Abstract

 大規模セル内に位置して移動局との間で通信を行なう無線局(例えば小規模基地局)の大規模セル内における位置に依らず、無線局と移動局の間の通信が大規模セルへ及ぼす干渉を抑えながら、無線局と移動局の間に良好な通信品質を提供する。フェムト基地局4は、マクロ基地局3から送信されるパイロット信号の受信電力Pmacroの測定結果に基づいて、上り回線における移動局からの上りデータ送信の送信電力制御に使用される上りデータの目標受信電力RTWP_targetを設定する。具体的には、パイロット信号の受信電力Pmacroが小さいほど、目標受信電力RTWP_targetを大きく設定するとよい。
