Abstract
Description
ところで、ランプクリップは、シャーシ内の光を有効利用するため、表面を例えば白色などにして光の反射性を高めているのであるが、光を全て反射させることができるわけではなく、いくらかの割合で光がランプクリップを透過し得る。ランプクリップを透過した光は、取付孔を通してシャーシの背面側外部へ漏れ出してしまい、表示品位が低下するなどの問題が生じるおそれがある。
本発明の照明装置は、取付孔を有するシャーシと、前記シャーシ内に配されるランプと、前記取付孔によって前記シャーシに取り付けられるとともに前記ランプを保持可能なランプ保持具とを備え、前記ランプ保持具は、前記シャーシ内に配される本体部と、前記本体部から前記取付孔を通して前記シャーシ外に突出する基部と、前記基部から前記本体部に沿う向きに突出するとともに前記本体部との間で前記取付孔の縁部を挟持可能な挟持部とを含む取付部とを有する一方、前記シャーシは、前記取付孔に対して前記挟持部により挟持される前記縁部とは反対側に隣接する部分を外側へ膨出させることで形成され、前記取付部を受け入れ可能な受入部を有する。
(1)前記ランプ保持具は、前記本体部のうち前記基部に対して前記挟持部側とは反対側に配され、前記受入部内に突出するとともに前記受入部の内面に当接可能な当接部を備える。このようにすれば、受入部内に取付部及び当接部を進入させると、当接部が受入部の内面に当接される。この状態からランプ保持具を挟持部の突出方向へ移動させると、当接部が受入部の内面に摺接されるので、ランプ保持具の移動動作を案内することができる。挟持部と本体部との間に取付孔の縁部が挟持された取付状態でも、当接部が受入部の内面に当接しているので、取り付けたランプ保持具がシャーシに対してがたつくのを抑制することができる。
本発明によれば、漏光を抑制することができる。
本発明の実施形態1を図1から図15によって説明する。
本発明の実施形態2を図16から図22によって説明する。この実施形態2では、第2の当接部45を追加したものを示す。なお、この実施形態2では、上記した実施形態1と同様の部位には、同一の符号を用いるとともにその末尾に添え字Aを付すものとし、構造、作用及び効果について重複する説明は省略する。
本発明の実施形態3を図23から図28によって説明する。この実施形態3では、上記した実施形態2から、第2取付部31Bを変更するとともに、当接部43B及び第2の当接部45Bを一対ずつ設置し、さらに位置決め構造を追加したものを示す。なお、この実施形態3では、上記した実施形態2と同様の部位には、同一の符号を用いるとともにその末尾に添え字Bを付すものとし、構造、作用及び効果について重複する説明は省略する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
Claims (27)
- 取付孔を有するシャーシと、
前記シャーシ内に配されるランプと、
前記取付孔によって前記シャーシに取り付けられるとともに前記ランプを保持可能なランプ保持具とを備え、
前記ランプ保持具は、
前記シャーシ内に配される本体部と、
前記本体部から前記取付孔を通して前記シャーシ外に突出する基部と、前記基部から前記本体部に沿う向きに突出するとともに前記本体部との間で前記取付孔の縁部を挟持可能な挟持部とを含む取付部と、
を有する一方、
前記シャーシは、前記取付孔に対して前記挟持部により挟持される前記縁部とは反対側に隣接する部分を外側へ膨出させることで形成され、前記取付部を受け入れ可能な受入部を有する照明装置。 - 前記ランプ保持具は、前記本体部のうち前記基部に対して前記挟持部側とは反対側に配され、前記受入部内に突出するとともに前記受入部の内面に当接可能な当接部を備える請求の範囲第1項記載の照明装置。
- 前記受入部及び前記当接部は、前記当接部における突出方向に沿った両側面が前記受入部の内面に当接可能となるよう形成されている請求の範囲第2項記載の照明装置。
- 前記当接部における突出方向に沿った両側面と、前記取付部における突出方向に沿った両側面とが略面一状に形成されている請求の範囲第3項記載の照明装置。
- 前記受入部及び前記当接部は、前記当接部における突出端面が前記受入部の内面に当接可能となるよう形成されている請求の範囲第2項から請求の範囲第4項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記受入部は、前記当接部における突出端面が当接した状態で、前記本体部と前記挟持部との間に保有される隙間と、前記取付孔の縁部とが整合するよう形成されている請求の範囲第5項記載の照明装置。
- 前記当接部における突出端面と、前記取付部における突出端面とが略面一状に形成されている請求の範囲第5項または請求の範囲第6項記載の照明装置。
- 前記受入部は、全体として膨出端側にかけて先窄み状に形成されていて、前記シャーシから外向きに立ち上がるとともに前記シャーシに対して傾斜状をなす周壁と、前記周壁の先端に連なる底壁とから構成されている請求の範囲第2項から請求の範囲第7項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記シャーシのうち、前記周壁と前記取付孔とに隣り合う部分には、前記取付孔に連通するスリットが形成されている請求の範囲第8項記載の照明装置。
- 前記スリットは、前記周壁の基端よりも拡張して形成されている請求の範囲第9項記載の照明装置。
- 前記本体部のうち前記基部と前記当接部との間には、第2の当接部が設けられており、
前記第2の当接部は、前記取付孔の内面に対して当接可能とされている請求の範囲第2項から請求の範囲第10項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2の当接部は、その突出端面が前記シャーシの外面と略面一状になるよう形成されている請求の範囲第11項記載の照明装置。
- 前記取付部は、前記挟持部の突出方向について互いに離間した位置に一対設けられるのに対し、前記取付孔及び前記受入部は、それぞれ一対の前記取付部に対応した位置に一対ずつ設けられている請求の範囲第2項から請求の範囲第12項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記本体部における一対の前記取付部の間の位置には、前記取付部とは反対側へ突出する操作部が設けられており、
前記操作部に対して前記挟持部の突出方向側に配される前記取付部に対応して前記当接部が設けられている請求の範囲第13項記載の照明装置。 - 前記操作部に対して前記挟持部の突出方向側に配される前記取付部における前記挟持部の突出端には、前記本体部との間の距離が先端側に向けて連続的に漸次広がるガイド部が設けられている請求の範囲第14項記載の照明装置。
- 前記操作部に対して前記挟持部の突出方向とは反対側に配される前記取付部における前記挟持部には、前記本体部側へ突出する係止部が設けられているのに対し、
前記シャーシのうち、前記係止部を有する前記取付部に対応した前記取付孔から前記挟持部の突出方向へ離間した位置には、前記係止部を係止可能な係止孔が設けられている請求の範囲第15項記載の照明装置。 - 前記係止部を有する前記取付部に対応した前記受入部は、前記シャーシから外向きに立ち上がる周壁と、前記周壁の先端に連なる底壁とから構成され、且つ前記底壁が前記取付孔側に向けて次第に外側に開くよう傾斜状に形成されている請求の範囲第16項記載の照明装置。
- 前記シャーシに対して前記ランプを挟んだ位置に配される光学部材を備えており、
前記操作部は、前記光学部材を支持可能とされる請求の範囲第14項から請求の範囲第17項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記本体部と前記シャーシとには、互いに凹凸嵌合することで、前記本体部に沿う方向について相互を位置決め可能な位置決め構造がそれぞれ設けられている請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第18項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記位置決め構造は、前記本体部に設けられた位置決め凸部と、前記シャーシに設けられ前記位置決め凸部を嵌合可能な位置決め凹部または位置決め孔とから構成される請求の範囲第19項記載の照明装置。
- 前記位置決め構造は、前記取付部が前記受入部内に配された状態では、非嵌合状態とされるのに対し、前記取付部が前記取付孔内に配された状態では、嵌合状態とされる請求の範囲第19項または請求の範囲第20項記載の照明装置。
- 前記取付部における前記挟持部の突出端には、前記本体部との間の距離が先端側に向けて連続的に漸次広がるガイド部が設けられている請求の範囲第21項記載の照明装置。
- 前記本体部のうち前記受入部に対して平面視重畳する部分には、前記受入部よりも幅広な幅広部が設けられている請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第22項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記挟持部は、前記基部から前記本体部に沿って延出する片持ちの板片状をなしている請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第23項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第24項のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置と、前記照明装置からの光を利用して表示を行う表示パネルとを備える表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルは、一対の基板間に液晶を封入してなる液晶パネルとされる請求の範囲第25項記載の表示装置。
- 請求の範囲第25項または請求の範囲第26項に記載された表示装置を備えるテレビ受信装置。
