  • Hearing devices may be provided to a user either individually or as a pair. Some hearing device reside fully within the ear canal, while other hearing devices are held behind the ears and have an extension tube for aural communication between the ear canal and the electronic circuitry contained within the hearing device. Unfortunately, hearing devices can inadvertently fall from the ear and become damaged or lost.

These standards are widely used in mobile or portable devices, as for example in mobile telephones or in personal assistants. Therefore, the term “mobile device” used throughout this description must be understood as one of these commercially available portable devices. However, the term “mobile device” may also mean a customized portable device, which has been developed only for the purpose of the present invention.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de surveiller une liaison (6; 6', 6") entre un dispositif auditif (1; 2) et au moins un autre dispositif (2; 8; 9). Le procédé comprend l'étape qui consiste à surveiller la liaison (6; 6', 6") entre le dispositif auditif (1; 2) et au moins l'autre dispositif (2; 8; 9) et l'étape qui consiste à indiquer une interruption de la liaison (6; 6', 6") à un utilisateur du dispositif auditif. Une interruption de la liaison (6; 6', 6") signifie qu'au moins l'un des dispositifs parmi le dispositif auditif (1;2) et l'autre dispositif (2; 8; 9) est perdu si l'état de la batterie pour tous les dispositifs est suffisamment élevé. L'invention concerne également un système auditif.
