極低酸素ガスを用い、二酸化炭素を炭素に還元し、二酸化炭素の削減を行う。 二酸化炭素を含む混合ガスの酸素濃度を極低酸素分圧する。極低酸素分圧の二酸化炭素混合ガスを炭素還元装置内で加熱して二酸化炭素を還元し、炭素を取り出す。
