CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓNFIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is developed in the field of toilets, which are intended to dislodge solid or liquid waste into the sewer system, leaving the device clean for the next cycle. Particularly, the present invention reveals a novel sanitary by gravity and mega low consumption, which does not require special attachments, since its components and specific configuration are sufficient to produce an efficient discharge of body wastes with a low amount of water.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is well known in the state of the art that there is currently a growing concern in the world for water consumption, due to the high demand for drinking water by the growing world population, the deterioration of water sources and the contamination of water Water.
Particularly, sanitary devices or systems require water as an input for its operation, and therefore, it is essential to develop new products that are more efficient in the use of water using less water per cycle.
In this order of ideas, the evolution in terms of new sanitary developments in the world is remarkable, given that it has been passed through toilets with an average consumption of 1.3 liters (3.5 gallons) at the beginning of the 90s until today, where Conventional toilets are on average low consumption 6 liters (1.6 gallons); and some other toilets are efficient (known as ultra low consumption toilets) which use an average of 4.85 liters (1.28 gallons). There are some products on the world market that offer a lower consumption than a conventional toilet, but in these cases it is used, either an assisted pressure system for waste disposal or some special attachment in gravity systems to achieve this goal. (for example, special mechanical accessories, such as sanitary ware for airplanes). In this way, it has been a challenge for all manufacturers of these products to make a sanitary by gravity and without special attachments for their operation siphonically evacuated, ensuring the efficient disposal of waste and at the same time guaranteeing the washing of the well, the restoration of the hydraulic seal and compliance with the most demanding performance standards with a volume of water less than 4.85 liters (1.28 gallons).
With respect to conventional toilets, these are composed of two basic parts, a cup and a tank or tank containing conventional water flow devices; For some models this tank or tank can be integrated into the cup in one piece.
The way these conventional toilets work is due to the fact that the water contained in the tank is regulated by a device called "tank taps" composed of an "inlet valve" and an "outlet valve", which regulate the amount of filling (water level in the tank or cistern) and the amount of water to be delivered to the cup respectively for a correct dosage. After the water supply and the water level in the tank or tank have been guaranteed, the seal is operated with the actuator lever of the tank, or for some models with an actuator button, the water passes through the ring and also for some models through channels that go directly to the entrance of the siphon called "jet" or impeller jet. This water drags the debris contained in the well of the cup by the effect of the jets of washing of the ring and of the "jet" by the siphon of the cup towards the drain pipe. The toilets can be siphon or non-siphon. For the siphon toilets, when the siphon is filled with water by the effect of the jets, a physical effect of emptying is generated and by the effect of the communicating vessels, the water contained in the well is pulled, and therefore it is evacuated more efficiently of the cup
With regard to pressure-assisted toilets, some models are composed of two parts, a cup and a tank or tank containing a special water flow device, and this tank or tank can be integrated into the cup in one piece. Other models do not carry a tank or tank and use a flow device that directly takes the flow and pressure of the water from the network for operation.
For the models with tank or tank its operation is due to the fact that the water is contained in a special tank that takes advantage of the pressure of the network and is equalized to deliver it under pressure to the cup, to then be sent through the ring and through channels special towards the jet jet and thus pushing the waste at high speed towards the siphon, and therefore, towards the drain pipes. Usually, these cups are not siphonic and depend on minimum pressures in the water network (25 pounds (1 1.34 kg)). For models that do not carry a tank or tank, they use a flow or faucet device called a "Flushometer", which takes the flow and water pressure of the network with a diameter of 5.08 cm (2 inches) for operation.
The disadvantages of these pressure-assisted toilets are that they are excessively expensive due to the high cost of the faucet; require a minimum pressure of 1.34 kg (25 pounds) for operation, with pressure devices. Working with pressurized water is noisier when operating the toilet. "Flushometer" toilets require 5.08 cm (2 inch) water networks that are not standard for residential use.
Therefore, it is clear that there is still an urgent need in the state of the art for a novel gravity sanitary system that siphonically evacuates waste, guaranteeing the washing of the well, restoring the hydraulic seal with only 1 gallon (3.8 liters). ) of water and without special attachments for its operation. In the world market there is no toilet that consumes 3.8 liters (1 gallon) assisted by gravity, since lowering water consumption makes it more difficult to guarantee performance and comply with standards. The only toilets on the market that offer this mega low water consumption 3.8 liters (1 gallon) are pressure assisted, which are expensive for the cost of the special faucet they require, and are not attractive to the general public.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓNDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
To overcome the inconveniences of conventional toilets, whether by gravity or pressure-assisted, the inventor of the present invention managed to develop a novel sanitary system capable of achieving an additional water saving of 37.5% compared to conventional low-level toilets consumption (1.6 gallons / 6 liters) and 71.4% when compared to a conventional sanitary of previous generation (discharge of 13 liters), since it was possible to reduce its water consumption to 3.8 liters (1 gallon) maintaining a high performance according to the highest standards of international standards.
To achieve this and other purposes, the present invention provides in a first embodiment, a gravity sanitary system comprising a main body configured by a water storage tank (1) and a cup (2) arranged on a support base, characterized in that the storage tank comprises an inlet valve (1.1) for the water supply with which a water pressure column of two hundred and twenty millimeters (220 mm) is guaranteed, and an actuator (1.2) that lifts the seal of an outlet valve (1.3) that allows water to flow to the cup (2) in two paths, one of the paths runs through the cup (2) in its upper portion surrounding a ring (2.1) that exhibits in its lower part a series of holes washing (2.2) separated from each other and arranged along its lower internal surface in an inclined manner, the second path at the end of the outlet valve (1.3) runs through the jet channel (2.3) that channels the outlet water into a elongated siphon (2.4) that has smooth curved edges, where said siphon (2.4) travels down the cup (2) downwardly as a ramp in a first path (A) and then surrounds it in its lower part passing through the well arranged in the middle part of the cup (2), to subsequently ascend as a ramp in inclination towards the back of the cup (2) in a second path (B) until ending in a rounded corner, to descend again in a third path (C) towards p lower art of the sanitary system in the form of a slightly curved straight section until reaching a corner and ending in a path (D) that leads to the drainage system.
Thus, for the development of the product of the present invention there was the challenge of working two variables that generally collide in the design of sanitary equipment: mega low water consumption and performance (waste disposal capacity) of the sanitary. To achieve the right balance between these two objectives, three basic elements were worked:
It was based on the premise of energy by weight of available water (approximately 3 kilograms) to be discharged from the tank to the cup. To achieve a better use of this energy, a 3-inch (7.62 cm) diameter discharge valve was used, which offers one hundred twenty-five (125%) more flow area than conventional 2-inch discharge valves ( 5.08 cm) To guarantee an effective free fall of this force, the water channels were optimized, minimizing all kinds of shocks and abrupt changes of direction, so that the force of the water towards the jet jet and towards the orifices of the jet was maximized. washed. The latter were also designed with a special inclination and distribution that allows to maximize the washing of the well walls with very few jets and little water in them (about 15% of the total water used in the discharge). Finally, the remaining energy (85% of the water volume) was applied to the "jet" jet channel to achieve optimum efficiency in the waste material and siphon feed. Well geometry.
The shape of the well was changed to an elongated funnel type that ensures that the size of the water mirror covers the areas where the user falls solid and liquid waste. The siphon inlet and the "jet" impeller jet were also strategically located to accommodate the solid waste material in it, and thus direct it more effectively to the siphon by the effect of the water force of the "jet" impeller jet for evacuation .
The geometry of the siphon was changed so that it had fewer brakes and handled a large flow of water to facilitate the rapid passage of water and waste material outward without losing its siphon effect. For this, the siphon starts with a ramp with a low slope that facilitates the entry of water at high speed and flow; later it presents a flat landfill in spite of the external circular appearance of the siphon to facilitate the faster overflow of the water that will flood the siphon in its descending section. After the landfill, the geometry of the siphon has a very open curve to avoid brakes that return the waste material and facilitate the rotation of the large flow of water. Finally, it presents a large straight section that its function is to generate the effect of pulling the water and waste material that is in the well when it is filled and by the action of the communicating vessels, and at the beginning of the siphon for a total and effective evacuation of water with solid and liquid waste.
El desempeño en cuanto a capacidad de evacuación de material sólido es alrededor de 1000 gr de MISO - prueba de Veritec Consulting Inc. (estándar internacionalmente aceptado en la industria de aparatos sanitarios)Currently there is no gravity sanitary on the world market that consumes 3.8 liters (1 gallon) of water, since when water consumption is reduced it becomes more difficult to guarantee the performance in the evacuation of the material and to comply with national regulatory specifications and International The only 3.8-liter (1 gallon) toilets on the market are pressure-assisted, which increase the total cost and are not attractive to customers because of the cost of the special faucet they require. There is no product of local or international competition that offers the set of benefits presented by this product (3-inch (7.62 cm) valve system, siphonic, closed ring and mega low water consumption). The performance in terms of solid material evacuation capacity is around 1000 gr of MISO - Veritec Consulting Inc. test (internationally accepted standard in the sanitary equipment industry)

These could vary in size, location, layout, angle, without affecting the performance of the toilet. The important aspect is that these holes fulfill the function of delivering approximately 15% of the water to wash the well and move the load towards the siphon.
Jet Channel Impeller "Jet": Its function is to channel the water effectively to the entrance of the siphon without sudden changes of direction or restrictions. (This channel could vary in size and route, without affecting the performance of the toilet). The material does not influence the result, if not its shape and dimensions, which make it a toilet of 3.8 liters (1 gallon).
ENSAMBLE DEL SANITARIO Y FUNCIONAMIENTOSANITARY AND OPERATION ASSEMBLY
The assembly of the faucet in the tank can be carried out in a conventional manner, according to industry standards. The installation of the toilet in the bathroom can be carried out in a conventional manner, as illustrated, for example, in Instruction 279050 Generic Sanitary Ware in Spanish.
The sanitary of the present invention operates under the concept of gravity-assisted symphonic sanitary, as seen in Figure 7. After correctly assembling the tank taps, the tank and the cup are correctly assembled, in suitable facilities according to standard, the water level in the tank and the water mirror in the cup well are adjusted; the water is discharged by operating the button that lifts the seal of the outlet valve in the tank, which allows the passage of approximately 3 liters of water from the tank to a first chamber in the specially designed ring with a descending ramp to direct approximately 85% of the water to the "jet" impeller channel, without loss of energy in a large free fall (in conventional toilets, this chamber has a flat ramp that causes energy loss); the other 15% is directed towards the ring channel for washing the well through the washing holes, which also fulfill the function of directing the waste towards the entrance of the siphon. While the above happens, the water that travels at high flow and speed through the jet channel to the exit of the jet, pushes the load and the water contained in the well to the entrance of the siphon, continuing on an ascent by it towards the landfill (highest point of the siphon at the end of the ramp), the ramp has a very low slope compared to conventional toilets, as illustrated in comparative figures 8a and 8b). After arriving at the landfill, the water is thrown quickly from the landfill, specially designed (flat at the lowest point of overflow, which in conventional toilets is round) to facilitate faster and greater rotation of the water with the material of waste. This large flow of water continues its journey, keeping the entire area of the siphon full until it reaches the exit of the cup; along this route there are no strong changes of direction that cause loss of continuity of the flow and that is why this amount or volume of water is achieved in combination with the jet jet, all the material and contaminated water of the well to the outside, as illustrated in Figure 7. The cycle is broken when the water supply is finished from the jet jet, a few moments before the well is completely vacated, which guarantees a total change of contaminated water. Therefore, the water remaining in the well has a very high dilution percentage of 80%, which improves to 99% when tap water arrives in the process of filling the tank through the well filling hose.
In summary, the sanitary of the present invention works taking advantage of a high-speed water flow, effectively channeled to the well and siphon, which fills the entire siphon, guaranteeing the siphon effect that complements the effective evacuation of water and waste. The above is possible thanks to an outlet valve that is 125% higher than that of a conventional toilet; the effectively directed "jet" drive jet channel; the power of the jet jet, the low slope of the first section of the siphon; the flat overflow of the landfill; and the great final section of the siphon with a geometry without brakes.
