Abstract

Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Transfer einer Substanz aus einem geschlossenen Gebersystem (G) in ein Zielsystem (Z) mit einem Hüllkörper (1) angegeben, innerhalb dessen die Substanz enthalten ist, wobei der Hüllkörper (1) mindestens einen Anschluss (2, 3) an mindestens ein Zielsystem (Z) aufweist. Dabei soll das Zielsystem wählbar und ein Substanztransfer unter Verminderung des Kontaminationsrisikos realisierbar sein. Das Verfahren soll nach zwei Ausgestaltungen das Kontaminationsrisiko beim Transfer der Substanz zu einem lebenden Organismus verringern. Bezüglich der Vorrichtung wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass der Anschluss (2, 3) vom Hüllkörper (1) frei abragt und mit diesem steril verbunden ist. Bezüglich des Verfahrens wird die Aufgabe zum einen dadurch gelöst, dass das freie Ende des Anschlusses unmittelbar vor der Injektion in das Zielsystem perforiert wird und zum anderen dadurch, dass die Substanz über den Anschluss des Gebersystems in ein steril angeschlossenes Infusionsbesteck gelangt, das ein geschlossenes Ziel- und Gebersystem ist, und dass die Substanz von dort aus in das Zielsystem gelangt.
