径許容機構30の作動状態の他の一例、例えば作動例2について、図4及び図5を用いて説明する。
このとき、第2フラップ部材80が、ねじりコイルバネ60(付勢手段)のばね力により、カップCの外周に弾性的に当接することで、カップ挿入部21中でのカップCのガタ付きを防止する。
(作動例3)
径許容機構30の作動状態の異なる一例、例えば作動例2について、図6及び図7を用いて説明する。
くびれ部aの有るカップCをカップ挿入部21に挿入すると、図示しないが、くびれ部aの無い部分の外周に押されて、第1フラップ部材70が、ねじりコイルバネ60(付勢手段)のばね力に抗して引っ込こむ。そして、くびれ部aと、第1フラップ部材70とが一致した位置では、第1フラップ部材70が、ねじりコイルバネ60(付勢手段)のばね復元力により、一旦、突出する。
逆に、くびれ部aの有るカップCをカップ挿入部21に引き抜くと、くびれ部aと、第1フラップ部材70とが一致した位置では、図示しないが、第1フラップ部材70が、ねじりコイルバネ60(付勢手段)のばね復元力により、一旦、突出する。
カップCを更に強い力で引き抜くと、第1、第2フラップ部材70,80が、図6及び図7に示すように、上方に回転することで、突出した第1フラップ部材70が、カップCのくびれ部aから逃げるようにして外れる。

Claims (4)
- カップホルダーに固定され、当該カップホルダーのカップ挿入部に臨む開口部を有するベースと、
前記ベースの前記開口部から出入り可能に支持され、前記カップ挿入部内に突出して当該カップ挿入部に挿入されたカップの外周に当接する当接部材と、
前記ベースと前記当接部材との間に配置され、前記当接部材を前記開口部から突出する方向に付勢するための付勢手段とを備えるカップホルダー用の径許容機構において、
前記当接部材には、
前記ベースの前記開口部から出入り可能に支持され、前記カップ挿入部に臨む突出口を有する中空な第1フラップ部材と、
前記第1フラップ部材の中空部内にはまり込むととともに、前記突出口から出入り可能に支持され、前記突出口から突出して前記カップ挿入部に挿入されたカップの外周に当接する第2フラップ部材とを少なくとも備えていることを特徴とするカップホルダー用の径許容機構。 - 請求項1に記載のカップホルダー用の径許容機構であって、
前記付勢手段は、
1本のねじりコイルバネから構成し、
当該ねじりコイルバネの一端部を、前記ベースに当接させ、他端部を第2フラップ部材に当接させていることを特徴とするカップホルダー用の径許容機構。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のカップホルダー用の径許容機構であって、
前記当接部材及び前記付勢手段は、
前記ベースに対して組み付けられてユニット化されていることを特徴とするカップホルダー用の径許容機構。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のカップホルダー用の径許容機構であって、
当該径許容機構が組み付けられていることを特徴とする径許容機構を有するカップホルダー。
