Abstract
L'invention concerne un modèle d'appareil portable de télécommunications doté d'un microscope numérique intégré, un appareil photographique et une caméra vidéo. Les échantillons à analyser sont déposés sur une lame qui sera introduite dans l'appareil grâce à une fente prévue à cet effet. L'appareil portable de télécommunications comporte également un système de géolocalisation ainsi qu'un logiciel de reconnaissance d'image. L'appareil portable de télécommunications selon l'invention est plus particulièrement destiné à l'identification de vecteurs de maladies comme la Dengue, la Fièvre jaune et la Malaria sur le lieu du prélèvement des larves de moustiques ou en laboratoire, pour une analyse économique, rapide et précise des échantillons prélevés.
Description
APPAREIL PORTABLE DE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AVEC MICROSCOPE NUMERIQUE INTEGRE.
La présente invention concerne un appareil portable de télécommunications doté d'un microscope numérique, d'un appareil photographique et d'une caméra vidéo. Le but de l'invention est l'analyse visuelle d'échantillons de manière rapide et précise ainsi que le stockage des images issues de cette analyse depuis n'importe quel endroit où des études sont réalisées. Cet appareil est également équipé d'un système de géolocalisation et d'un logiciel de reconnaissance d'image afin de faciliter et d'automatiser l'analyse de caractérisation morphologique des éléments étudiés, qu'ils soient d'origine minérale, végétale, animale ou autre ainsi que l'étude de vecteurs de maladies comme la Dengue, la Fièvre jaune ou la Malaria, à travers l'analyse de larves de moustiques et l'identification taxonomique des culicidés faites sur le lieu même du prélèvement ou dans un laboratoire. L'appareil est également connectable à un réseau par un câble de connexion pour le transfert de données vers des appareils comme un micro-ordinateur, un appareil de télévision ou autre.
Dans le cadre de la description de l'invention, l'exemple de la Dengue et de son agent de transmission, le moustique Aedes Aegypti, seront utilisés. Actuellement, le contrôle entomologique se fait par le prélèvement de larves de moustiques, réalisé sur place par des agents de santé ou des personnes formées pour une telle tâche. Les larves de moustiques prélevées sont ensuite transmises à un laboratoire pour y être analysées avec des microscopes conventionnels de manière à obtenir une identification précise de l'espèce à laquelle appartient chaque larve prélevée.
Dans le même temps, une estimation des populations de moustiques pouvant infester chaque lieu de prélèvement après la période larvaire est réalisée. A partir de l'identification et du comptage des espèces, un degré de risque d'épidémie est obtenu. Après cette
définition, les techniciens déterminent les actions qui devront être prises pour empêcher la déclaration de la maladie, qui n'est possible qu'en brisant la chaine de transmission, c'est-à-dire en éliminant les moustiques sur le lieu de leur reproduction.
Un des grands problèmes de ce mode d'analyse réside dans la grande différence entre le moment du prélèvement et celui de l'identification et du comptage des espèces, et le cycle de vie du moustique. Il faut dix jours en moyenne au moustique Aedes Aegypti pour passer de la phase œuf à la phase adulte, le moustique Aedes Aegypti commençant à s'accoupler et à se reproduire dès les premier et deuxième jours de la vie adulte. Le temps de traitement des données collectées étant généralement supérieur au cycle de reproduction du moustique, il peut y avoir infestation et déclaration de l'épidémie de Dengue avant même d'avoir les résultats des études menées en laboratoire qui servent à définir les mesures de prévention de la maladie. Ainsi, les actions de prévention sont souvent prises après l'éclosion des premières générations de moustiques, rendant possible la déclaration de la maladie.
La présente invention remédie à ces inconvénients en augmentant l'efficacité du système de prévention et de lutte contre la maladie grâce à l'étude et l'analyse microscopique sur le lieu même du prélèvement ou en laboratoire, à travers l'intégration d'un appareil portable de télécommunications, d'un microscope numérique, d'un appareil photographique, d'une caméra vidéo, d'une capacité de capture et de stockage d'images ainsi que d'un dispositif de géolocalisation, pour géolocaliser le lieu du prélèvement des éléments analysés.
L'invention a pour objet un appareil portable de télécommunications avec microscope numérique intégré fonctionnant de manière identique aux appareils conventionnels mais également comme un équipement d'analyse visuelle microscopique d'échantillons sur le lieu du prélèvement ou à n'importe quel autre endroit.
Avantageusement, l'appareil portable de télécommunications comporte un appareil photographique et une caméra vidéo intégrés de manière à photographier et filmer les échantillons analysés. Avantageusement, l'appareil portable de télécommunications comporte une fente pour l'introduction de la lame ou un dispositif similaire de manière à introduire une lame de support pour échantillon similaire à une lame conventionnelle utilisée avec des microscopes conventionnels dans le but d'agrandir l'image de l'échantillon grâce au microscope numérique, de l'afficher sur l'écran et de la stocker dans la mémoire de l'appareil portable de télécommunications. Avantageusement, l'appareil portable de télécommunications comporte un système de géolocalisation intégré, pour l'obtention et le stockage des coordonnées géographiques du lieu du prélèvement des échantillons. Avantageusement, l'appareil portable de télécommunications dispose d'un logiciel de reconnaissance d'image pour analyser les échantillons par comparaison avec des images standard prédéfinies. Avantageusement, l'appareil portable de télécommunications est connectable à un réseau par un câble de connexion pour le transfert de données vers des appareils comme un micro-ordinateur, un appareil de télévision ou autre.
Le dessin annexé illustre l'invention : la figure 1 représente la vue générale schématique de l'appareil portable de télécommunications avec microscope numérique intégré.
En référence à ce dessin, l'invention comprend un appareil portable de télécommunications (1) doté d'un clavier multifonctionnel (2) avec lequel l'utilisateur contrôle et active les fonctions de l'appareil, d'un écran (3) pour la visualisation des images observées, ainsi que des messages, notifications et autres liés à l'utilisation de l'appareil, d'une lame de support pour échantillon (4) similaire à une lame conventionnelle utilisée avec des microscopes conventionnels et sur laquelle l'échantillon à analyser est déposé, d'une fente pour l'introduction de la lame (5) pour introduction de la lame dans l'appareil
pour analyse, d'un microscope numérique (6) intégré à l'appareil dont la fonction est d'agrandir l'image de l'échantillon déposé sur la lame et introduit dans l'appareil, d'un appareil photographique et d'une caméra vidéo (7) pour la capture d'images agrandies par le microscope (6) et d'un système de géolocalisation (8) pour l'identification des coordonnées géographiques du lieu de prélèvement de l'échantillon.
L'appareil portable de télécommunications (1) fonctionne de manière identique aux appareils conventionnels mais également comme un équipement d'analyse visuelle microscopique d'échantillons sur le lieu même du prélèvement ou à n'importe quel autre endroit.
Toutes les opérations seront exécutées à partir du clavier multifonctionnel (2) qui contrôle et actionne l'ensemble du système.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif se base sur Y introduction de la lame de support pour échantillon (4), sur laquelle l'échantillon a été préalablement déposé, dans la fente pour l'introduction de la lame (5) pour agrandissement de l'image par le microscope numérique intégré (6). L'image est visualisable sur l'écran (3), stockable sur la mémoire de l'appareil portable de télécommunications (1), photographiable ou filmable respectivement par l'appareil photographique intégré et la caméra vidéo intégrée (7), transmis sible vers d'autres appareils, notamment à travers le réseau Internet, pour n'importe quelle opération nécessaire, comme la vérification de la précision de l'analyse faite par l'utilisateur de l'appareil.
L'appareil portable de télécommunications (1) est de plus équipé d'un système de géolocalisation (8) pour identifier et enregistrer les coordonnées géographiques du local de prélèvement des échantillons ou de n'importe quelle autre donnée susceptible d'être géolocalisée.
L'appareil portable de télécommunications (1) est équipé d'un logiciel de reconnaissance d'image, pour analyser les échantillons par comparaison avec des images standard prédéfinies, afin de reconnaitre

les larves de Aedes Aegypti, par exemple, de manière simplifiée et plus rapide.
L'invention exposée dans le présent document offre une série d'avantages sur les dispositifs actuels en offrant facilité d'utilisation, rapidité et efficacité ainsi que des économies de fonctionnement pour les utilisateurs en général et plus particulièrement pour le secteur de la Santé et l'environnement, car son utilisation pourra éviter la déclaration de maladies, comme la Dengue par exemple, grâce à la rapidité et à la précision lors de l'identification des vecteurs de transmission de ces maladies, dans le but de mettre en place des mesures sanitaires adaptées afin d'empêcher la reproduction des moustiques identifiés comme vecteurs de transmission.
Claims
REVENDICATIONS
1) Appareil portable de télécommunications avec microscope numérique intégré caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un appareil portable de télécommunications avec un microscope numérique (6) fonctionnant de manière identique aux appareils conventionnels mais également comme un équipement d'analyse visuelle microscopique d'échantillons sur le lieu du prélèvement ou à n'importe quel autre endroit, en ce qu'il comporte un appareil photographique et une caméra vidéo (7) de manière à photographier et filmer les échantillons analysés, ainsi qu'une fente pour l'introduction de la lame (5) ou un dispositif similaire de manière à introduire une lame de support pour échantillon (4) similaire à une lame conventionnelle utilisée avec des microscopes conventionnels dans le but d'agrandir l'image de l'échantillon grâce au microscope numérique (6), de l'afficher sur l'écran (3) et de la stocker dans la mémoire de l'appareil portable de télécommunications (1).
2) Appareil portable de télécommunications selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un système de géolocalisation intégré (8), pour l'obtention et le stockage des coordonnées géographiques du lieu du prélèvement des échantillons.
3) Appareil portable de télécommunications selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il dispose d'un logiciel de reconnaissance d'image pour analyser les échantillons par comparaison avec des images standard prédéfinies.
4) Appareil portable de télécommunications selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3 caractérisé en ce qu'il est connectable à un réseau par un câble de connexion pour le transfert de données vers des appareils comme un micro-ordinateur, un appareil de télévision ou autre.
