Abstract

본 발명은 피처리 유체와 접하는 표면에 요철 부분으로 이루어진 반복적인 패턴이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 (i) 한 쪽 표면에 요철 부분으로 이루어진 반복적인 패턴을 갖는 몰드에 고분자 용액을 함침시켜서, 상기 몰드의 패턴 위에 상기 패턴과 역상인 표면 패턴을 갖는 고분자층이 배치된 몰드-고분자층의 적층체를 형성하는 단계; 및 (ii) 상기 몰드-고분자층의 적층체로부터 상기 몰드를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 분리막은 표면에 형성된 패턴으로 인하여 피처리수와 접촉되는 여과 면적이 증가되며 막오염의 원인이 되는 케이크/층이 분리막에 들러붙는 것이 방지되므로 수처리 공정에 적용하는 경우 투과 성능이 현저히 향상된다.
