然而, 用几种不同颜色的陶土泥料绞织、 制坯、 烧制而成的绞胎制品, 却能呈现出丰富稳定的色彩和由表及里、 不易去除的独特花纹和图案, 极具 品位。
据 《中国陶瓷史》 和 《中国陶瓷大词典》 记载, "绞胎陶工艺品是唐代 的名贵陶瓷品种之一, 到了宋代靖康之变失传至今近千年。"在绞胎工艺失 传近千年的这一历史背景下, 本申请人为承袭中国传统文化, 经多年实践摸 索到了绞胎陶工艺品的生产方法, 生产出色彩丰富、 花纹表里如一的绞胎陶 工艺品。本申请人生产的绞胎陶工艺品呈现出无规则自然的和有规则创意的 艺术造型, 展现出独特的工艺技术和艺术风范, 已成为对外交流中馈赠外国 友人、 展示中国传统文化的上等佳品。
但是, 目前的工艺方法和生产设备只适合生产拉坯成型的低温绞胎陶, 而绞胎陶存在质软、 易碎的缺点, 很难用于工艺品之外的领域。
绞胎制品和陶瓷制品均需要一定强度和硬度, 需要开发相应的生产设 备, 其中包括需要用于在制造绞胎或陶瓷制品的过程中使坯料成型的成型 机。 发明内容

将上模板在动力的作用下向下移动进入外模框,并逐渐对绞胎泥料施压 至适宜的压力为止, 待明水和气体全部排出, 再释放压力并将上模板移出外 模框, 上模板下面距外模框上檐的距离大于制成的绞胎坯体厚度即可。
3、 脱模
外模框是固定在工作台上的,而下模板是在模框内放在工作台上的, 工 作台上有正对下模板上的四个孔, 孔中有四个柱顶, 在力的作用下, 四个柱 顶同时向上顶下模板和压好的绞胎坯体, 使其水平上移,移至下模板上平面 略高于模框上边平面为宜, 将绞胎坯体托板一边与模框一边的上檐相吻合, 两者形成一个水平面, 再将绞胎坯体沿着平面推向托板即可脱模。
