このような構成とすることにより、エアセルの膨張による反力で、対の擦り部の間隔、又は外側擦り部と中間擦り部の間隔が必要以上に大きくなることを防止することができる。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態、及び第2実施形態に係るマッサージ機M1,M2を備えた椅子型マッサージ機100の全体構成について、図1及び図2に基づいて説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態及び第2実施形態に係るマッサージ機を備えた椅子型マッサージ機の前方斜視図であり、図2は、図1に示す椅子型マッサージ機の機能ブロック図である。
以下、図3~図6に基づいて本発明の第1実施形態に係るマッサージ機M1の構成について説明する。図3は、マッサージ機M1の前方斜視図であり、図4は、マッサージ機M1のベース部4を省略した前方正面図であり、図5は、マッサージ機M1の擦り部2を省略した前方斜視図であり、図6は、マッサージ機M1のベース部4を省略した前方斜視図である。
図1に示す通り、マッサージ機M1は、その前後方向他端側(後部)が座部101の前部に連結され、その前後方向一端側(前部)が上下方向に回動可能であるように設けられている。図3~図5に示す通り、このマッサージ機M1は、被施療者の両脚の側面にそれぞれ擦りマッサージを施す擦り部2、及びこの擦り部2を駆動する擦り駆動部3とによって構成される擦りユニット1と、座部101の前部に連結され擦りユニット1を支持するベース部4とによって構成されている。
図5に示す通り、ベース部4は、板状の底部4aと、この底部4aの左右両側から立設される板状の側部4b,4bと、底部4aの前側から立設される板状の前部4cと、底部4aの後側から立設される板状の後部4dとによって上方が開放された構成となっている。ベース部4の左右の側部4b,4bには、後述する動力伝達部8を介して擦り部2が移動可能に支持されている。また、ベース部4の底部4aには、動力伝達部8と、動力伝達部8を介して擦り部2を駆動するモータ等により構成される擦り駆動源9とが支持されている。
図3~図6に示す通り、擦り部2は、動力伝達部8を介してベース部4に支持されており、動力伝達部8に連結されて上下方向及び前後方向へ移動可能であり、両脚の外側方に配置されている左右対の外側擦り部10,10と、動力伝達部8に連結されて上下方向及び前後方向へ移動可能であり、この左右対の外側擦り部10,10間に配置されている中間擦り部11とを有している。
以下、図5及び図6に基づいて擦り駆動部3の構成について説明する。
図5及び図6に示す通り、擦り駆動部3は、制御部6により駆動制御されるモータ等よりなる擦り駆動源9と、擦り駆動源9の回転動力を伝達して擦り部2を動作させる動力伝達部8とを有しており、この擦り駆動部3はベース部4に設けられている。擦り駆動源9の出力軸は、前後方向(脚の長手方向)に沿って設けられており、動力伝達部8は、擦り駆動源9の出力軸の回転方向を変更して減速するウォームギヤを有するギヤケース17と、このウォームギヤに接続されて左右方向(脚の幅方向)を向く軸芯回りに回転する伝達シャフト18とを有している。この伝達シャフト18は、ベース部4の前後方向における一端部側(本実施形態では前端部)に回転可能に支持されている。本実施形態では、擦り駆動源9はモータよりなり、制御部6によりその出力軸の回転方向、及び回転速度が可変であるよう構成されている。
以下、図3に基づいて擦り部2が有するマッサージ部の構成について説明する。
図3に示す通り、本実施形態では、被施療者の身体部位をマッサージするマッサージ部として、破線で示したエアの給排気により膨縮するエアセル7が採用されている。このエアセル7は、対の外側擦り部10,10及び中間擦り部11が有する第1擦り部12,14の対向内側面12a,14aに設けられており、収縮時は側面視で略扁平であるが、給排気装置5からエアが供給される膨張時には、左右方向における内側に膨張する。なお、このエアセル7は、その下部が第1擦り部12,14の対向内側面12a,14aに取付けられ展開不能である基部と、その上部が左右方向における内側に展開可能である展開部とを有し、収縮時は側面視で略扁平であり、給排気装置5からエアが供給される膨張時には、展開部が基部に対して左右方向内側に蛇腹状に膨張して展開するものとしてもよい。
以下、図7に基づいて擦り部2の動作について説明する。図7は、マッサージ機M1の側面図であり、擦り部2の動作について説明する図である。
前述した構成を有する擦り駆動部3は、擦り駆動源9が駆動されてその出力軸が回転すると、ギヤケース17を介することによって出力軸の回転に連動してベース部4の前後方向一端側(本実施形態では前端部)に設けられた伝達シャフト18がその軸芯回りに回転し、伝達シャフト18の左右中途部に取付けられた偏心カム21が伝達シャフト18の回転軸芯を中心として公転する。そして、偏心カム21の公転により、偏心カム21を支持する第2ホルダ22が偏心カム21の公転軌道に沿うように円運動することとなる。一方、ベース部4の前後方向他端側(本実施形態では後端部)に設けられたガイドシャフト23が、各擦り部2に設けられた第3ホルダ24が有するガイド孔25に挿通されているため、第2ホルダ22の円運動にも拘らず擦り部2自体の円運動は規制される。その結果、伝達シャフト18が1回転する間に擦り部2は前後方向に所定距離だけ1往復するとともに、前後方向に傾動する周回動作を行う。
以下、図4、図6、及び図8に基づいて挟み込み防止機構について説明する。図8(a)は、マッサージ機1を正面から見た模式図であり、外側擦り部10の前後方向一端側が最も下降し、中間擦り部11の前後方向他端側が最も上昇した状態である。図8(b)は、マッサージ機1を正面から見た模式図であり、外側擦り部10の前後方向一端側が最も上昇し、中間擦り部11の前後方向他端側が最も下降した状態である。
以下、図9~図12に基づいてマッサージ機M1の施療パターンの一例について説明する。
図9は、施療パターン1における擦り駆動源及びエアセルの動作説明図であり、図10(a)は、施療パターン2における擦り駆動源及びエアセルの動作説明図であり、図10(b)は、施療パターン3における擦り駆動源及びエアセルの動作説明図であり、図11は、施療パターン4における擦り駆動源及びエアセルの動作説明図であり、図12(a)は、施療パターン5における擦り駆動源及びエアセルの動作説明図であり、図12(b)は、施療パターン6における擦り駆動源及びエアセルの動作説明図である。
なお、図12(a)では、各所定時間T12~T15において、擦り駆動源9に正転駆動のみ行わせる構成を図示しているが、反転駆動のみ行わせてもよいし、正転及び反転駆動の切り替えを繰り返し行わせてもよい。あるいは、各所定時間T12~T15において、擦り駆動源9の駆動速度を、速度0から各所定速度S1~S4の間の範囲で、時間の経過とともに徐々に速くしたり遅くしたりしてもよい。
また、図12(a)では、各所定時間T12~T15において、エアセル群26L,26Rに、各所定圧力P1~P4となるまでエアを給気して膨張を維持させる構成を図示しているが、各所定時間T12~T15において、膨縮を繰り返し行わせてもよい。例えば、各所定時間T12~T15において、エアセル群26L,26Rに、圧力0から各所定圧力P1~P4の間の範囲で膨縮を繰り返し行わせてもよいし、圧力の平均値が各所定圧力P1~P4となるよう膨縮を繰り返し行わせてもよい。
この施療パターン5によれば、身体部位に行うマッサージのリズムを徐々に速くすることができ、寝起き後等に有効であるウォームアップ動作となる。
なお、図12(b)では、各所定時間T16~T19において、擦り駆動源9に正転駆動のみ行わせる構成を図示しているが、反転駆動のみ行わせてもよいし、正転及び反転駆動の切り替えを繰り返し行わせてもよい。あるいは、各所定時間T16~T19において、擦り駆動源9の駆動速度を、速度0から各所定速度S5~S8の間の範囲で、時間の経過とともに徐々に速くしたり遅くしたりしてもよい。
また、図12(b)では、各所定時間T16~T19において、エアセル群26L,26Rに、各所定圧力P5~P8となるまでエアを給気して膨張を維持させる構成を図示しているが、各所定時間T16~T19において、膨縮を繰り返し行わせてもよい。例えば、各所定時間T16~T19において、エアセル群26L,26Rに、圧力0から各所定圧力P5~P8の間の範囲で膨縮を繰り返し行わせてもよいし、圧力の平均値が各所定圧力P5~P8となるよう膨縮を繰り返し行わせてもよい。
この施療パターン6によれば、身体部位に行うマッサージのリズムを徐々に遅くすることができ、就寝前等に有効であるクールダウン動作となる。
以下、図13~図18に基づいて本発明の第2実施形態に係るマッサージ機M2の構成について説明する。なお、第1実施形態に係るマッサージ機M1と共通する構成については同符号を付し、肘掛部104に設けられたマッサージ機M2について代表して説明する。図13は、マッサージ機M2の前方斜視図であり、図14は、マッサージ機M2のマッサージ部を省略した前方斜視図であり、図15は、マッサージ機M2のベース部4の一部を省略した前方正面図であり、図16は、マッサージ機M2の左側面図であり、図17は、マッサージ機M2の擦り部2の一部を省略した前方斜視図であり、図18は、マッサージ機M2の動力伝達部8の要部を示す前方斜視図である。
図13~図15に示す通り、このマッサージ機M2は、被施療者の身体部位(腕)の側面に擦りマッサージを施す擦り部2、及びこの擦り部2を駆動する擦り駆動部3とによって構成される擦りユニット1と、肘掛部104の上面に設置され擦りユニット1を支持するベース部4とによって構成されている。
図17に示す通り、ベース部4は、板状の底部4aと、この底部4aの左右両側から立設される板状の側部4b,4bと、底部4aの前側から立設される板状の前部4cと、底部4aの後側から立設される板状の後部4dとによって上方が開放された構成となっている。ベース部4の左右の側部4b,4bには、後述する動力伝達部8を介して擦り部2が移動可能に支持されている。また、ベース部4の底部4aには、動力伝達部8と、動力伝達部8を介して擦り部2を駆動するモータ等により構成される擦り駆動源9とが支持されている。また、ベース部4の両側部4b,4bの前後方向他端側(本実施形態では後端部)には、後述する擦り部2の回転運動を規制する腕の長手方向に長寸の左右方向に開口するガイド孔54,54が設けられている。
図13~図15に示す通り、擦り部2は、動力伝達部8を介してベース部4に支持されており、動力伝達部8に連結されて上下方向及び前後方向へ移動可能である板状の連結部50と、連結部50に支持され腕の外側面に対向する対向内側面12aを有する板状の第1擦り部12と、第1擦り部12と一体に構成されて第1擦り部12の下端部から左右内側方に向かって延設され腕の背面に対向する対向内底面13aを有する板状の第2擦り部13とによって構成されており、この擦り部2はベース部4の両側部4b,4bに左右対を成して設けられている。
以下、図17及び図18に基づいて擦り駆動部3の構成について説明する。
図17及び図18に示す通り、擦り駆動部3は、制御部6により駆動制御されるモータ等よりなる擦り駆動源9と、擦り駆動源9の回転動力を伝達して擦り部2を動作させる動力伝達部8とを有しており、この擦り駆動部3はベース部4に設けられている。擦り駆動源9の出力軸は、前後方向(腕の長手方向)に沿って設けられており、動力伝達部8は、擦り駆動源9の出力軸の回転方向を変更して減速するウォームギヤを有するギヤケース17と、このウォームギヤに接続されて左右方向(腕の幅方向)を向く軸芯回りに回転する伝達シャフト18と、この伝達シャフト18の左右両端部を擦り部2に支持するシャフト支持部58とを有している。この伝達シャフト18は、ベース部4の前後方向における一端部側(本実施形態では前端部)に回転可能に支持されている。本実施形態では、擦り駆動源9はモータよりなり、制御部6によりその出力軸の回転方向、及び回転速度が可変であるよう構成されている。
以下、図13に基づいて擦り部2が有するマッサージ部の構成について説明する。
図13に示す通り、本実施形態では、被施療者の身体部位をマッサージするマッサージ部として、エアの給排気により膨縮するエアセル7が採用されている。このエアセル7は、左右対の第1擦り部12,12の対向内側面12a,12aにそれぞれ設けられており、収縮時は側面視で略扁平であるが、給排気装置5からエアが供給される膨張時には、左右方向における内側に膨張する。なお、このエアセル7は、その下部が第1擦り部12の対向内側面12aに取付けられ展開不能である基部と、その上部が左右方向における内側に展開可能である展開部とを有し、収縮時は側面視で略扁平であり、給排気装置5からエアが供給される膨張時には、展開部が基部に対して左右方向内側に蛇腹状に膨張して展開するものとしてもよい。
以下、図19に基づいて擦り部2の動作について説明する。図19は、マッサージ機M2の擦り部2の要部を示す左側面図であり、擦り部2の動作について説明する図である。
前述した構成を有する擦り駆動部3は、擦り駆動源9が駆動されてその出力軸が回転すると、ギヤケース17を介することによって出力軸の回転に連動してベース部4の前後方向一端側(本実施形態では前端部)に設けられた伝達シャフト18がその軸芯回りに回転し、伝達シャフト18の左右両端部に取付けられた偏心カム59,59が伝達シャフト18の回転軸芯を中心として公転する。そして、偏心カム59の公転により、偏心カム59を支持する連結部50の前後方向一端側下部に設けられたホルダ61が偏心カム59の公転軌道に沿うように円運動することとなる。一方、連結部50の前後方向他端側に設けられたガイドシャフト53は、ベース部4の両側部4b,4bに設けられたガイド孔54,54に挿通されているため、ホルダ61の円運動にも拘らず連結部50自体の円運動は規制される。その結果、伝達シャフト18が1回転する間に連結部50は前後方向に所定距離だけ1往復するとともに、前後方向に傾動する周回動作を行う。従って、擦り部2は前述した動作に伴い、前後方向に所定距離だけ1往復する間に、前後方向に傾動する周回動作を行うこととなる。
第2実施形態に係るマッサージ機M2は、前述した第1実施形態に係るマッサージ機M1と同様の施療パターン1~6を実行することができる。
また、前述した第1及び第2実施形態に係るマッサージ機M1,M2は、図示する形態に限らずこの発明の範囲内において他の形態であってもよい。以下、マッサージ機M1,M2の他の実施形態をマッサージ機M1に適用した場合について代表して説明するが、第2実施形態のマッサージ機M2にも同様に適用することができる。
図21に示す通り、第1擦り部12,14に設けられているエアセル7に代えて、被施療者の身体部位(脚)の側面を転動するローラ205が、第1擦り部12,14の対向内側面12a,14aに設けられている。このローラ205は、上下方向に延びる回転軸206を有し、前後方向(身体部位の長手方向)に回転し、このローラ205の身体部位への接触面205aが、擦り部2の周回動作により該身体部位の側面を擦ることとなる。また、このローラ205は、前後方向に沿って複数設けられている。
なお、このローラ205は、第2擦り部13,15の対向内底面13a,15aにも設けることができるのはいうまでもなく、第2擦り部13,15にローラ205を設ける場合、該ローラ205は、左右方向に延びる回転軸を有し、前後方向(身体部位の長手方向)に回転し、このローラの身体部位への接触面が、擦り部2の周回動作により該身体部位の背面を擦ることとなる。
図22は、強弱調節部(その1)70の機能ブロック図であり、実施形態1に係る検出部71の構成について説明する図である。図23は、強弱調節部(その1)70の機能ブロック図であり、実施形態2に係る検出部71の構成について説明する図である。図24は、マッサージ機M1の前方正面模式図であり、強弱調節部(その1)70が有する実施形態2に係る検出部71の構成について説明する図である。図25(a)は、エアセル7が収縮した状態におけるマッサージ機M1の外側擦り部10の前方正面模式図であり、強弱調節部(その1)70が有する実施形態3に係る検出部71の構成について説明する図である。図25(b)は、エアセル7が膨張した状態におけるマッサージ機M1の外側擦り部10の前方正面模式図であり、強弱調節部(その1)70が有する実施形態3に係る検出部71の構成について説明する図である。図26は、マッサージ機M1の擦り部2を省略した前方斜視図であり、強弱調節部(その2)80の構成について説明する図である。図27は、マッサージ機M1の前方正面模式図であり、強弱調節部(その3)90の構成について説明する図である。
図22及び図23に示す通り、強弱調節部(その1)70は、制御部6と、給排気装置5と、エアセル7による身体部位への押圧力を検出する検出部71とによって構成され、検出部71の検出結果に基づいてエアセル7へのエアの給排気量を調節するよう構成されている。給排気装置5は、ポンプ5a及びバルブ5bから構成され、前後方向一端側(前側)のエアセル7,7により構成されるエアセル群26L,26Rと、前後方向他端側(後側)のエアセル7,7により構成されるエアセル群26L,26Rとは独立系統としてバルブ5bに接続されている。なお、このバルブ5bは、給気状態と排気状態のみを切替えるソレノイドバルブ等により構成されるバルブであってもよいし、給気状態と排気状態を切替えることができ、かつ、バルブからの出力ポートの径を可変とすることによりエアセル7への給気速度が異なる複数の給気状態を切替えることができるロータリバルブ等により構成されるバルブであってもよい。制御部6のメモリには、複数の所定押圧力Fが記憶されており、例えば、押圧力「弱」が所定押圧力F1に、押圧力「中」が所定押圧力F2に、押圧力「強」が所定押圧力F3にそれぞれ設定されている。この所定押圧力Fは、被施療者が操作部108を操作することにより設定することができ、また、制御部6のメモリに格納された自動マッサージプログラムに従って自動で設定することもできる。
なお、ここで「検出部71によって検出されるエアセル7による身体部位への押圧力F」とは、エアセル7内部やエアセル7に接続されるエア配管内部の圧力、エアセル7外部への接触圧、又はエアセル7やエア配管内部を流れる空気量により規定される。
図26に示す通り、強弱調節部(その2)80は、擦り部2の左右方向における位置を変更して、凹部M1a(図4参照)の左右方向における間隔を調節する幅調節手段により構成されており、この幅調節手段は、伝達シャフト18に支持された偏心カム21を、伝達シャフト18の軸方向(左右方向)に移動させて、伝達シャフト18の軸方向における任意の位置に位置決めする位置決め部81により構成されている。この位置決め部81は、偏心カム21の貫通孔21dに嵌入されたゴム等の弾性部材からなるスライドブッシュにより構成され、偏心カム21を介して擦り部2を伝達シャフト18に対して摺動可能、かつ、位置決め可能とされている。
図27に示す通り、強弱調節部(その3)90は、エアセル7の左右方向における位置を変更して、外側擦り部10が有する第1擦り部12に設けられたエアセル7と中間擦り部11が有する第1擦り部14に設けられたエアセル7との左右方向における間隔を調節する幅調節手段により構成されており、この幅調節手段は、マッサージ部としてのエアセル7と第1擦り部12,14の間に介在させた幅調節用エアセル91により構成されている。この幅調節用エアセル91は、マッサージ部としてのエアセル7と同様に、対の外側擦り部10,10及び中間擦り部11が有する第1擦り部12,14の対向内側面12a,14aに設けられており、収縮時は側面視で略扁平であるが、給排気装置5からエアが供給される膨張時には、左右方向における内側に膨張する。なお、この幅調節用エアセル91は、その下部が第1擦り部12,14の対向内側面12a,14aに取付けられ展開不能である基部と、その上部が左右方向における内側に展開可能である展開部とを有し、収縮時は側面視で略扁平であり、給排気装置5からエアが供給される膨張時には、展開部が基部に対して左右方向内側に蛇腹状に膨張して展開するものとしてもよい。この幅調節用エアセル91とエアセル7は、独立系統としてバルブ5bに接続されている。

Claims (16)
- 被施療者の身体部位に擦りマッサージを施す対の擦り部と、該擦り部を駆動する擦り駆動部と、を有する擦りユニットを備えたマッサージ機において、
前記擦り部は、
前記身体部位の両側方に配置され、該身体部位の側面に沿う方向へ往復動する対の第1擦り部と、
前記身体部位の背面に配置され、該身体部位の背面に沿う方向及び該背面と交差する方向へ往復動する対の第2擦り部と、
を有していることを特徴とするマッサージ機。 - 被施療者の身体部位に擦りマッサージを施す擦り部と、該擦り部を駆動する擦り駆動部と、を有する擦りユニットを備えたマッサージ機において、
前記擦り部は、対の外側擦り部と、該対の外側擦り部間に配置される中間擦り部と、を有し、
前記外側擦り部、及び前記中間擦り部は、
前記身体部位の側方に配置され、前記身体部位の側面に沿う方向へ往復動する第1擦り部と、
前記身体部位の背面に沿う方向及び該背面と交差する方向へ往復動する第2擦り部と、
を有していることを特徴とするマッサージ機。 - 前記第1擦り部と前記第2擦り部は一体に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記第1擦り部と前記第2擦り部は一体に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記対の擦り部は、互いに異なる位相で往復動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記外側擦り部と前記中間擦り部は、互いに異なる位相で往復動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記擦り部は、前記第1擦り部の内側面に配置されて前記身体部位をマッサージするマッサージ部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記擦り部は、前記第1擦り部の内側面に配置されて前記身体部位をマッサージするマッサージ部を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記マッサージ部は、前記身体部位を押圧すべくエアの給排気により膨縮するエアセルであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記マッサージ部は、前記身体部位を押圧すべくエアの給排気により膨縮するエアセルであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマッサージ機。
- 前記エアセルは、前記擦り部の往復動の間に膨縮可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマッサージ機。
