Abstract

Le dispositif selon la présente invention comprend au moins une enveloppe externe (5), sensiblement rigide, tubulaire et plastiquement déformable, dont le diamètre intérieur est supérieur au diamètre extérieur du tuyau souple à cintrer, de sorte que le tuyau souple à cintrer peut être introduit à l'intérieur de ladite enveloppe externe, et un élément filiforme intérieur (4) enroulé en spirale, élastiquement déformable et conçu pour être introduit dans le tuyau élastique à déformer. De plus et afin de réaliser l'accouplement de différents types de raccords au niveau de l'ouverture de l'extrémité libre du conduit tubulaire lorsqu'il est plié, le dispositif comprend un accessoire constitué d'un corps formant base, doté d'un chariot déplaçable à la main et portant le raccord, auquel fait face une mâchoire formée par un demi-corps inférieur fixe et un demi-corps supérieur abaissable, qui comportent des fentes respectives dans lesquelles peuvent s'encastrer des accessoires de guidage respectifs, accessoires de guidage dans lesquels est définie une rainure semi-circulaire qui, à son extrémité opposée à celle faisant face au raccord, présente un élargissement progressif déterminant une surface de révolution de génératrice courbe, présentant un rayon correspondant au rayon de courbure prévu pour la conduite.
