槽 30中后, 用锡箔纸封死 LED灯排不与固定架 20和透明板 10接触的面, 这样一方面可以防止漏光, 另一方面则可以防尘和防水蒸汽。 导光处理层 13 , 印在反光面 12上。例如,导光处理层 13为导光油墨层, 导光油墨层可以为均勾地设置在透明板 10上的多个油墨点。 导光处理层 13 可对发光源 40照射过来的光线进行导光处理, 使得光亮照得更远、 更均匀。 反射膜, 覆盖在导光处理层 13 上。 例如可以把反射膜粘贴在导光油墨 层 13上。 反射膜能够把被导光处理层 13处理过的亮光反射到出光面, 产生 灯箱效果。 优选地, 发光板还包括散光膜, 散光膜粘贴在出光面 11上。 通过在出光 面 11上粘贴散光膜,可以使光亮照得更远、 光线更均勾柔和。 在本发明的实施例中还提供了一种挂壁式空调器室内机, 该空调器室内 机包括前面所述的发光板。 从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果: 本发明的挂壁式空调器室内机的发光板, 由于釆用了印在透明板反光面 上的导光处理层和覆盖在导光处理层上的反射膜, 扩宽了光线的发射面, 使 得挂壁式空调器室内机的面板能够发出均匀、 柔和的光, 克服了现有技术中 挂壁式空调器室内机由于空间较小不能设置并产生灯箱效果的问题, 进而达 到了装饰和美观的效果。 而且本发明的挂壁式空调器室内机的发光板结构简 单, 比较轻和薄,可以装配到许多空间有限的地方。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何爹改、 等同替换、 改进等' 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

固定架, 盖压在所述透明板上将所述透明板固定于所述挂壁式空调 器室内机的面板上;
所述透明板与所述固定架之间留有安装槽;
发光源, 设置在所述安装槽中。 根据权利要求 1所述的发光板, 其特征在于, 还包括:
导光处理层, 印在所述透明板的反光面上;
反射膜, 覆盖在所述导光处理层上。 才艮据权利要求 2所述的发光板, 其特征在于, 所述发光源为具有 LED 的灯板。 根据权利要求 2所述的发光板, 其特征在于, 所述导光处理层为导光 油墨层。 根据权利要求 4所述的发光板, 其特征在于, 所述反射膜粘贴在所述 导光油墨层上。 根据权利要求 4 所述的发光板, 其特征在于, 所述导光油墨层为多个 油墨点, 均匀地设置在所述透明板上。
