Abstract

본 발명은 산업용 건조로 등의 가열장치로 사용되는 적외선램프의 필라멘트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그라파이트 박판에 실리콘 계열의 코팅용액을 코팅하여 적외선램프의 필라멘트를 제조한다. 이렇게 제조한 필라멘트와 이를 이용한 적외선램프는 적외선의 방사가 균일하고, 방사효율이 높으며, 내열성과 내구성이 높고, 전력소모가 적으며, 제조가 어렵지 아니하여 생산성이 높은 효과가 있다. 또, 본 발명은 적외선램프에 필라멘트를 지지 고정하는 센터링 코일을 설치하고 절연을 위한 애자의 구조를 개선하며 상부에 반사막을 설치하여 적외선램프의 성능을 크게 향상시킨 효과가 있다.
