Description

Drawer retractor and error recovery device
The present invention relates to a device for automatically drawing a drawer in a cabinet or the like equipped with a drawer, and an error recovery device for the device.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cabinet that stores documents and the like is generally provided with a drawer that allows a drawer operation to be smoothly performed by a slide rail or the like.
In recent years, in order to improve the convenience of the user, such a cabinet has been described in Patent Document 1, for example. Some are equipped with devices.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a cabinet provided with a drawer retractor. In FIG. 1, a cabinet body 1, which is a cabinet body, is automatically provided with a drawer 2, a slide rail 3 for slidably supporting the drawer 2, and when the drawer 2 is pushed halfway from the pulled-out state. A retracting device 400 for retracting into the cabinet body 1 and a striker 5 for retracting the drawer 2 into the cabinet body 1 in cooperation with the retracting device 400 are provided.
Here, the structure of the conventional retracting device 400 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the structure of the retractor 400 and its operation. In FIG. 2, the retracting device 400 includes a retracting device main body 401 that is a main body of the retracting device 400, and a slider 402 that includes two guide pins 402 a and 402 b that are slidably fitted in slide grooves 401 a of the retracting device main body 401. A tension spring 403 that urges the slider 402 in the direction in which the drawer 2 is retracted, and a damper 404 for preventing the drawer 2 from being abruptly pulled in are provided.
FIG. 2A shows a state immediately before the drawing-in device 400 is activated while the drawing-out 2 is being pushed in the direction of arrow A in the drawing-in device 400 configured as described above. When the drawer 2 is further pushed in from the state of FIG. 2A, the claw 5a of the striker 5 fixed to the drawer 2 hits the convex part 402c of the slider 402 and pushes the convex part 402c to the right in the drawing. As a result, the slider 402 rotates in the clockwise direction in the figure, and the guide pin 402a that has fallen into the falling portion 401b at the tip of the slide groove 401a is pushed up to the horizontal portion of the slide groove 401a. At this time, the convex portion 402d of the slider 402 is engaged with the claw 5a of the striker 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2B, the slider 402 slides in the arrow B direction by the urging force of the tension spring 403, and the striker 5 engaged with the slider 402 is also slid in the arrow B direction. As a result, the drawer 2 fixed to the striker 5 is slid in the direction of arrow B by the urging force of the tension spring 403, and the drawer 2 is automatically drawn into the cabinet body 1.
In the retraction device 400 configured as described above, since the slider 402 is slid by the force of the tension spring 403, the retraction force is large at the position of the retraction start of the retraction 2 as shown in FIG. Is pulled into the back of the cabinet body 1, the tension spring 403 contracts and the pulling force decreases. In this case, in a cabinet for storing documents, the weight of one drawer 2 is 50-60 kg, so that the pulling force of the tension spring 403 is insufficient when the drawer 2 is pulled back, and the drawer 2 is pulled in. There was a case where it stopped in the middle of. On the other hand, if it is attempted to sufficiently secure the pulling force of the tension spring 403 when the drawer 2 is pulled back, the pulling force of the tension spring 403 needs to be very strong, and the user pulls out the drawer 2. When trying, excessive pulling force is required.
Further, in the retraction device 400 configured as described above, an error may occur in which the engagement between the claw 5a of the striker 5 and the convex portion 402d of the slider 402 is disengaged for some reason. In that case, it is necessary to recover the engagement between the claw 5a of the striker 5 and the convex portion 402d of the slider 402, but the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 also discloses a structure for recovering this engagement.
However, the recovery structure described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the shape and structure of the members constituting the recovery structure are complicated, and the cost of the retracting device increases.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to prevent a pull-in force from being lowered when the drawer is pulled inward in the drawer drawing-in device.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a view showing a configuration of a cabinet (storage container) provided with a drawer retracting device 4 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a cabinet body (storage container body) 1 which is a cabinet body has a drawer 2 for storing articles, a slide rail 3 for slidably supporting the drawer 2, and a state in which the drawer 2 is pulled out. A retractor 4 that automatically pulls into the cabinet body 1 when it is pushed halfway, and a striker 5 (locking member) that is fixed to the drawer 2 and that pulls the drawer 2 into the cabinet body 1 in cooperation with the retractor 4 And are provided. In the present embodiment, the slide rail 3 is a three-stage rail including an outer rail (outer rail) 3a, an interrail (intermediate rail) 3b, and an inner rail (inner rail) 3c. This is because in the two-stage rail, a part on the back side of the drawer 2 remains inside the cabinet body 1 so that the part on the back side of the drawer 2 can be completely pulled out from the cabinet body 1. .
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the structure of the retracting device 4 of the present embodiment.
In FIG. 4, the retracting device 4 is a main body of the retracting device 4. The retracting device main body 41 fixed to the cabinet body 1 and two guide pins 42 a that are slidably fitted in the slide grooves 41 a of the retracting device main body 41. , 42b, a slider (first engaging member) 42, a tension spring (first spring) 43 that urges the slider 42 in the direction in which the drawer 2 is retracted, and the drawer 2 is prevented from being drawn suddenly. And a damper 44 is provided. The tip of the piston of the damper 44 is connected to the guide pin 42b. In the present embodiment, the retracting portion having such a configuration is referred to as a first retracting portion 100. The configuration of the first retracting unit is substantially the same as the configuration of the conventional retracting device 400 shown in FIG.
The retracting device 4 of the present embodiment includes a second retracting portion 101 below the first retracting portion 100 described above. The second retracting portion 101 has a slider (second engaging member) 46 including two guide pins 46 a and 46 b slidably fitted in the slide groove 45 a of the retracting device main body 41, and pulls out the slider 46 2. A tension spring (second spring) 47 that urges the drawer 2 in the pulling direction, and a damper 48 for preventing the drawer 2 from being pulled suddenly. The tip of the piston of the damper 48 is connected to the guide pin 46b. Further, a bracket 48a is fixed to the rear end portion of the damper 48, and the damper 48 is connected to the pin 41c fixed to the retracting device main body 41 by the center hole of the bracket 48a. 41 is supported so as to be rotatable in the direction of arrow E with respect to 41.
FIG. 4A shows a state immediately before the drawing-in device 4 is activated in the middle of the drawing-in device 2 being pushed in the direction of arrow A in the drawing-in device 4 configured as described above. In the state of FIG. 4A, the guide pin 42a of the slider 42 has fallen into the falling part 41b of the slide groove 41a, so that it is locked at the position shown in FIG. 4A against the pulling force of the tension spring 43. When the drawer 2 is further pushed in from the state of FIG. 4A, the claw 5a of the striker 5 fixed to the drawer 2 hits the convex part 42c of the slider 42 and pushes the convex part 42c to the right in the figure. As a result, the slider 42 rotates in the clockwise direction in the drawing, and the guide pin 42a that has fallen into the falling portion 41b at the tip of the slide groove 41a is pushed up to the horizontal portion of the slide groove 41a. At this time, the convex portion 42 d of the slider 42 is engaged with the claw 5 a of the striker 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4B, the slider 42 slides in the arrow B direction by the urging force of the tension spring 43, and the striker 5 engaged with the slider 42 is also slid in the arrow B direction. As a result, the drawer 2 fixed to the striker 5 is slid in the direction of arrow B by the urging force of the tension spring 43, and the drawer 2 is automatically drawn into the cabinet body 1.
Next, FIG. 4B shows a state immediately before the second retracting portion 101 is actuated while the slider 42 is in the middle of the retracting stroke (sliding stroke) of the drawer 2 while retracting the drawer 2. In the state of FIG. 4B, the guide pin 46a of the slider 46 has fallen into the falling part 45b of the slide groove 45a, so that it is locked at the position shown in FIG. 4B against the pulling force of the tension spring 47. When the drawer 2 (slider 42) is further pulled by the force of the tension spring 43 from the state of FIG. 4B, the claw 42e of the slider 42 contacts the convex part 46c of the slider 46 and pushes the convex part 46c to the right in the drawing. As a result, the slider 46 rotates in the clockwise direction in the drawing, and the guide pin 46a that has fallen into the falling portion 45b at the tip of the slide groove 45a is pushed up to the horizontal portion of the slide groove 45a. At this time, the protrusion 46d of the slider 46 is engaged with the claw 42e of the slider 42. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4C, the slider 46 slides in the direction of arrow C by the urging force of the tension spring 47, and the striker 5 indirectly engaged with the slider 46 via the slider 42 is also accompanied by the arrow. Slide in the C direction. As a result, the drawer 2 fixed to the striker 5 is slid in the direction of arrow C by the total force of the urging forces of the tension springs 43 and 47, and the drawer 2 is automatically drawn into the cabinet body 1. It will be.
Next, the operation when the user pulls out the drawer 2 will be described. First, when the user starts pulling out the drawer 2 from a state where it is completely pulled into the cabinet body 1, the state shown in FIG. 4C is obtained. When the drawer 2 is further pulled out from this state and the slider 46 reaches the left end of the slide groove 45a in the drawing, the claw 42e of the slider 42 pushes the convex portion 46d of the slider 46 to the left in the drawing. The pin 46a falls into the falling part 45b of the slide groove 45a. As a result, the slider 46 is locked at the position shown in FIG. 4B. At the same time, the engagement between the claw 42e of the slider 42 and the convex portion 46d of the slider 46 is released, and only the tension force of the tension spring 43 acts on the slider 42. Then, when the drawer 2 is further pulled out from the state of FIG. 4B and the slider 42 reaches the left end of the slide groove 41a in the drawing, the claw 5a of the striker 5 pushes the convex portion 42d of the slider 42 to the left in the drawing. The guide pin 42a of the slider 42 falls into the falling part 41b of the slide groove 41a. As a result, the slider 42 is locked at the position shown in FIG. 4A. At the same time, the engagement between the claw 5a of the striker 5 and the projection 42d of the slider 42 is released, and the user can freely pull out the drawer 2 until the end of the stroke.
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the relationship between the drawing force and the drawing amount of the drawer 2 in the drawing device 4 of the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, at the position where the drawer 2 starts to be retracted, the pulling force of the drawer 2 is determined by the pulling force of the pulling spring 43, and the drawer 2 is pulled by the pulling force a. Thereafter, as the drawer 2 is pulled back, the tension spring 43 contracts, and the pulling force of the drawer 2 decreases to b. However, at the point A in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 4C, the second retracting portion 101 operates, and the pulling force c of the pulling spring 47 is added to the pulling force b of the pulling spring 43. The retraction force is b + c. That is, when the drawer 2 is retracted to the middle of the retracting stroke, the pulling force of the tension spring 47 is added, and the pulling force when the drawer 2 is retracted toward the back of the cabinet 1 is secured. Is possible. In addition, when the user pulls out the drawer 2, the second retracting portion 101 is released at point A in FIG. 5, so that the pulling force of the tension spring 47 does not work, and the user cannot pull out the drawer 2 excessively. There is no need for pull-out force.
(Modification of the first embodiment)
Next, FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a modification of the first embodiment. In the modification shown in FIG. 6, in addition to the configuration of the drawing device 4 shown in FIG. 4, a third groove provided with a slide groove 50 a, a slider 52, and a tension spring 53 further below the second drawing portion 101. A retraction part 102 is provided. The operation of the third retracting unit 102 is exactly the same as the operation of the second retracting unit 101 shown in FIG.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the relationship between the pull-in force of pull-out 2 and the pull-in amount in this modification. As shown in FIG. 7, in the position where the drawer 2 starts to be retracted, the pulling force of the drawer 2 is determined by the pulling force of the pulling spring 43, and the drawer 2 is pulled by the pulling force a. Thereafter, as the drawer 2 is pulled back, the tension spring 43 contracts, and the pulling force of the drawer 2 decreases to b. However, at the point A in FIG. 7, the second retracting portion 101 is operated, and the pulling force c of the pulling spring 47 is added to the pulling force b of the pulling spring 43. At this time, the pulling force of the drawer 2 is b + c. Become. When the drawer 2 is further pulled back, the pulling force of the tension spring 43 decreases to d, and the pulling force of the tension spring 47 decreases to e. However, at point B in FIG. 7, the third retracting portion 102 is operated, and the pulling force f of the pulling spring 53 is added to the pulling force d of the pulling spring 43 and the pulling force e of the pulling spring 47. The pulling force of 2 is d + e + f.
As described above, also in the above modification, when the drawer 2 is retracted to the middle of the retracting stroke, the tension force of the tension spring 47 is added, and when the drawer 2 is further retracted, the tension spring 53 is pulled. A force is added, and it becomes possible to secure a pulling force when the drawer 2 is pulled toward the back of the cabinet 1.
In the first embodiment and the modification described above, the retracting device has been described as a two-stage configuration of the first and second retracting portions, or a three-stage configuration of the first to third retracting portions. It goes without saying that a multi-stage configuration may be used.
(Effects of the first embodiment)
Next, the effect of the first embodiment will be described. In the present embodiment, as described above, in the drawer drawing-in device, in addition to the effect of preventing the pull-in force from being lowered when the drawer 2 is pulled into the cabinet body 1 to some extent, the following effects are obtained. . The effect will be described.
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a state in which the drawer 2 is pulled out from the cabinet body 1. In the present embodiment, as described above, the three-stage slide rail 3 is used to enable the drawer 2 to be pulled out from the cabinet body 1 as described above. In such a three-stage slide rail, for example, when the inner rail (inner rail) 3c is first pulled out while the interrail (intermediate rail) 3b remains in the outer rail (outer rail) 3a, An excessive load may be applied to the tip 3a-1 of the outer rail 3a, and the slide rail may be broken. Therefore, in such a three-stage slide rail, it is necessary to first draw out the rails in the order in which the interrail 3b is drawn from the outer rail 3a and then the inner rail 3c is drawn from the interrail 3b.
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a mechanism for pulling out the rails of the slide rail 3 in order. FIG. 10 is a view of the slide rail 3 as seen from the direction of arrow E in FIG.
9 and 10, the interrail 3b is slidably supported by a bearing 125 with respect to the outer rail 3a fixed to the cabinet body 1, and the inner rail 3c fixed to the drawer 2 is a bearing with respect to the interrail 3b. 126 is slidably supported. A rotating shaft 3b-1 is fixed to the upper surface of the interrail 3b, and one end of a lock member 120 is rotatably supported on the rotating shaft 3b-1. A weight 121a and a locking pin 121 are provided at the other end of the locking member 120. The locking pin 121 enters into a long hole 3b-2 formed on the upper surface of the interrail 3b, and this long hole 3b- By moving within the range of 2, the amount of rotation of the lock member 120 is limited. A locking projection 122 is formed at the tip of the lock member 120, and a convex portion 3c-2 that engages with the locking projection 122 is formed inside the inner rail 3c. The lock member 120 is made of an elastic material such as synthetic resin.
In the slide rail 3 configured as described above, when each rail is pulled out, as shown in FIG. 9A, the convex portion 3c-2 of the inner rail 3c abuts against the locking projection 122 of the lock member 120, and the inner rail 3c. Is prevented from being pulled out from the interrail 3b. Therefore, the interrail 3b is pulled out from the outer rail 3a first. Thereafter, when the interrail 3b is completely pulled out from the outer rail 3a, the lock member 120 is made of a material having elasticity, so that the convex portion 3c-2 of the inner rail 3c is moved by the force with which the user pulls out the drawer 2 The inner rail 3c is pulled out from the interrail 3b over the locking projection 122. When the inner rail 3c is pulled out from the interrail 3b, the lock member 120 rotates counterclockwise with the weight of the weight 121a within the range of the elongated hole 3b-2 as shown in FIG. Since 122 rises, the resistance force when pulling out the inner rail 3c from the interrail 3b increases.
On the other hand, when each rail is pushed into the slide rail 3, the inner rail 3c is first drawn into the interrail 3b, and the convex portion 3c-2 of the inner rail 3c gets over the locking projection 122 of the lock member 120. At this time, the lock member 120 is normally in the state shown in FIG. 9A by the weight of the weight 121a. However, when the convex portion 3c-2 of the inner rail 3c abuts against the locking protrusion 122 of the lock member 120, 9B is rotated clockwise as shown in FIG. 9B, and the locking projection 122 lies, so that the resistance force for pushing the inner rail 3c into the interrail 3b is reduced. The upper end portion of the long hole 3b-2 escapes from the locking pin 121 when the locking projection 122 of the lock member 120 is pushed by the convex portion 3c-2 of the inner rail 3c and tilts clockwise. Therefore, the protrusion 3c-2 of the inner rail 3c can get over the locking projection 122 in a state where the resistance force of the locking projection 122 is small. Thereafter, the interrail 3b is drawn into the outer rail 3a, and the interrail 3b hits the stopper 3a-1 and stops.
In the cabinet of the present embodiment using the three-stage slide rail 3 configured as described above, when the drawer 2 is stored, in other words, when the retracting device 4 retracts the drawer 2, the inner rail 3c is as described above. When the inner rail 3c is pulled in, a resistance is generated in which the protrusion 3c-2 of the inner rail 3c gets over the locking protrusion 122 of the lock member 120. That is, a pull-in resistance is generated during the pull-in operation of the pull-in device 4. In this case, in the retracting device of the present embodiment, for example, the position where the second retracting portion 101 in FIG. 4 operates (the position of the point A in FIG. 5) can be set immediately before the position where the retracting resistance is generated. In this case, the pull-in force is increased by the second pull-in portion 101, so that the pull-in resistance can be overcome.
Next, FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a configuration of a device that locks so that when one drawer is pulled out, the other drawer cannot be pulled out in a cabinet having a plurality of drawers. In a cabinet having a plurality of drawers for storing heavy objects such as documents, if a plurality of drawers are pulled out simultaneously, the cabinet body 1 may fall due to the weight. Therefore, such a locking device is necessary.
In FIG. 11, the lock device 200 includes a substrate 201 that is a main body of the lock device, a rotation member 202 provided corresponding to the position of each drawer 2 on the substrate 201, and a rotation member formed on the substrate 201. An arcuate groove 206 that is fitted to a pin 202b provided in 202 and restricts the rotation range of the pin 202b, that is, the rotation range of the rotation member 202, and is stretched across the substrate 201. The wire 203, a tension spring 204 that pulls the wire 203, and a fixing member 205 that fixes the tension spring 204 are provided.
In the locking device 200 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 11B, when one drawer 2 is pulled out of the plurality of drawers, the peg 2a provided on the drawer 2 causes the end portion 202a of the rotating member 202 to move. Pushing and rotating member 202 rotates in the clockwise direction. By this rotation, the pin 202b of the rotating member 202 is rotated to the position of the lower end of the arc-shaped groove 206. At the same time, the pin 202b pulls the wire 203 stretched up and down as shown in FIG. 11B. In this state, since the rotation angle α of the pin 202b is about 100 °, the pin 202b is fixed at the rotation destination position by the tension of the wire 203. Then, the tension spring 204 is extended by this tension, and the fixing member 205 abuts against the stopper 208 fixed to the substrate 201. In this state, the wire 203 cannot extend any more, and the pin 202b of the rotating member 202 provided corresponding to the other drawer cannot be rotated by striking the wire 203. The peg 2a cannot hit the rotating member 202 and move. Such an operation prevents another drawer from being pulled out when one drawer is pulled out.
In the cabinet of the present embodiment using the lock device configured as described above, when the drawer 2 is stored, in other words, when the retracting device 4 retracts the drawer 2, the rotating member 202 is shown in FIG. 11B at the end of the retracting. Resistance for returning from the rotation position shown to the original position is generated. That is, a pull-in resistance is generated during the pull-in operation of the pull-in device 4. In this case, in the retracting device of this embodiment, for example, the position at which the second retracting part 101 in FIG. 4 operates (the position of the point A in FIG. 5) or the position at which the third retracting part 102 in FIG. 6 operates ( If the position of point B in FIG. 7 is set immediately before the position where the pull-in resistance is generated, the pull-in force is increased by the second pull-in part 101 or the third pull-in part 102. It will be possible to overcome.
As described above, according to the retracting device 4 of the present embodiment, the pulling force is prevented from being lowered when the drawer is pulled inward without excessively increasing the force with which the user pulls out the drawer 2. It becomes possible.
In the above embodiment, the striker 5 is fixed to the drawer 2 and the retracting device 4 is fixed to the cabinet body 1. However, the striker 5 is fixed to the cabinet body 1 and the retracting device 4 is pulled out. The same effect can be obtained even if it is fixed to.
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating a structure of the retracting device 4 according to the second embodiment. In FIG. 12, parts having the same functions corresponding to the respective parts in FIG. 4 showing the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
In FIG. 12, the retracting device 4 is a main body of the retracting device 4. The retracting device main body 41 fixed to the cabinet 1 and two guide pins 42 a that are slidably fitted in the slide grooves 41 a of the retracting device main body 41. A slider (first engaging member) 42 provided with 42b, a tension spring 43 that urges the slider 42 in the direction in which the drawer 2 is pulled in, and a damper 44 for preventing the drawer 2 from being pulled in suddenly. I have.
The second retracting portion 101 has a slider 46 (second engaging member) including two guide pins 46 a and 46 b slidably fitted in the slide groove 45 a of the retracting device main body 41, and pulls out the slider 46 2. Are provided with a tension spring 47 that urges the drawer 2 in the pulling direction, and a damper 48 for preventing the drawer 2 from being pulled suddenly.
FIG. 12A shows a state immediately before the retracting device 4 is in operation while the drawer 2 is being pushed in the direction of the arrow A in the retracting device 4 configured as described above. In the state of FIG. 12A, the guide pin 42 a of the slider 42 has fallen into the falling portion 41 b of the slide groove 41 a, and is locked at the position shown in FIG. 12A against the pulling force of the tension spring 43. When the drawer 2 is further pushed in from the state of FIG. 12A, the claw 5a of the striker 5 fixed to the drawer 2 hits the convex part 42c of the slider 42 and pushes the convex part 42c to the right in the figure. 12B, the slider 42 slides in the arrow B direction by the urging force of the tension spring 43, and the striker 5 engaged with the slider 42 is also slid in the arrow B direction. As a result, the drawer 2 fixed to the striker 5 is slid in the direction of arrow B by the urging force of the tension spring 43, and the drawer 2 is automatically drawn into the cabinet body 1.
Next, FIG. 12B shows a state immediately before the slider 42 retracts the drawer 2 and reaches the middle of the drawing stroke of the drawer 2 to operate the second drawing portion 101. In the state of FIG. 12B, the guide pin 46a of the slider 46 has fallen into the falling portion 45b of the slide groove 45a, and is thus locked at the position shown in FIG. 12B against the pulling force of the tension spring 47. When the drawer 2 (slider 42) is further pulled by the force of the tension spring 43 from the state of FIG. 12B, the claw 42e of the slider 42 contacts the convex part 46c of the slider 46 and pushes the convex part 46c to the right in the figure. 12C, the slider 46 slides in the direction of the arrow C by the urging force of the tension spring 47, and the striker 5 indirectly engaged with the slider 46 via the slider 42 is also accompanied by the arrow.
First, when the user starts to pull out the drawer 2 from the state where it is completely pulled into the cabinet body 1, the state shown in FIG. 12C is obtained. 12B. At the same time, the engagement between the claw 42e of the slider 42 and the convex portion 46d of the slider 46 is released, and only the tension force of the tension spring 43 acts on the slider 42. When the drawer 2 is further pulled out from the state of FIG. 12B and the slider 42 reaches the left end of the slide groove 41a in the drawing, the claw 5a of the striker 5 pushes the convex portion 42d of the slider 42 to the left in the drawing. The guide pin 42a of the slider 42 falls into the falling part 41b of the slide groove 41a. As a result, the slider 42 is locked at the position shown in FIG. 12A. At the same time, the engagement between the claw 5a of the striker 5 and the projection 42d of the slider 42 is released, and the user can freely pull out the drawer 2 until the end of the stroke.
Note that the relationship between the pull-in force of the drawer 2 and the pull-in amount in the pull-in device 4 of the present embodiment is the same as that in FIG. 5 already described in the first embodiment.
(Recovery device error recovery operation)
Next, the recovery operation when an error occurs in the retracting device configured as in the second embodiment will be described.
In the retracting device of the present embodiment, normally, when the drawer 2 is pulled out from the state shown in FIG. 12C, the slider 42 engaged with the striker 5 is also moved in the pulling direction together with the striker 5. As shown in FIGS. 12A and 13A, it is locked at the stroke end on the left side in the drawing. However, for some reason, as shown in FIG. 13B, the engagement between the claw 5a of the striker 5 and the convex portion 42d of the slider 42 is disengaged, and the slider 2 is left behind on the cabinet body 1, and the drawer 2 (the striker 2 5) may be pulled out of the cabinet body 1 (error state).
In this case, it is necessary to return the engagement between the claw 5a of the striker 5 and the convex portion 42d of the slider 42. FIG. 14 is a diagram showing a structure for returning this engagement.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14B, which is a DD cross-sectional view of FIGS. 14A and 14A, the claw 5a of the striker 5 has an inclined surface 5a so that the thickness gradually decreases in the traveling direction indicated by the arrow A. -1 is formed, and a slope 42d-1 that gradually increases in thickness in the direction indicated by A is formed on the convex portion 42d of the slider 42. Therefore, when the user pushes the drawer 2 out of the error state shown in FIG. 13B, the claw 5a of the striker 5 gradually approaches the convex portion 42d of the slider 42 as shown in FIG. 6B, and the claw 5a of the striker 5 When contacting the convex portion 42d of the slider 42, the inclined surfaces 5a-1 and 42d-1 slide, and the claw 5a of the striker 5 gets over the convex portion 42d of the slider 42 as shown in FIG. 14C. Thereby, as shown to FIG. 13C, engagement of the nail | claw 5a of the striker 5 and the convex part 42d of the slider 42 is reset. Therefore, according to this structure, even when an error occurs, it is possible to recover the error only by the user pushing the drawer 2.
The above description is an explanation of the error recovery operation in the first pull-in unit 100. Next, the return operation when an error occurs in the second pull-in unit 101 will be described with reference to FIG.
In the retracting device of this embodiment, normally, when the drawer 2 is pulled out from the state shown in FIGS. 12C and 15A, the slider 42 engaged with the striker 5 is moved in the pulling direction and is engaged with the slider 42. The moving slider 46 is also moved in the pulling direction together with the slider 42. Finally, as shown in FIG. 12A, the slider 46 is locked at the stroke end on the left side in the drawing. However, for some reason, as shown in FIG. 15B, the engagement between the claw 42e of the slider 42 and the convex portion 46d of the slider 46 is disengaged, and the slider 46 is left behind in the cabinet body 1, and the drawer 2 (the striker 5 and the slider 42) may be pulled out from the cabinet body 1 (error state).
In this case, it is necessary to return the engagement between the claw 42e of the slider 42 and the projection 46d of the slider 46. FIG. 15 is a diagram showing a structure for returning this engagement.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, a falling portion 45c is formed at the right end portion (end portion in the drawing direction) of the slide groove 45a constituting the second drawing portion 101 in the drawing. In the state where the slider 46 is positioned at the end in the retracting direction, which is the right end in the figure, the slider 46 is pulled in the right direction in the figure by the tension spring 47, so that the slider 46 is horizontal as shown in FIG. 15B. It is in a state. When the user pushes in the drawer 2 in this state, the slider 42 engaged with the striker 5 moves to the right in the drawing. When the claw 42e of the slider 42 comes into contact with the convex portion 46d of the slider 46, as shown in FIG. 15C, the claw 42e of the slider 42 is formed on the inclined surface (opposite to the retracting direction) (Slope formed on the side) 46d-1. At this time, the guide pin 46b of the slider 46 falls into the falling part 45c of the slide groove 45a, and the slider 46 is rotated in the clockwise direction against the urging force of the tension spring 47. Therefore, the claw 42e of the slider 42 can get over the convex portion 46d of the slider 46. At this time, as shown in FIG. 12, the damper 48 constituting the second retracting portion 101 is configured to be rotatable in the direction of arrow E with respect to the retracting device main body 41. The damper 48 rotates in the counterclockwise direction of the arrow E as 46b falls into the falling portion 45c of the slide groove 45a. After the claw 42e of the slider 42 gets over the convex portion 46d of the slider 46, the slider 46 returns to the horizontal state by the pulling force of the pulling spring 47 as shown in FIG. 15D. Through the above operation, the engagement between the claw 42e of the slider 42 and the convex portion 46d of the slider 46 (the concave portion on the right side of the convex portion 46d) is restored. Therefore, according to this structure, even when an error occurs, it is possible to recover the error of the second pull-in unit 101 only by the user pushing the drawer 2.
As described above, according to the retracting device 4 of the present embodiment, even when an error occurs in the retracting device, it is possible to recover the error only by the user pushing the drawer 2.
In the second embodiment, the striker 5 is fixed to the drawer 2 and the retracting device 4 is fixed to the cabinet main body 1. Conversely, the striker 5 is fixed to the cabinet main body 1 and the retracting device is fixed. The same effect can be obtained by fixing 4 to the drawer.
