媒染剂和包含它的染发产品
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品工业技术领域, 具体涉及一种用于染发产品的 媒染剂, 本发明还涉及包括所述媒染剂的染发产品, 特别是包括所述 媒染剂的非氧化永久型的天然染黑剂。 背景技术
目前, 市场上销售的染发产品绝大部分是以巯基乙酸为渗透剂、 对苯二胺等芳香胺类化合物作为染料以及过氧化氢作为氧化剂的氧化 型染发产品。 大量研究和报道证明, 巯基乙酸、 对苯二胺类化合物以 及过氧化氢等组分均具有一定的毒性和致敏性。 因此, 开发安全性高 的染发产品愈来愈引起了人们的关注。 近年来市场上出现不少天然染 发产品, 但这类产品分别存在以下两个问题, 一是一些所谓 "纯天然" 或"有机,,的染发产品中不过是添加了一些植物性的概念成分, 同样含 有害化学物质对苯二胺等, 长期使用仍存在较大副作用; 二是由于天 然染发成分分子较大, 不易上色和维持颜色鲜明, 因此其染发效果、 产品稳定性以及使用方便性上仍有许多不如人意之处。 另外, 文献报 导的不少天然染发产品, 例如 CN1401310A (中国专利申请号 Oil27328.3,公开日)和 CN1593375A (中国专利申请号 200410009258.4, 公开日 2005-03-16)中提到的天然染发产品, 按照其实施例中提到的制 备和使用方法, 发现它们这些天然染发产品的染发特别是白发染黑的 效果较差, 并且其媒染剂部分的稳定性差, 导致最终形成的产品中游 离的铁离子浓度低, 影响产品特别是货架期内产品的染发效果, 而且 这些产品在染发前及染发过程中均需多次洗发以及多次涂抹, 便利性 欠佳。 因此, 开发安全、 染发效果好、 稳定性好和使用便利的纯天然 染发产品势在必行。 发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种非氧化永久型的天然染发产品特别是染 黑产品, 本发明人发现一种具有特定组成的组合物具有令人满意的染 发效果, 本发明基于上述发现而得以完成。

1、 一种用于染发产品的媒染剂, 其包含有效量的亚铁盐、 和抗氧 剂。

本发明的目的是提供一种非氧化永久型的天然染发产品特别是染 黑产品, 该天然染发产品不仅安全无刺激, 染发色度和牢固度好, 而且 产品稳定性和使用便利性均良好。本发明人发现,采用二价铁盐作为媒 染剂的活性成分可以获得稳定的媒染剂;还发现使用天然存在子鞣质中 的没食子酸作为染料不但安全性好,而且与铁离子在头发中形成的络合 物可使头发达到良好的染发色度和牢固度。 为此, 本发明首先提供了一 种用于染发产品的媒染剂, 其具有稳定性良好的特点; 本发明还提供了 一种包括上述媒染剂的染发产品。
没食子酸为鞣质类可水解鞣质的单体, 天然存在于鞣质中, 其结构 式为:

分子量为 170.12, 在医药中被用作收敛剂和止血剂。 没食子酸的外观为 白色或淡黄色针状结晶粉末, 由于分子中具有多个邻位酚羟基的结构, 可以作为一种多羟基配体与铁离子发生络合反应生成黑色稳定致密的 螯合物——没食子酸铁。根据本发明,还可以使用没食子酸酯类化合物, 该没食子酸酯类化合物是由没食子酸的羧基形成酯结构的化合物。
一般情况下, 头发外层覆盖了由多层角蛋白构成的毛鳞片, 没食 子酸和金属离子的渗透效果差, 本发明的一个实例中, 可以用乙酰半 胱氨酸作为二硫键还原剂 (有时也可称为 "渗透剂 "), 将头发角质层角 蛋白的 -S-S-还原成 -SH, 使头发软化, 张力松弛, 毛鳞片在一定程度 上被打开, 亚铁离子渗透进入头发内部的皮质层和髓质层, 并借助空 气氧化形成铁离子, 从而与渗透进入头发内部的没食子酸络合形成黑 色的染料大分子

本发明提供的媒染剂以及包括该媒染剂的染发产品不含巯基乙 酸、 对苯二胺等芳香胺类化合物以及过氧化氢, 安全无刺激, 不存在 潜在致癌的可能性。 研究结果表明, 应用于白发者, 致敏率为 0%; 染发后头发呈现自然黑色, 并可保持 45天左右不褪色。 此外, 本发明 媒染剂以亚铁离子作为媒染剂活性物, 保证了产品的稳定性以及货架 期内使用的染发效果。 而且, 本发明的染发产品在软化剂和染料剂中 可以分别添加洗发和护发的成分,在染发过程中可以不需要多次洗发, 因此,使用本发明染发产品所染过的头发, 不仅染发色度和牢固度好, 自然光亮, 而且产品稳定性和使用便利性均非常好。 具体实施方式

2)媒染剂部分 (或称为第二组分, 按总量 100g配制): 将十六 /十八 醇 5g, 鲸蜡硬脂醇醚 -6为 5g, 尼泊金甲酯 0.25g, 尼泊金丙酯 0.15g, 硫酸亚铁 5g, 半胱氨酸盐酸盐 0.5g充分混合均匀, 然后加入余量的去 离子水, 混合搅拌均匀, 制成膏剂。

发束色度: 染后头发经色度仪检测, 同时肉 B艮观察。
发束牢固度: 染后头发放置于日光下照射,考察其耐日光牢固度; 染后头发用市售洗发水洗涤, 考察其耐洗涤牢固度。
制剂稳定性: 将试样贮存于 45'C 的烘箱中两周, 取出再贮存于
-10°C 的水箱中, 两周后观察试样状态并进行染发试验。
2)试验结果:
分别按照实施例 1、对照例 1、对照例 2的使用方法进行染发并考 察三个制剂的稳定性:
实施例 1染发产品的发束染发结果为: 色度仪测定结果为黑色, 肉眼观察为黑色; 牢固度实验结果表明, 日光下照射 45天, 经 45次 洗涤不褪色。 软化剂、 媒染剂和染料剂三部分均进行稳定性实验, 其 外观在稳定性实验考察前后无明显变化; 且染发结果前后一致。
对照例 1染发产品的发束染发结果为:色度仪测定结果为非黑色, 偏黄色, 肉眼观察为黄色; 牢固度实验结果表明, 日光下照射 10天褪 色, 经 5次洗涤褪色。 软化剂、 媒染剂和染料剂三部分均进行稳定性 实验, 软化剂和染料剂外观在稳定性实验考察前后无明显变化, 媒染 剂部分因使用三价铁为活性物, 该剂中有沉淀产生, 随着时间的推移, 沉淀变多, 颜色变深; 染发结果为浅黄色。
对照例 2染发产品的发束染发结果为:色度仪测定结果为非黑色, 偏兰色, 肉眼观察为浅紫色; 牢固度实脸结果表明, 日光下照射 10 天褪色, 经 10次洗涤褪色。 软化剂、媒染剂和染料剂三部分均进行稳 定性实验, 软化剂和染料剂外观在稳定性实猃考察前后无明显变化, 媒染剂部分因使用三价铁为活性物, 该剂中有沉淀产生, 随着时间的 推移, 沉淀变多, 颜色变深; 染发结果为更浅的紫色。 另外, 将本发明实施例 1的染发产品应用于白发者, 结果显示, 染发后头发呈现自然黑色,并可保持 45天左右不褪色,致敏率为 0%。
本发明人还发现, 本发明其它实施例制备的样品根据以上试验例 1 的方法进行试验, 同样获得了令人满意的、 与实施例 1样品类似的 结果,

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用于染发产品的媒染剂, 其包含有效量的亚铁盐、 和抗氧 剂。
2、 权利要求 1的媒染剂, 其中所述的亚铁盐选自硫酸亚铁、 氯化亚 铁、 硝酸亚铁、 葡萄糖酸亚铁、 乳酸亚铁、 富马酸亚铁。
3、 权利要求 2的媒染剂, 其中所述的亚铁盐占所述媒染剂总重量的 0.5 ~ 10% (重量)。
4、 权利要求 1的媒染剂, 其中所述的抗氧剂选自抗坏血酸或其盐、 半胱氨酸或其衍生物及其盐, 例如抗坏血酸、 抗坏血酸钠、 半胱氨酸、 盐酸半胱氨酸、 N-乙酰半胱氨酸、 还原型谷胱甘肽, 例如 D-半胱氨酸、 L-半胱氨酸、 DL-半胱氨酸、 N-乙酰半胱氨酸、 及其盐。
5、 权利要求 4的媒染剂, 其中所述的抗氧剂占所述媒染剂总重量的 0.1~2% (重量)。
6、 权利要求 1至 5任一项的媒染剂, 其还包含选自以下的一种或多 种成分: 水、 促渗透剂、 增稠剂、 和防腐剂。
7、 一种染发产品, 其包括软化剂、 染料剂、 和权利要求 1 至 6 任一项的媒染剂三个部分。
8、 权利要求 7的染发产品,其中所述的染料剂部分包含有效量的 染料活性物和任选的水。
9、 权利要求 8的染发产品,其中所述染料剂部分中的染料活性物 选自没食子酸及其盐或酯中的一种或多种的任意组合, 例如选自没食 子酸和没食子酸的曱酯、 乙酯、 或丙酯。
10、 权利要求 9的染发产品,其中所述染料剂部分中的染料活性物 占所述染料剂部分总重量的 0.5 ~ 15% (重量)。
11、 权利要求 8的染发产品, 其中所述的染料剂部分还包含选自以 下的一种或多种成分: 稳定剂、 促渗透剂、 和增稠剂。
12、 权利要求 7至 11任一项的染发产品, 其中所述的软化剂部分 包含有效量的二硫键还原剂、 和碱化剂。
13、 权利要求 12的染发产品, 其特征在于:
i)所述软化剂部分中的二硫键还原剂选自半胱氨酸或其衍生物以 及它们的盐、 乙酰半胱氨酸或其衍生物以及它们的盐、 亚硫酸盐、 亚 硫酸氢盐中的一种或多种的任意组合;
ii)所述软化剂部分中的碱化剂是一种或多种任意组合的选自以下 的碱化剂: 鸟氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、氨水、 乙醇胺类 (例如单乙醇胺、 二乙醇胺、 三乙醇胺)、 烷基醇酰胺、 或含碳酸盐的组合物; 和 /或
iii)所述的软化剂部分还包含选自以下的一种或多种成分: 水、 促 渗透剂、 和增稠剂。
14、 权利要求 7至 13任一项的染发产品, 其还包括包含使用该染发产 品的方法的信息材料。
15、 权利要求 14的染发产品, 其中所述的信息材料至少包括以下信 a)将所述的软化剂涂抹在毛发上对毛发进行处理的步骤; 和 b)以任意的顺序将所述的媒染剂和染料剂先后涂抹在毛发上对毛 发进行处理的步骤。
16、 权利要求 14的染发产品, 其中所述的信息材料至少包括以下 i 至 iii中的至少一项信息:
i (1)将所述的软化剂涂抹在毛发上对毛发进行处理的步骤, 和 (2)将所述的媒染剂和染料剂在使用前混合后再涂抹在毛发上对毛发进 行处理的步骤; 或者
ϋ (1)将所述的软化剂与所述媒染剂在使用前混合后再涂抹在毛 发上对毛发进行处理的步骤, 和 (2)将所述的染料剂涂抹在毛发上对毛 发进行处理的步骤; 或者
iii(l)将所述的软化剂与所述染料剂在使用前混合后再涂抹在毛发 上对毛发进行处理的步骤, 和 (2)将所述的媒染剂涂抹在毛发上对毛发 进行处理的步骤。
17、 一种染料剂, 其包含有效量的染料活性物, 以及任选的选自以 下的一种或多种成分: 水、 稳定剂、 促渗透剂、 和增稠剂。
18、 权利要求 17的染料剂, 其中所述染料活性物选自没食子酸及 其盐或酯中的一种或多种的任意组合, 例如选自没食子酸和没食子酸 的曱酯、 乙酯、 或丙酯。
19、 使用权利要求 7至 16任一项所述的染发产品进行染发的方法, 其包括
a)将所述的软化剂涂抹在毛发上对毛发进行处理的步骤; 和
b)以任意的顺序将所述的媒染剂和染料剂先后涂抹在毛发上对毛 发进行处理的步骤。
20、 使用权利要求 7至 16任一项所述的染发产品进行染发的方法, 其还包括以下 i至 iii中的至少一项的处理步骤:
i (1)将所述的软化剂涂抹在毛发上对毛发进行处理的步骤,和 (2)将所述的媒染剂和染料剂在使用前混合后再涂抹在毛发上对毛发 进行处理的步骤; 或者
ϋ (1)将所述的软化剂与所述媒染剂在使用前混合后再涂抹在 毛发上对毛发进行处理的步骤, 和 (2)将所述的染料剂涂抹在毛发上对 毛发进行处理的步驟; 或者
iii(l)将所述的软化剂与所述染料剂在使用前混合后再涂抹在毛 发上对毛发进行处理的步骤, 和 (2)将所述的媒染剂涂抹在毛发上对毛 发进行处理的步骤。
